  1. I already posted this in the Willywood section...but yeah...he's doing something new!
  2. Yes! I'm hyped! That's one of my fav albums off all time! Great production and lyrics! Classic! Can't wait untill I hear some new material! Thanx 4 posting! :2thumbs:
  3. Yeah it says that for almost a week now! I hope that the UK will get it sooner then October...cuss maybe whole Europe will get it in October then! I realy hope this is not true! :shakehead:
  4. :word: I hope this is not true! Why the hell would they wait so long? It doesn't make any sense? The UK was the first country to get Switch and now they should have to wait untill october for Party Starter? I think this is fake!
  5. I say we will get 3 videos! Maybe even more! Switch, Party Starter and Tell Me Why...
  6. You can hear her scream on the Hitch DVD on the Red Carpet race feature!
  7. Aight here's what I think! Kanye West - Will be a legend when it comes to producing...not to rapping! Since he dropped that soul sample style, speed up some samples...everybody is doing it or is trying it or want's a Kanye West beat on his album! So he will be remembered for that...his rapping is aight! Song like Jesus Walks and All Falls Down are classic...but he has some songs on his album that ain't all that! Jermaine Dupri (JD) - Hate him as much as you want..he IS a legend! Who else can take some kid rappers (kriss kross) and make some serious money! Don't front, I know you like "Jump" by those guys! Also, JD, has worked with almost everybody who is somebody in the game! He helped M. Carry get back on top! In my eyes, he is a legend..PERIOD! Bow Wow - I've heard his new album "Wanted" and he went on that "Get Money" fast type of hip hop! Something like Nelly or Chingy! He some dope songs on there...but he switched his style! I ain't gonna front, I liked his first album and also some songs from his second one...but saying he will be a legend..I don't know! He could be...if he get his **** together! 50 cent - Won't never be a legend! What is he doing that is now or fresh? Nothing! He's walking the road that 2 Pac paved for him and almost every other Gangsta Rapper in the game! Call me when 50 does something new and fresh...something orginial and then we can discuss if he will ever be a legend! Same thing for The Game! And as far as snoop goes....He fell off! He wen't from making classic songs ('Nothing But A G-Thang", Gin & Juice) to making pop songs with Justin Timberlake! I lost my respect for him...but I'm still bumping that old skool Snoop!
  8. Will Smith is leading a group of investors to form The Momentum Experience, a new company that will distribute films and movies straight-to-DVD. Smith, along with Tisha Campbell, Duane Martin, Blair Underwood and producers D'Angela Steed and Nia Hil formed the company out of a desire to control images of African-Americans in film. The company will distribute the films in non-traditional venues, such as playhouses and concert theaters. The company plans on showcasing live artists and comedians before each film as well. 9. I like em both...but the serious side is something I wanne see him do more! Songs like Potnas, The Rain, Afro Angel, Lost & Found, Loretta are some strong songs! Even Party Starter that is cald is party track has some good and strong lyrics in it (third verse)! So I like em both, he's good at making party records....but the serious stuff is something that I want him to keep doing!
  10. Well that's a good thing! It' going up! It will rise more if the video is released!
  11. :metoo: Same here! You can't realy call "Ass Like That" or "Without Me" a song can you? He was dope back in the day! Now he just sucks...he lost his magic like AJ said!
  12. I like it man! No lie! Keep it up! It would be dope if we could hear some audio tho!
  13. I think it's a great idea...but can you check the show out without having a Ipod? Cuss I don't really get that part? :lolsign:
  14. How about some more feedback?
  15. Giving us some dope mixes and beats!
  16. Will Smith - I Wish I Made That/ Swagga
  17. Tim...The man behind the greatest website ever know to men! The guy with the latest news and gossips when it comes to JJFP! Keep it up man! :2thumbs:
  18. Hey Will was on making the video for "Black Suits Coming". He should still be on it for party starter though!! ← I was just about to say that! Let's hope there will be making the video for Party Starter!
  19. Here's the article for the lazy peeps! ____________________________________ Will Smith Entertains Punks, Cowboys In New 'Party' Clip 07.12.2005 7:37 PM EDT Rapper chooses 'Party Starter' as next single from Lost and Found. Will Smith at the "Party Starter" video shoot Photo: MTV News MANHATTAN BEACH, California — Will Smith has decided to get jiggy with it one more time, bringing fans another dance club anthem with a video concept that screams "Will 2K." The former Fresh Prince of Bel-Air has picked "Party Starter" to be his next single, and he recently shot a video with director Paul Hunter in Manhattan Beach which features Will doing just that — gettin' the party started. "I like the kind of international vibe of it," Smith said. "It's fun, it's interesting, and just the music and the party energy [of the song] seem to be what people most responded to when I've been out around the world performing and stuff." The video for "Party Starter," according to the treatment, opens with Will sitting in an empty room in his house. As the track kicks in, a dazzling display of visual effects set in motion and Will literally begins to transform his vacant surroundings into an all-out dance-hall celebration. "In the beginning I'm sitting in the house and then the walls start to fall away, the floor flips over and it turns into the first club," Smith said on the set of the video. "So I stand up there and I start performing in the first club. Then I stomp my foot, the floor cracks and crumbles away and it turns into a hardwood floor. Then the whole Cuban vibe builds around me." And the Cuban vibe is only the beginning. The video continues to follow Will as he creates new surroundings, along the way turning the party into a cultural mash-up. "The people are changing and clothes are changing on people and everything," Will said. "So it's like me kickin' the party off everywhere in the world. It turns from a hip-hop club to a punk-rock club and into like a Cuban or Brazilian kind vibe and then it turns into a country bar. But I'm basically in one spot having a party and the effect is everything's changing around me." Now that Will has released two dance songs as singles from Lost and Found, he plans to tone it down with his next offering and take a more serious approach with "Tell Me Why," which features Mary J. Blige. "She came in and recorded in one day," Smith recalled. "She was in town, I let her hear the record, let her hear the idea and she was just so moved by the concept that she went right into the studio that night and recorded the record." Smith said the song — which follows the same model as Jadakiss' "Why," asking questions about the current state of the world — is the second best song (next to "Summertime") that he has ever written. "We actually recorded it three and a half years ago," he said. "But it's just something that is in my heart. I just love that song. I feel really confident about it and I am waiting for me and Mary's schedules to open up to be able to shoot [the video]." — Kelly Marino _____________________________________ I can't wait for this video!
