Yeah, Jive got paid...why would they start paying JJ+FP tho.' They barely did it when they were on the label...why start now?? I must say that it's kinda akward 2 hear the song on a Wal-Mart commercial tho'...just feels weird.

Even tho' i think the movie is average, i think all of the performances were great. As an actor, i know how u have 2 make the most of what u are given in a script.

I hate prequels...i really do. They should have told the orgin story in this one. Orgin stories are what make superhero movies good.

This isn't any news 2 be shouting about...but i just thought i'd share. It's 1 in the morning and i'm watching some Tatyana Ali movie about a salon and during a commerical break, the "Summertime" instrumental comes on. Strange as i found it, it was a Wal-Mart commercial with alot of bar-b-q/picnic footage. For a really short bit they even have FP's vocals playing.

I already voted...i trust everyone will take a minute out of their day 2 do this.

Let me be incredibly close-minded right now...Superman has 2 have white skin, blue eyes, and black hair...ha ha. Any other race, any other hair color, any other eye color just won't work. Unless u wanna bastardize the whole thing which would have fans like me unhappy. I liked Superman Returns alot. I think Brandon Roth did a great job. I think the fact that his voice and looks were very much like Christopher Reeve's were a big part of making that movie work. The fact that he looked like the character AND the actor who is best known for playing the character was a great combination. Becuz i didn't watch the Wild Wild West TV show, i didn't care about the 'Prince in that character. I'm not sure if i would have if i did. I am one of those people who actually like the WWW movie. Some characters are open for change and some are just locked in2 their foundation. Superman has been the same way since the 1930's. It's dangerous 2 mess with that. Me not wanting FP playing Superman isn't really about race, it's about EVERYTHING. Even tho' everyone other than me on the planet hated Catwoman, i thought it was cool that Halle Barry played the character and did it well. Catwoman is one of those characters who has changed 100 times since her orgin. Which makes the casting more open. I still think FP would make the perfect John Stewart Green Lantern if they ever did a Green Lantern Corps movie. If the Justice League movie that has been put on hold featured grown established actors like Brandon Roth and Christian Bale, i think he would have been perfect for that kind of casting. But since they were doing a younger, less established cast, i don't think he would fit in perfectly 4 that roll. Martian Manhunter would be another hero i could see him play. If they did a Titans movie, i think he'd make an awesome Cyborg. The Hancock idea is okay i guess...but i'd like 2 see him play an established big name superhero at some point.

This takes me back 2 when we got a 1st taste of L+F...classic!!

I actually don't think an acappella was ever released. I remember the extended version, the radio version, the instrumental, the remix, the remix instrumental, and that's it.

It's not really a true soundtrack. It's really just a compilation of the best Hip-Hop and R-N-B that was out at the time of it's release. It's just the sound and vibe of the show at that time. I got it years ago off ebay. Most of the songs on it are amoungst my favorite of all time. JJ+FP, Salt-N-Pepa, Joe Public, Color Me Badd...classic early 90's.

Hmmm...as i'm getting more in2 it, i think it' stupid that is just goes in2 the regular track...abandoning all the additional production for a good bit....then going back in2 it. That's my only comlaint tho.'

I like this quirky club mix. I would prefer 2 hear a straight Hip-Hop remix any day...but this is cool. Thanx!

Tom Cruise is former heartthrob actor of average talent who used 2 be way overrated. But lots of people just don't like him anymore. He comes off as this incredibly akward, over the top, annoying know it all in his interviews these days. He's been on a downward spiral for awhile and the whole Scientology thing... I'd like FP 2 seperate from him personally...but who am i 2 judge?

It just shows how stupid some movie fans are and how money hungry movie execs are...is it so wrong 2 actually wait and see what a movie does before talking about the sequel!? "The 1st movie isn't even out yet but lets get busy on the 2nd..."....that's just stupid. The Superman and Back To The Future movies were taking big chances when they were shooting the 1st and 2nd one at the same time. Hancock is alright...but he's no Superman.

I totally agree. For about 10 years, i thought Vanilla Ice was as wack as it could ever get. But when all these dirty south rappers started getting really popular in like 2002, i waz like "WoW!!"...cuz they actually make Vanilla Ice looks pretty darn good. If i had 2 choose one artist 2 listen 2 for the rest of my life and my choices were Vanilla Ice, Lil' Wayne, 50 Cent, Soulja Boy, Webbie, Lil' Scrappy, Lil' Jon, Boosie, Plies, etc....i'd be choosing Vanilla Ice.

Everything on that list is 100% true. Number 1 is my biggest concern. But sloppy, unfocused albums, overrated and overused producers, fake thugs, one-sided radio, commercialization are my biggest dislikes. 90% of all Rap and 40% of R-N-B is straight trash and the artists are laughable, untalented fools.

He needs 2 use another instrumental for that freestyle. "In Da Club" is so tired.
