  1. I was a skeptic on Karate Kid and that turned out really well, so I have some hope this Annie remake will be good.
  2. let me know if you are going man.. I wanna see if you and top dawg can meet Jeff if you are going..
  3. legends still releasing good hip-hop even though no one notices... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBNM8AQm2PY
  4. It's so disappointing on so many levels.. I don't think Jamie Foxx would be great.. how many bad movies has he done recently? This could have been Will's chance to work with a great cast and a great director..and Will hasn't done this since Enemy of the State (opposite Gene Hackman with Tony Scott directing) Bad Boys II (Bruckheimer/Bay/Lawrence - probably the only exception)
  5. I think when the kids come in at the end and start singing it just seems perfect
  6. he's done another summertime mixtape with mick boogie.. looking forward to it.. great read!
  7. Can't wait for this album! James Poyser & Demien also worked on this with Jeff so I know it's gonna be dope!
  8. Pull out Willennium, put on "The Rain" When you've finished listening to that song.. tell me you wouldn't want Will to make some more music? So good that track
  9. awesome AJ & Kev! I'll do more thinking on this on the weekend
  10. I agree with all of this. We would need to do a lot of planning before we would even begin such a project. Maybe we can work out the logistics first, so we know what the limitations are. We would need one director/editor to guide the filming..(I'm hoping Kev) I think I could come up with a storyline which would explain the different filming(just brainstorming here: but imagine 3 people wake up & they have no memory, they don't know where they are, they are given a camera & instructions?) Or three people wake up..and there mind is in the other persons body? someone goes to bed in L.A and wakes up in the UK? If we do begin this how many episodes do you think we are capable of producing? 5? How long would it take us to produce one episode? how long would it take to film? How long would it take to edit? Clear vision: What do we want to achieve with this? I'd want to display our acting skills from the actors/ our director/editing skills from the director & our writing skills from the writer. Make use of current technology. There are certain things that hit on youtube like charlie sheen, or rebecca blacks friday..so if there was anything like that make use of it... at work so I'll come back to this thread with a lot more thought but I like the response so far :relieved:
  11. You know my ultimate "career goal" is to be a TV writer.. My book was really just a way to see if I could write something in that vein.. It's very dialogue heavy.. I know I'm not a novellist but the goal was to create good characters, and write great conversations.. the feedback I've received has been that people loved the deep conversations about life and they could see it on TV.. So anyway I was thinking for my next project It would be good to write a youtube tv show.. then I was thinking well Chris wants to be an actor..and he is creating good content maybe should I should work with him on something.. then I was thinking well Kev is a director well he'd be good on this as well.. and then well Brakes is an actor..AJ is a theatre actor.. vipa is a beatmaker he could score.. what I'm saying is we got a lot of talented people here & the question is could we create a tv show for youtube? the goal would be to create something really good that we would put on our resume.. each episode would be about 5 minutes long because thats the basic attention span for youtube what makes it hard is how we are all different places but we could use that to our advantage.. we could be filming in 3 different continents without the cost of travelling there! the instant & immediacy of it means we could put in relevant news events etc into the episodes.. I've got a few concepts for the story.. but I'm good at writing something funny..and deep.. and it would have a mystery element too it to keep people watching .. So what do you think of that as an idea? :monkey1:
  12. Well before we used to say he is focusing on movies so thats why he doesnt do any music..the fact he spent 4 years doing no movies and didn't release any music in that time makes it all the more disappointing :monkey1:
  13. It's a good song! She has a great voice, and its's good to hear some limitless production again!
  14. Darren "Limitless" Henson produced The Rain, No More, Uuhhh, So Fresh, It's Love from Jill Scott, Lil Kim, Floetry, Musiq tracks.. Anyway his newest project is a young singer from Philly called Julia Figueroa and her new single "Sunday Morning Pancakes" has just been released on iTunes. You should get it its awesome! http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/sunday-morning-pancakes-single/id440703086
  15. Variety is a reliable source. I would say if DiCaprio signs on the chances of Will signing go up a lot. There is still hope!
  16. If you look at how good the cast is becoming it is now a tragedy that Will has not taken on this.. What is he thinking? Good director, good script, good cast.. naah I'd rather do seven pounds instead..
  17. I feel you Jim.. Will once talked about leaking some music on youtube.. I wish he would give us something.. 6 years since lost & found is a long time... his longest break from music ever..
