  1. Hey Brakes, I meant to ask U, if u gettin on the JJFP Album, is this beat gonna be used by U? And if someone else thinks something up, can they earn permission to use it (if U like the song)?
  2. Same here Brakes. I got Infinite and I was feelin every track. Even that got a lil annoying, maybe cuz i listened to it too much. Is there really any artist who we can say 'came in great and has stayed in great'? The only one I think of is LL Cool J. He's steady. wit some good some bad. KRS One is just the hip hop in his heart and mind. No one elses. NaS is a diversify MC when U look at career presentation. Will Smith does what he can. Movies have just been keepin him back. Maybe all these things happen for a reason. Otherwise, the songs we see as great from then now, wouldn't be as great now when we look back then.
  3. Eric B & Rakim - In The Ghetto (from the Best of 1990 Hip Hop)
  4. Hey y'all. I just want to say thanks for all ya help wit this mix. Otherwise, I wouldn't have finished it.
  5. Lindsey. What was the name of the Juggles bird that died in the malfunctioning pan trick?
  6. Nah Johnny. That was the look of fear. Look out everyone, evil mother Vivian will strike terror in hearts of all of U. it's amazing how his size changed from that on FP, to that on Friday as Deebo.
  7. Is that video real rare of 2pac & Outlawz? I never seen it ever.
  8. The Best of 1990: Hip Hop "911 Is A Joke" - Public Enemy (DJ 86)
  9. Will gets attacked by more than one. So whatever he "says", they know who he's talkin to. Jealous rappers, critics, etc.
  10. Regardless of the "Mysteries about Summertime", that was a great song and video.
  11. Nah. OK, it's Tyler. Someone else, feel free to pose the next question.
  12. The Best of 1990 Hii Hop: "Mama Said Knock You Out" - LL Cool J (DJ 86) 24 Tracks all dope.
  13. 2pac - Thugs Get Lonely Too (the original) it just has Thug Life on the chorus. It's real dope. I haven't listened to this one in a long time.
  14. I'm pretty sure it's "Here's a groove..." It wouldn't make sense to say "here's the groove.." I know it's that. And in my song, I said "Here it is, a '91 groove transformed..." cuz Summertime was 1991.
  15. You could also note how hip hop had it's most up and down years in 90s.
  16. Let's Get It On - Untouchables feat. 2pac & Biggie
  17. Close. But that ain't it. Keep thinkin Ts tho.
  18. Man, I love that episode. "In fact, none of you are going to MacArthur Park tonight!" "Wait a minute" "Boy do not test me" "Yes ma'am"
  19. The way I see it, all this forum should be about is generally JJFP. If it's something dealing with a good deal of music nearly everyone here can get into, then it's ok. If the artist relates to JJFP, then they can be talked about freely? Artists like Jill Scott and things like that. Maybe Jeff produced for somebody. That is cool.
  20. Dang. How many songs of Usher and Ludacris done together?!? 2pac - Loyal To The Game (the original featuring Treach and Riddler)
  21. Now that I think about it, it probably won't come out til early Spring. I'm think MArch or so.
  22. Dang. I was a potnas just like that. Plus I just noticed that ASA one. Those the only "Shadow' Dreams" that Potnas have? And just so I know, what is exactly the job of a Potna? And more importantly, will I get paid? :kekeke: j/k. Happy 2 do it. Thanks for making me one.
