  1. I've downloaded this one (yes, I know, Shame on me)! I liked his old stuff...and got his first album because JD produced on it and wrote most of his songs! His new CD is okay! He's talking that same crap everybody does these days! Money, Cars, Girls...that brainless ****! Still the productions are dope and it has some deep songs (Big dreams being one of them)
  2. New cat with more pictures in a signature then anybody else around here!
  3. Like always...I feel y'all on this! I think this is Interscope not Will's fault! Remember...he performed Party Starter in South Africa back in June! So I thought it would have come out by now....August is just to late....I hope i'm wrong...but we are getting a new "Born To Reign" like senario!
  4. Yo Tim, Any word on when the single will be out in Europe?
  5. Same as the rest of y'all.... Voted!
  6. The scorched asphalt of the Tweeter Center's parking lot started to fill up at the unforgiving hour of 9 a.m., when one of this year's most anticipated (if for all the wrong reasons) bands was welcomed onto the stage by tour manager "Big Dave" Moscato: Wicked Wisdom, the aggressive new metal target fronted by black-garbed Jada Pinkett Smith. The "Woo" star was greeted with relentless booing and "f--- you"s from a furious sea of extended middle fingers as her five-piece band launched into "Fakeness," a Kittie-like tune that featured an almost spoken-word delivery from the headbanging Jada, spattered with unintelligible barks and growls. "You think I don't know, don't you?" she asked the crowd. "But I do." Pinkett Smith laughed off the "you suck" chants and the concertgoers ridiculing her with grossly exaggerated moshing and neck-snapping headbangs through Wicked Wisdom's entire 20-minute set capped by a Disturbed-ish track called "You Can't Handle This." Screaming "Go Red Sox!" would have been Jada's best option for scoring applause. Sporting band and Sox T-shirts, bikini tops, intricate tattoos, and an early-morning buzz, the crowd erupted at the site of Bjorn Strid, the towering singer for Soilwork. "We're Soilwork from Sweden. You must be the USA," Strid said, borrowing a line from "Spinal Tap," after the metalers ripped through "Stabbing the Drama," the opening salvo of a thunderous set that sparked frenzied circle pits, horn throwing and crowd-surfing. (Even Jada's husband, Will Smith, was banging his head offstage.) Minutes after Soilwork capped things off with "As We Speak," Buffalo, New York, hardcore heathens It Dies Today delivered a brutal, breakdown-dense battering via "Freak Gasoline Fight Accident." 8. I already posted this in the Willywood section...but yeah...he's doing something new!
  9. Yes! I'm hyped! That's one of my fav albums off all time! Great production and lyrics! Classic! Can't wait untill I hear some new material! Thanx 4 posting! :2thumbs:
  10. Yeah it says that for almost a week now! I hope that the UK will get it sooner then October...cuss maybe whole Europe will get it in October then! I realy hope this is not true! :shakehead:
  11. :word: I hope this is not true! Why the hell would they wait so long? It doesn't make any sense? The UK was the first country to get Switch and now they should have to wait untill october for Party Starter? I think this is fake!
  12. I say we will get 3 videos! Maybe even more! Switch, Party Starter and Tell Me Why...
  13. You can hear her scream on the Hitch DVD on the Red Carpet race feature!
  14. Aight here's what I think! Kanye West - Will be a legend when it comes to producing...not to rapping! Since he dropped that soul sample style, speed up some samples...everybody is doing it or is trying it or want's a Kanye West beat on his album! So he will be remembered for that...his rapping is aight! Song like Jesus Walks and All Falls Down are classic...but he has some songs on his album that ain't all that! Jermaine Dupri (JD) - Hate him as much as you want..he IS a legend! Who else can take some kid rappers (kriss kross) and make some serious money! Don't front, I know you like "Jump" by those guys! Also, JD, has worked with almost everybody who is somebody in the game! He helped M. Carry get back on top! In my eyes, he is a legend..PERIOD! Bow Wow - I've heard his new album "Wanted" and he went on that "Get Money" fast type of hip hop! Something like Nelly or Chingy! He some dope songs on there...but he switched his style! I ain't gonna front, I liked his first album and also some songs from his second one...but saying he will be a legend..I don't know! He could be...if he get his **** together! 50 cent - Won't never be a legend! What is he doing that is now or fresh? Nothing! He's walking the road that 2 Pac paved for him and almost every other Gangsta Rapper in the game! Call me when 50 does something new and fresh...something orginial and then we can discuss if he will ever be a legend! Same thing for The Game! And as far as snoop goes....He fell off! He wen't from making classic songs ('Nothing But A G-Thang", Gin & Juice) to making pop songs with Justin Timberlake! I lost my respect for him...but I'm still bumping that old skool Snoop!
  15. Will Smith is leading a group of investors to form The Momentum Experience, a new company that will distribute films and movies straight-to-DVD. Smith, along with Tisha Campbell, Duane Martin, Blair Underwood and producers D'Angela Steed and Nia Hil formed the company out of a desire to control images of African-Americans in film. The company will distribute the films in non-traditional venues, such as playhouses and concert theaters. The company plans on showcasing live artists and comedians before each film as well. 16. I like em both...but the serious side is something I wanne see him do more! Songs like Potnas, The Rain, Afro Angel, Lost & Found, Loretta are some strong songs! Even Party Starter that is cald is party track has some good and strong lyrics in it (third verse)! So I like em both, he's good at making party records....but the serious stuff is something that I want him to keep doing!
  17. Well that's a good thing! It' going up! It will rise more if the video is released!
  18. :metoo: Same here! You can't realy call "Ass Like That" or "Without Me" a song can you? He was dope back in the day! Now he just sucks...he lost his magic like AJ said!
