  1. I doubt it refers to Will. Legend of BAgger Vance just sounds nice comin outta a rappers mouf. :kekeke:
  2. A Tribe Called Quest - Scenario (12 Inch Remix)Instrumental this is a great jam to play. I love how it opens. "This is 1992.... Scenarion remix.
  3. This was an ok song. It had a steady flow. I kinda laughed when I read that "ya allergic to shellfish" line. I don't see how that fit, unless U mentioned prison food.
  4. Don't u mean A Tribe Called Quest feat. Leaders of The New School? :poke: U got me in the mood 2 pop in Phife's solo album. Actually, there's a couple different versions of "Scenario". It's probably the same version I have. (from the Monster Rap cd) A Tribe Called Quest Instrumentals cd (I made it last night.) :thumb: :dj:
  5. Q-Tip feat. Busta Rhymes - FOr The Nasty (Instrumental)
  6. Q-Tip feat. Busta Rhymes - For The Nasty Listenin' to it for the morning. It's from his new single The Widow.
  7. U kno he's gonna make jokes about it. "U wouldn't believe how they treated me in South Africa!". It's possible he will. Especially if it isn't that serious. But I don't know exactly how Dave does his comedy and where he draws the line.
  8. It would kinda upset me if it was. So I'd checked a few more resources before I'd believe this. Even so, I hope Dave is feelin' aight. He's one of da real guys.
  9. Yo, this was a real cool song. I definately like to hear the finished product. "so if come out ya house lookin like dirt go bak home and rearrange ur skirt n shirt n flirt w/ me" - One of the ones that stuck out to me. Real good flow. Liked it a lot.
  10. Q-Tip feat. Busta Rhymes - For The Nasty I heard this on the radio today for the 1st time. This is so great cuz I'm gettin into A Tribe Called Quest.
  11. No matter how U read it, that was a good rhyme. U don't have to rhyme every single line. The whole song flowed well. And deep chorus too. Nice idea. :thumb:
  12. It's hard for me to say because I don't know them all equally well. But I'd say WWF nka WWE cuz that's what I grew up on. WCW is a close second especially durin' around NWO era, and 80s decade. ECW is jsut crazy. Something tells me they'll be inhabiting WWE in later weeks.
  13. Is this like actually a mixtape? Or is it just str8 songs?
  14. I checked it out. It's nothing really. No contest, no get on the record with John Cena. Just a thing to do. Everybody's looks the same anyway.
  15. I jsut saw a commercial for this. I actually might check this out.
  16. That's funny. Nauff! He just a tired lil dude.
  17. It's Homebase for me. That was my 1st cd ever and my favorite JJFP. I could never get tired of this cd. MAtter fact, I was playing it today.
  18. JJFP - Homebase my fav. JJFP album and 1st CD.
  19. I think it's just sayin' "I argee wit ya, and don't feel like sayin much". Werd!
  20. That list is more like the "obvious" picks. We could argue for days and days of what's top 10. There's certainly a diversity what artists people liked more than some others back then. Nowadays, there's little variety to choice from that's got some mainstream exposer.
  21. Well, I ran across a list at MTV.com. Here's what they said, but they still argued these picks amongst themselves. 10. It Takes A Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back - Public Enemy 9. The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory - Tupac 8. Death Certificate - Ice Cube 7. N****z4life - N.W.A. 6. Reasonable Doubt - Jay-Z 5. Raising Hell - Run DMC 4. Ready 2 Die - Notorious B.I.G. 3. The Chronic - Dr. Dre 2. Illmatic - NaS 1. Paid In Full - Eric B + Rakim Backpack Rap A Tribe Called Quest/De La Soul/Leaders Of The New School/Black Moon/Wu-Tang Clan - The Love Movement The individual picks varied some too.
  22. Brakes is always recommending a condenser mic. Me, I'm not picky. Just put it in my hand and I'll go. :thumb:
  23. I saw a lil bit of this video. He' doin good as far as quality wise outta the whole crew. And actually he did rely on some crap in his singles, and that crap is 50 Cent.
  24. Here's another one. I'm thinkin of usin' one of the 3 for an album cover. Maybe have some different ones like grayscale and other designs/templates.
