I know it's a WS app but I am wondering why they didn't include the JJFP albums... Does anyone have an mp3 of "Caution in the wild"?
-
I hope he uses it to release new songs or freestyles...

I'm loving this song man! Dope stuff! And the app is cool as well. I'm wondering if it will just be 1 song... I get the feeling this song was supposed to be on the Suicide Squad soundtrack.

Big Ted's Top 15 Hip Hop Albums Since 2000
fan 4ever replied to bigted's topic in Caught in the Middle
Thanx for this list. I own a lot of these albums. I can't say I agree with the order of the list and some of the albums I would definitely leave out. I can see how people think the 90's are the golden ages of Hip Hop but I grew up listening to Hip Hop in 2000's and late 90's so I can relate to those albums more. Albums like Big Willie Style, Willennium, Stillmatic, The Blueprint, The Black Album, Hell Hath No Fury, Food & Liquor, Train Of Thought, The Marshall Mathers LP, Be... are the albums I grew up with and bring me back to my teenage years. I still listen to them these days. I can appreciate some of the albums that dropped in last 3 to 5 years. Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, 2014 Forest Hills Drive, My Name Is My Name, These Things Happen, Yeezus, Watch The Throne... are among my favorites. One thing I can't understand is why people keep talking about "To Pimp A Butterfly". Sure, the album is good but is it better than Good Kid, M.A.A.D City? I don't think so. Is it the best album of the millennium? Not in my opinion. -
I agree... He should have done something with the hype! Even if he had just released a freestyle or something, it would have been something.

BACK TO BACK ID4 SEQUELS - WILL SMITH LOCKED?
fan 4ever replied to JumpinJack AJ's topic in Will Smith Movies
This new trailer looks great! What a shame Will had to pass on this one. -
Hahaha.... It looks okay though.

I don't agree with that statement. Single charts are still a big deal. I'm talking about iTunes downloads and other digital downloads...it didn't do much. And since when is a Beats 1 World Record a big thing? I don't see what's so special about it. Sure, 8 million people saw the video on YouTube and 3 million listened to the official audio on Youtube. It might be a lot but if you compare it to other artists it's nothing. Rihanna had more than 260 million views with her video for "Work". G-eazy (who's not on the same level as Will when it comes to popularity) had more than 100 million views on Youtube for his single "Me, Myself and I". I'm just putting these number up here to put the "millions of clicks" in perspective. Maybe I'm just being hard on Will because I expected more...

Absolutely right Julie! I even have some friends of mine who are looking forward to this movie and they aren't Will fans. The new trailer looks dope by the way!

Yeah I know it had a lot of views and that's cool and all... but I kinda hoped it would blow up and would lead to new songs. Now we are back to hoping and waiting for new material or a tour...

While Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice wasn't as critically-acclaimed as the studio may have liked, most critics, even the dissenters, praised Ben Affleck's work as Batman. Fans will get to see The Dark Knight in action later this summer when he suits up for Suicide Squad, hitting theaters August 5. While it isn't exactly known how large or small his role is in this villainous ensemble, it seems one of the Suicide Squad stars, Will Smith, is already gunning for the Batmanrole, hinting in an interview with MTV News that he'd love to take over as Batman in Suicide Squad 2. How would this be even possible? Take a look at what the actor had to say below. While we don't know exactly what comic book the actor is referring to, there are a few possibilities. In Deadshot's very first appearance, in 1950's Batman #59, Deadshot disguises himself as Batman, although it was quickly discovered that he wasn't in fact Gotham's true hero. In the recent animated film Batman: Bad Blood, Batman goes missing, where he is replaced by Robin, Batwing, Nightwing and Batwoman, although Deadshot wasn't involved in this story. When the interviewer mentions that Ben Affleck just got the Batman role, Will Smith had this to say. We reported last month that Warner Bros. wants Will Smith and director David Ayer to reunite for Suicide Squad 2, which the studio wants to start filming in 2017. We don't know for sure yet if there are any plans to bring Batman back for this sequel, but we'll have to wait and see. http://movieweb.com/suicide-squad-2-will-smith-batman-deadshot/

So uhm...am I the only one who is kinda disappointed with the damage the Fiesta Remix did on the charts? When it was released I thought it would blow up or at least make into clubs or something. Or that people would be talking about it. But all of that didn't really happen. I haven't even heard it once on the radio here in Belgium. So is it fair to say that it was a flop?

Will to receive Generation Award during the 2016 MTV Movie Awards
fan 4ever replied to Ale's topic in Will Smith Movies
Thanx 4 posting all these links. I likes his speech and I like the fact that he gets this award. On the other hand it's kinda weird that he gets it. I don't hope this means that people think that his best years are over. -
A nice overview of his career so far. http://www.complex.com/pop-culture/2016/04/will-smith-career-timeline/

Will Smith's 'Ali' Co-Star Claims the Actor Was an "A**hole" on "Steroids" During Filming Though Will Smith's powerhouse performance as boxing legend Muhammad Aliin Michael Mann's 2001 biopic Ali garnered mostly positive reviews, one of Smith's co-stars is now claiming the shoot was a less-than-agreeable experience. In a new interview with San Diego radio station Rock 105.3, comedian and Alico-star Paul Rodriguez claims the production was enough to turn him off from ever popping into a Smith film ever again. "I'd never work with him again," Rodriguez said, as quoted by the Daily Mail. "He was an asshole." When pressed about the nature of Smith's alleged behavior, Rodriguez says it could have been caused by the "steroids he was using" to get up to 215 pounds. "There was no cause to insult me or berate me," Rodriguez, who portrayed Dr. Ferdie Pacheco in the Oscar-nominated film, continued. “I’m no angel, but I didn't have it coming this time." Rodriguez also added that he wasn't certain of any steroid usage, but was perplexed at how the actor went from "skinny" to "massive." According to Rodriguez, the Suicide Squad star's behavior toward him started to shift following a harrowing encounter with Dr. Ferdie Pacheco. Rodriguez alleges that a "drunk" Pacheo verbally assaulted Smith in his dressing room using racial slurs, arguing that his character should have a more prominent role in the production and that Rodriguez should be replaced with Andy Garcia. "From then on," Rodriguez recalls, "Will never looked at me the same." Ali, which currently holds a commendable 67 percent average on Rotten Tomatoes, charts the legend's 10-year period of dominance from 1964 to 1974. This period, of course, includes Ali's conversion to Islam and his highly publicized match with George Foreman. Smith took another biopic turn with last year's Concussion, following the equally historic career of NFL-battling doctor, Bennet Omalu.
