Mobb Deep - Start of Your Ending (41st Side)
-
nothin' extreme, but it's ok. 50's inner zen. Ha ha. I'd love to see 50 sit indian style going 'Ummm! *breaths*, ummmm!"
-
bago - well, u are a rookie, but in ya verse U told how it came about cuz U just started, so it makes sense. bigted- u was on the startin' and what's gonna stay in your frame of mind. U really got a lot of nice detail thru-out it. the whole rhyme is great.
-
hey y'all. this is a collab by bago's request. he asked me, then ted if I didn't. so I was like, why not all 3 of us. ted did his first, and bago and I were thinkin of droppin the whole idea cuz it just wasn't comin' to us. No sooner did I tell ted I was done, I ended up writin' it. Then bago did his. The whole subject of this "what does it mean to u to be a rapper and why U do it type stuff". So here's are 3 verses. bigted "In order to get into the heart of the present I have to remember when I started jotting lyrics I had no direction as an artist I was only wanting to impress this chick But she wasn't giving me any credit This is the 1st time that I ever spoke of this It took me awhile before I would grow into sense and Confidance of really able to keep myself open I'm a lot like my late grandmother 'cause she was poetic All of this poetry I've spoken Has been inspired from moments of growing One day you say you ain't doin' this for money, but your style's wack and unfocused When the next day I see you on TV braggin' about your piles of doe and fast chicks That lifestyle's isn't for me, I just come to get on the mic to flow Just like you're doing your job, I don't want you to look at me like a God I just do this bring to life the words I jot We all can express ourselves I personally don't mind if you download or buy this off the shelf Knowin' that you spend time to listen to me let's me know that you understand how I felt I'm now in control 'cause I realise with this gift I could do well This expression is more like a breeze from the ocean I'm not tryin' to be the average mc 'cause I've been chosen To take a different journey since this isn't somethin' that you'd start promoting I don't rhyme about jewlery, checks, or clothing "I ain't 'bout beef" so I won't diss My words are like a time capsule that has yet to be open And you can call me Gracia rather than just Big Ted when you take notice 'Cause what matters to me is not being your favorite lyricist, just relate as a close friend Who's down to concentratin' on kickin' it or have an open ear for moments of consolement The real hip-hop is over here! In case you didn't already know this Now I'm gonna take a break to hear Michael and Joe spit" FuQ Rap has been a craze, in all my days, as an individual Gettin' attack by wack rappers, like I'm subliminal I'm spinnin stress like a disc on my desk Lookin out my window tryna catch a breathe *breaths* My problems keep re-runnin' like a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air episode Stackin my lyrics like it's all that I load By defintion, I'm a Found MC that's never ever been Lost, just not always involved in a cause They sweat me bout rappin' rhythms, speakin my Words of Wisdom Influencin' the children, and dammit I'm not makin a million I guess I won't mean nothin' til I die, kill me and let me go Success in my sufferin' like Vincent van Gogh Swim in my flow cuz it goes 4ever Goes deep but U'll never drown and U can't measure I feel exhilirated when I sense hatred Fight back and reap what they sow cuz of the way they made it Never ever be faded, there's no volume to me I'll stop when I'm ready, I'm givin U all of me U mighta threw back jerseys, but U can't wit rhymes cuz it will still be around in the test of time bagotrasho Well look at me the rap rookie My rhymes sweeter than a chocolate chip cookie Some people ask me How Did you come to rap Well I’ll tell you now Just chillin out wit my friend In my basement our time we’d spend Studyin for a test while surfin JJFP.com Questions back to back “Whats the capital of Vietnam?” “Hey study for the test, you know you really should” “Hey check this out some of these rappers are pretty good” “Could you imagined if we rapped for a livin?” “With the money, the fame, and of course the fly women!” “But we couldn’t possibly rap, we’re 13 year old white kids Whatever we came up with would be crap” “Hey lets at least give it a try!” “Then my friend let out a little sigh” “So into rap mode I transformed” And that’s when How I Battle was born Ever since then writin rhymes Consumes all my time Well that’s exactly what happened how I came to rap Now all that’s left is for you to clap ----------------------------------------- Give us each some major and honest feedback. :thumb: or :poke:

I started to read this like a poem. But I scrolled thru and saw it was a rap and read it again. Don't worry I won't move to Sweden. And even if I wanted to, ha!, I don't have the money. Anyway, that's a top notch 1st rap.

Whoa. That dream is almost scary.
-
Man, when I hear or see that name D'Angelo, all I can think of is a soulful brotha. Not this stuff. He had the bombest album wit Brown Sugar. I remember my dad had the tape. If I was them, I know I wouldn't have to worry about drugs, cuz I don't think about touchin' em.

Speakin of 4664, did U guys see the comments they made about Will on VH1's Best Week Ever. Those people make me sick. They're so dump. "Will's tryna get street cred. He's hard now. He's got prison numbers on his chest." Even if it's all fun, at least tell the real story.
-
I saw a couple flaws in this collab. It seemed like the two of you were contradicting each other. If that were the case, it's look better doing a 3d verse was what's called a "Call & Response". "whoever wanna have his back, shut up bitch nibble my sack" - I thought havin' somebody's back was a good thing? One line I didn't like outta ya Joe "its the street u cant get rid of us like bugs?" - another one. Unless it's a typo, that question mark shouldn't be there. "Chuck D be sellin 20 at 30 Mill" - I didn't really follow this one. I know CHuck D ain't not 20 or even 30 years old. bigted should know more than me. 20 albums maybe? Nah. Other than that, it was decent.

2pac - R U Still Down?
-
Could someone make a list of the unreleased tracks that went wit each album? I think it would be really helpful.
-
I thought Diddy was well in support of his son Justin. After all, he named a restraunt after him. They must really wanna spoil these kids.
-
I really disagree. Homebase was my first true exposer to JJFP music. And that's my favorite album. End of story. To say it's the worst is crazy. Although I don't have all the albums yet, HOMEBASE is and will remain my favorite.
-
Doesn't Diddy have a boys group called J5?
-
"Very good freestyle. I Liked it, especially the end. And yes JJFP will rinse the gmae themselves, and wit the talent they get. " This was my first post. I didn't realize I went to Numero Uno.
-
"I can’t believe you’d screw up a reputation Just for the sake of your corporation" These were my fav. lines outta the whole song. Kick it how ya feel it. I ain't got nothin' wrong wit that. Back in the day, Hip-hop was spreading, but with good reason. It was a constant developing culture. Now it expanding with the wrong reasons and images. But it's more of too much of the same.

2pac - Dayz of A Criminal
-
Thanks for the shout. Welcome to the 1000 club.

There's one where he comes late, and Unc Phil and Aunt Viv is on da couch. He's chewing gum like he's MJ wit determination. And slowly moves upstairs. Once he feels he's home free, he does a lil dance (tambourines shake). Then U hear "Will your grounded!"
-
U know what, we could pick our favorite track if the whole cd of Lost + Found read. 1. Lost + Found (59:56) or whatever seconds and minutes it is.
-
My fav. seems to be "Could U Love Me". I love the way it opens. It feels like classic ol' school. And lyrics, come on, Will just drops great on every track. Even the most simple so called worst track "Switch". And that's #1 on some charts. :kekeke:
-
Maybe U should ask 'Silky Johnston'. After all, he did win the Playa Hater Award. I forget what he did, but it was so hateful.
