I've never heard of Bizarre. Is he in D12 or somethin? Well, I won't worry bout him cuz I got better things 2 worry about. Like where I'll be when I hear Will Smith's single "SWITCH!!!". Benzino, I've heard one song of his really. Rock the Party. the beat annoys me. Not really an impacting artist. Now Vanilla Ice, not sure. (9 1/2 weeks: the documentary about Vanilla Ice's career) lol:) He may not be entirely bad, especially if Suge can make all the money off him. or whatever. His image was just wrong. Milli Vinilly Vanilla Ice gets my vote.

OK, Let's find out when everyone started rapping, how long, and where it started. Ok me, I actually started towards the end of August 2001. But officially wrote my first rap Sept. 15, 2001. Like I said, it was toward the end of August 2001. One day, I was lookin for my Space Jam tape, or just happened 2 find it. I listened 2 "Hit Em High". But somethin happened. I got inspired 2 write myself. It was during LL Cool J's part when he said "I make ya break ya ankles son, shake ya down..." And that'z where my 1st rap "Broken Ankles" was born. 2 think, I was relaxin on my bed and then BOOM!. Lyrics from my mind had begun. When I 1st started, I wrote lyrics on a monthly basis. Then it became every few weeks, then dayz, and now hours. In another month, it will have been 3 yearz. Well, y'all kno where it started, now when will it stop? When I tried it out up my bro'z house when he had his turntables, I rapped it over Richie Rich's "Do G 's Get 2 Go 2 Heaven". So what do y'all think of this one?

It's a very stress released song 4 relationships. Some lines I found similar 2 my life R stuff I may have wrote about. Like calling a girl as a friend but liking her all the same. Another I'll point out is the death in the 3rd verse. I did similar wit "Pick Up Ur Tearz". (perhaps I'll post it 2day). U'd definately use an R&B type beat, considering the length of the lines. The song was of very great detail. Probably one I could listen 2 if presented right. Everything was good. U will be better in due time. (if U stick wit it). keep it up :thumb:

Well jim. U do whatever works 4 u. some write 2 the beat. or make the lyrics and create the beat 2 fit. FP said 2 things that i made note of myself. 1. write about stuff U know & feel 2. don't follow the trend of what the music does on average, it'z usually 8 (16 lines). a lot of times it'z 3 and chorus's in between. As far as flow is concerned. 4 some it just comes natural. sometimes, i get inspired by another song and use a different beat. or may use that same beat. or inspired in general. Just make the song any way u want 2. u may create a new style never heard of. I've just got 2 wordz 4 u. HAVE FUN!:)

Very well put 2gether. I use Acoustica 2 record my stuff. Then goldwave 2 take away the hist/static/hum/etc. Now what R good programs that mix down the acapellaz u do rite? like, they don't drag ya words.
