  1. LL COOL J - Diggy Down 14 Shots To The Dome (1993) Always loved this one.
  2. TIMBALAND w/ BRANDY - 808 Timbaland's Vault http://www.timbalandthursdays.com/2011/02/808-timbaland-feat-brandy/ I'm loving this. Timbaland fans needs 2 check out his website. If u follow this link to download this track, click on "MUSIC" at the top of the page. There will be "Timbaland Thursdays" and "Timbaland's Vault" in the drop down. If you go to each of them, you'll be able to download 21 FREE Timbaland joints!! It's all unreleased...some of the songs feature Brandy, Eve, Keri Hilson, Missy Elliot, etc. Some of them are brand new while others are a little older.
  3. TIMBALAND + BRANDY - Whenever You Like Timbaland's Vault http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTMUlCGZJEg He's put out a handful a tracks that record labels wouldn't support. This is dope!
  4. TIMBALAND w/ TAWANNA - See You Again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X530ETf2Ggg He just posted this on his Facebook for a free download. If u like the song there's also a link to download it on the YouTube page.
  5. MYA - Fabulous Life K.I.S.S. (2011) I just got her new album (only released in Japan so far) and it's really good.
  6. I knew it was from Dangerous but I didn't know there were test pressings. That's what I'd like to know about the unreleased tracks. JADE - 5, 4, 3, 2 (Yo! Time Is Up) Mind, Body, Song (1994) Anybody miss R-N-B that really makes you bob your head?
  7. JAGGED EDGE - Let's Get Married (Metro Mix) Let's Get Married (CD Single) (2000) I MISS REAL REMIXES!!
  8. I'm listening to MJ too! MICHAEL JACKSON + LL COOL J - Serious Effect http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPe-Uu5eOXA I to get some bogus mixtape with drops on it. Anyone know where I can just FIND the original track? There's those MJ songs floating around and I've had no luck finding them.
  9. Jim, I actually dislike Facebook for the reason you like it...lol. I hate that it's uniformed and that there are crazy limits as to how you can express yourself. The fact that you are limited to simply text drives me insane. I love Myspace. Facebook streamlined everything which made it easier to use and that's how they beat out Myspace. Once Myspace was sold, I hated it. I still go on it occasionally, mostly for music stuff, but I hate that it doesn't look like it can rebound from where it was. I use Facebook simply to keep in touch with people and reconnect with others. The secondary purposes are to entertain people and to stay informed of events. I check Facebook at least 3 times a day which sometimes results in wasted time. I hate Twitter. It's like Myspace and Facebook with no features...lol.
  10. Twitter is the biggest load of crap. I was on it for a few months. I don't understand how people find it entertaining.
  11. USHER - Making Love (Into The Night) Raymond V Raymond (2010) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p100bGsCr2U Usher acted like he had sense when he did this track...unlike half of the songs on his most recent album. Usher, please return to making quality R-N-B/Soul music!
  12. I think The Main Ingredient is a better album as well but Mecca + The Soul Brother is a monumental album. That album did things for Hip-Hop that not many albums has. It's risky releasing stuff like this because the audience who will A) find out about its release, B) care about its release, and C) BUY IT is small. It rare for a record company to support something like this. I think it's beautiful. Over the past year I've bought 2 disc deluxe versions of classic albums by Marley Marl and The Jungle Brothers and I'm always so amazed that this kinda stuff gets made. If more albums like that got promoted and purchased, I'm sure we'd see more releases like this of classic Hip-Hop.
  13. DESTINY'S CHILD w/ TIMBALAND - Get On The Bus Why Do Fools Fall In Love (1998)
  14. If this was posted on the board, I completely forgot about it. Already spent too much money this week but when I saw this, I HAD to buy it! I thought the other PR+CL fans would wanna know about this. http://www.amazon.com/Mecca-Soul-Brother-Deluxe-Smooth/dp/B003XIO7QE/ref=sr_1_4?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1305381636&sr=1-4
  15. MANDISA w/ TOBYMAC - Good Morning What If We Were Real (2011) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0bX1efbZWyk&feature=related L.O.V.E. T.H.I.S!
  16. I read this earlier today. The one point they want to make almost, barely, slightly has some weight to it. Unfortunately they are uneducated on his music and the man he is...making a mountain out of a mole hill. It's all very silly.
  17. Brakes, your post had me listening to Kris Kross all day. Why the heck aren't they still making music!? KRIS KROSS w/ DA BRAT, AALIYAH, JERMAINE DUPRI and MR. BLACK - Live And Die For Hip-Hop (DJ Clark Kent Remix) Live And Die For Hip-Hop (CD Single) (1996)
  18. This world has been going to hell for so long. It makes you wonder how much more time there is.
  19. MANDISA - Say Goodbye What If We Were Real (2011) One of my favorite albums of the year...
  20. TIMBALAND + MAGOO feat. AALIYAH - Man Undercover Welcome To Our World (1997) I'm falling in love with that Aaliyah, Ginuwine, Timbaland, Missy Elliot, Playa, Magoo 1996-2001 era all over again. It's taking me back.
  21. That's how I always felt...but as I got back to revisit it, it's much better than I remember thinking. Maybe it was bad timing...maybe the current state of music has lifted its quality. I don't know. All I can say is that feeling it more than ever, though it's still my leave favorite Brandy album. AALIYAH - Hot Like Fire (Timbaland's Groove Mix) One In A Million (1997)
