Is Kobe arrogant or confident? His skills back up anything he does or says, I'd say he's just confident in his ability and his ability cannot be denied. Gasol has made an impact no doubt, but I don't see his stats as anything Bynum couldn't have done or wasn't already doing before the injury, and I've said it many times when talking about Gasol's impact, I really don't think LA go looking at Gasol if Bynum doesn't get injured. For me, Gasol was just a piece in the jigsaw when they needed one, great player no doubt, but not good enough to justify for some people who have been saying he is the reason the Lakers are in the finals, he's the leader in LA, it's his team etc. Because when Shaq left, that became Kobe's job and it will continue to be Kobe's job until he leaves or retires, whatever comes first. Again, not doubting Gasol's ability or impact, but the Lakers were playoff bound and playing well enough to be contenders before his arrival, it just so happened that their form continued after he arrived. He certainly didn't make an impact like KG and Allen have at the C's. Because that literally turned one of the worst teams in the league into a Championship team. It didn't hurt that Pierce was there already and they snagged Cassel from the Clips in a later trade either though. Either way, a great finals is brewing in the NBA! I'm stuck for who I want to win, I'd like to see Kobe step out of Shaq's shadow and prove he can lead a team to a title, but I also think it's more than long overdue for KG to be a champion, he's been too good for too long, and it'd be a damn shame if he was to end his career without a ring.

Sadly, all the time Will is friends with Tom Cruise he will still be attached to Scientology. So I think we're in for more Scientology ish, because Will won't stop a good friendship just because the media print some lies, and why should he at the end of the day. All that's gonna happen is we'll hear everything we hear now, all we need to know is he isn't a Scientologist and let the media publish what they want. Not that his religion matters to me personally.

I fail to see how Will criticising gangsta rap isnt a criticism on gangsta rappers. The word in all this is opinion. Will gives his opinion on gangsta rap in music, it's fair enough everyone is allowed an opinion on it. In terms of gangsta rap, we all have an opinion. Some think it's wack, some think it's a great evolution of hip hop. It is what it is. If this is true from Dre, it's petty, but I don't think we need to make too much of a big deal about it. If true, it was a retaliation to Will's opinion, it's hardly worth making a fuss over. Both will go down as legends in the industry, and we don't even know if this is true or not. Can Will bury haters on a diss track, probably, can Will take them down one on one, as Ty suggested, it's debatable. But if either of those happened wouldn't that be Will straying away from the artist and person we all support? As others have said, 'Wave Em Off' it's not worth worrying about. If it's true of course.

I can understand the frustration, but lets be reasonable. Of course I want Will to continue making music, but if he's done with new material, I respect his decision. Good things have to come to an end one day. But at least we have 20+ years of material to look back on.
