  1. FINAL Soundscan (the real one): #34/Will Smith/Lost & Found/30,347/25,394/448,603 EDIT: Changed and update a couple of times. this is the last update as this is the real soundscan showing will has sone a 20% rise and selling over 30k. he's now only 51,397 from Gold status. It is possible though that he is Gold in billboard. Here is the Soundscan commentary from urbanconnect: "Will “ f**k Hip Hop Money” Smith sells 30,347 with a 20% increase in sales. Not for nothing don’t sleep, if Will wanted to he’s get on a SMACK DVD and rip Hell Rell or Murda Mook. You laugh, true story. Hey Will, I now think you can beat Mike Tyson!" Other chartfacts that we know is: - Will is platinum worldwide. - With this weeks sales he does just 1000 less then his fifth (or was it fourth) week on the chart. Really Impressive. I'll be back tomorrow / tonight with some Billboard charts for switch.
  2. No..bleek aint in it... it's the song that was said it was a diss against the game. It's a really nice track. But..haha... this is so funny
  3. Besides people must have gotten me wrong, that ain't my list on the best albums... just the one that has sold most. And to comment on the common album: It's really great, you may think it's boring, but listen closely and it grows on you so much. After awhile you'll be sitting amazed at some of the lyrical details that are just wonderful.
  4. Okay, I guess we both are on a complete different wavelength here, because I like a complete different set of tracks in Lost and Found and for me the singles would be Switch, Pump Ya Brakes, If You Can't Dance and Loretta. So even though we like the same album, we have different tastes in it. Documentary, without a doubt, is the best album of 2005. Not even one track is weak, except for "Don't Worry", that too only because of Mary J. Blige's horrible singing. As for 50, he CAN rap. And if I'm right, it was Nas who started the beef by dissing 50 Cent first in one of his concerts. That is why 50 responded with Piggy Bank. And Nas is just an average rapper with no talent. 50 Cent can destroy Nas anyday, anytime without breaking a sweat. ← You gotsa be kiddin maan... first of: Nas has done a epic classic, and album that changed the game and influenced almost every rapper out there INLCUDING 50 cent. man... he even influenced BIGGIE with the album. Even though i like jay-z more, NAS is truly one of the best emcees ever done it. Yes, his last albums ain't been so good, but still, Some songs really show his talent: The world is yours: Considered one of the best songs done after the politically influenced hiphop á la public enemy and so on in the beginning of the 90's. Ether: Aah... I liked Takeover more, but this is till a really, really great disstrack. And if nas makes a jay-z fan doubt who won the beef...then it's a great song. The message - some classic **** on this too.. I never thought defending NAS, but... getting dissed by a 50 cent fan is ridicolous. What has fifty done that's good after his independent days? 2-3 tracks TOPS... 50's good for clubs and that...music for the booty, not the intelligence. The documentary has these GOOD songs: Dreams - Great beat and his lyrically best. One of the best songs this year. Hate it or love it - Great beat and vibe, but probably written all by 50 cent... The documentary - nice chorus and verses. start from scratch - nice telling Average: Put you on the game, church for thugs, father like son. Bad: Rest of the album. it's a mediocer album. to qoute a classic line which fits in perfect here: DON'T BELIEV THE HYPE! DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!
  5. Documentary is a aight but overhyped album... you got maybe 3-4 good songs, 3-4 weak and the others are straight wack. but it is the best that has come out of aftermath/g-unit since the slim shady lp.
  6. What's to misunderstand..man If u watch swedish television, you would have seen the commercial. it says what the concert's about, shows pictures from south africa...then it comes a "participants list" with everybody som razorlight to annie lennoxx to will smith included. Search for 46664+will smith on google and you get even more info on him saying he would be on. i gave up the show after a while.
  7. Mos said in a interview that he's working on a straight up boom-bap album with production from j-dilla, kanye and collabos with kanye west, common, talib and the roots. he didn't expect to be done so quickly, but if everything goes well he hoped it would be released october/november. His last album the new danger was a experimental album... kinda like electric circus. i didn't include bep on that lists since they ain't hiphop no more. that's on some fast singing, wack ass crossover... gosh i miss the bridging the gap days. ted: you're right...the worst part: g-unit gon' take the shine from everybody else too... aah...
  8. it's albums released 2005. Nas has sold a little over 600k of his album. but it was released last year.
  9. So let me get this straight...he going to a tour in europe...but only goin to Uk..step ya game up. of course not. if he is going on a full scale tour the he WILL go to the major touring country's which are the ones listed aboove. Da brakes, you're into show biz just like me, you should know.
  10. 1. 50 CENT/ MASSACRE/ 3,786,493 2. THE GAME/ THE DOCUMENTARY/ 2,036,546 3. MIKE JONES/ WHO IS MIKE JONES?/ 524,641 4. WILL SMITH/ LOST & FOUND/ 418,256 5. BEANIE SIGEL/ B.COMING/ 335,120 6. COMMON/ BE/ 262,608 7. THREE 6 MAFIA/ CHOICES II/ 140,765 8. MEMPHIS BLEEK/ 534/ 100,714 9. YOUNG GUNZ/ BROTHERS FROM ANOTHER/ 79,550 10. B.G./ HEART OF THA STREET/ 71,006 11. GUCCI MANE/ TRAP HOUSE/ 19,845 albums predicted selling much coming out: Kanye West, Mos Def, Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, Joe Budden, Royce Da 5'9 & Nas. Common is gonna go past will smith, i'm sure K.West and the G-unit fellas will do to. But then it's pretty uncertain as Nas & Buddens last albums flopped. but then again, rumours are saying Nas is gonna bring som new ether on 50 cent on his nasdaq dow jones album. Will is mos definately in the game again.
  11. hahahha...fun commercial! "atleast snoops kids can fight!"
  12. it's a dope track. nothin more nothing less.
  13. Dunno.. it says so on the commercial that runs on SVT, but it doesn't say on their website.
  14. It gone a few month's since L&F came out now and I've had the chance to let it melt in. What do u think about the album now compared with the first week after it came out? Here's some thought and ratings: - I downloaded the album a couple of days before it the stores and I remember the chaos on the board when it got leaked. Now don't get upset, I bought it the first day it came out and I didn't share it =) - I remember liking tell me why most at first. It was so above everything on B2R that i got shocked. ----------------- Song reviews: My favourite song was the title track and tell me why followed by partystarter. but now as time has gone I've realized that the best song in my opinion is Partystarter. Here's some grades and comparisons: Summertime - 10 out of 10 Miami - 7/10 Born to reign (the song) - 8,5/10 Afro Angel - 8/10 The Rain - 9/10 Block Party - 8,5/10 Dont say nothin - 8,5/10 Lost and found: Here He comes - 7/10 Partystarter - 10/10 Switch - 6/10 Mr Nice Guy - 7/10 Holy Roller - 7,5/10 Lost And Found - 9/10 Tell Me Why - 9/10 I Wish I Made that - 8,5/10 Swagga - 7/10 Pump Ya breaks - 8/10 If you can't dance - 6,5 Could You love me - 5,5/10 Loretta - 9,5/10 Wave em off - 8,5/10 Scary story - 8/10 Switch R&B - 7/10 Switch Reggae - 8/10 COming to the stage - 8/10 We Won't - 6/10 Conslusion: Partystarter is the best song will's done solo and in my opinion either the second or third best in all his career, i really can't get tired of it. It has a dopebeat and the lyrics are just insane. Loretta is second best and also Will's second best solosong just above the rain. L&F and Tell Me Why are just behind the rain and loretta, but also really great songs. L&f is his best soloalbum cause of how well-balanced and strong it is. It doesn't have bad songs, just some songs that are less good (Switch, Could you love me). it's like Born to reign just backwards.
  15. IF it is a real tour then he'll go, that ain't much. 8 country's isn't much. Lerkot: I didn't say he hate it, but alot of artists do.
  16. Sweden is hated amongst artists. Denmark is much more european and you can notice it. besides it cost alot to go these distances. It's possible though that he'll chosse both sweden and denmark cause if how much he likes us.
  17. Reality has you shackled, you're stuck in a scenic view Trapped in a tower, can you feel the hope leaving you? We're not made from Adam and Eve, kid, read the bible Between the lines.. We're the ****ing snake, slithering spineless Brought slaves overseas and built America out of Lego Then erased their heritage and placed them in ghettos Now we have a million architects but not a single carpenter But there's a window of opportunites.. and a pencil sharpner Still in need of a sacrifice.. Find me crucified on a tabernacle Just stack every word in a pile.. and soon you'll have a castle Feed me drama, I'd gladly walk over a thousand dead apostles And donate every dollar, burst through every armor just to reach nirvana Drift away in lines, fall down in the bluest lake To awake, open your eyes and realize it's a pool of snakes Escaping reality is a humble feeling, but don't fear me Just be weary, cause this great jungle is decieving Walk a lone path to raise your own axe to consume a braveheart The trees and green fields can turn to toombs and graveyards I let the pen pierce the hand that holds the sword I provoke his lore and every written word invoke the lord Effecting the cause for every second that's lost Weapons go off, records are bought... My lession is taught.
  18. I'd say besides UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Denmark are certain to get visited. They always get the big shows. If we're lucky he'll come to Norway, Sweden, Poland, Switzerland, Portugal & The old Soviet states.
  19. Billboard Hot 100 Digital Tracks Pop 100 Pop Airplay It rises from 8 to 7 on hot 100 and from 6 to 5 on pop airplay. It stays on mark on the other charts. Brought to you by me.
  20. He'll probably go gold the first week in july (week 27).
  21. 35 SMITH*WILL LOST & FOUND 25,394 3 24,635 418,256 A three percent increase!! WELL, and i first heard on IC that he had gone platinum worldwide, but i didn't believe it, so i begged my homie at playground (a record company), check it, he said he'd done over 1 million worldwide with alot of sales is Asia and so. THIS IS DOPE! B2R didn't even go plat worldwide. With these numbers in the uk it means he's done over 417k and is in a couple of weeks gold!
  22. 35 SMITH*WILL LOST & FOUND 25,394 3 24,635 418,256 The real soundscan.
