These are all just Hollywood rumors. IMDB.com gets its information from the "same" sources as Comingsoon.net. IMDB is no more reliable than any of the other "Hollywood" movie websites.

Comingsoon.net is like Mediatakeout.com; you have to take what they report with a grain of salt. There will be no prequel or sequel to I Am Legend. There won't be a MIBIII or a Bad Boys III either. Stuff like this gets talked about in Hollywood all the time but it never amounts to anything. We won't know it's true until they actually finish making the movie.

Cool interview. I never got all that heated about Em's "diss" against FP. In reality, it made Em look immature saying he gotta curse in his records to sell. The Records Keep Falling!! The Dark Knight crossed the $200 million mark on Tuesday(with over $20 million made on Tuesday) and with that it set two more records. The Dark Knight has the biggest 5-day opening in movie history and it reached $200 million faster than any other movie in history(just 5 days). The previous 5-day opening record holder was Star Wars III: Revenge Of The Sith($172 million).

It's not surprising that Will's the highest paid actor. I Am Legend was a monster at the box-office and with his deal(believed to be $20 million + a percentage of the worldwide gross) it's not surprising he made $80 million. It helps when you produce your own flicks. You get a bigger piece of the pie. Congrats!

Updated International Numbers: According to the website TheNumbers.com, Hancock enjoyed another week at the #1 spot overseas. The movie pulled in an astonishing $74 million last week to boost its overseas total to $253.5 million. Couple that with its $191.5 million U.S. gross, Hancock has now grossed $445 million worldwide. That puts the movie in 4th place on Will Smith's career list.

Hancock's $14 million weekend was more than enough to become Will Smith's 5th biggest movie of his career. With its $371 million worldwide total, Hancock now trails ID4($817 million), MIB($589 million), I Am Legend($584 million) and MIBII($441 million). On the domestic front, Hancock passed MIBII into 4th place on Will Smith's career list behind ID4($306 million) I Am Legend($256 million) and MIB($250 million). Hancock will probably finish somewhere around $225 million in the U.S, and over $450 million worldwide.

The Dark Knight Shatters Box Office Record!!! Pretty much everyone knew that The Dark Knight would be the #1 movie this weekend. What analysts didn't expect was for it to break box office records. The Dark Knight shattered the competition on its way to a $155.3 million opening weekend, the best opening weekend in history. The movie also set two more records. it became the fastest movie ever to eclipse $100 million and it had the 2nd biggest gap ever between 1st & 2nd place at the box office(Mamma Mia finished a mere $127.5 million behind TDK). It also had the second biggest single day total for a saturday.

Two More Records For The Dark KNight!!!! Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight set 2 more records on Friday. With its $66.4 million opening, it broke the record for a single day total & it broke the record for an opening day. While it's not expected to continue at that torrid pace throughout the weekend, The Dark Knight is still poised to take in over $125-130 million.
