I had a dream that the album hit stores next week...let's see if i'm right. Who dreams about JJ+FP albums dropping?!?

JURASSIC 5 - Quality Control (Part II) EP (1999) Brakes!! That Smooth song is my joint!! I have all 3 of her albums along with the CD single for "Mind Blowin'" which is loaded with flawless mid-90's remixes. She actually dropped a single about 2 years ago but nobody heard of it.

Thanx 4 posting that!! It's about time he drop this new album. He's been dropping rare singles, doing random performances, and dropping videos every once in awhile that haven't added up2 much. From what i've heard over the years, i think this album has alot of potential if he can just get it out there and at least a lil' support from the media.

Good point, i wazn't looking at it as a worldwide thing with that comment. But it is frustrating. The whole way thru' school, i always did projects and papers on AIDS...just doing my part 2 educate others and keep it in people's heads. I really think we need 2 submurge ourselves with it in the media again.

For all those LL fans, i highly urge u 2 pick up the LL Cool J "Todd Smith" CD + DVD combo xclusively available at Wal-Mart. Yeah, i picked up the album the day it dropped...but when Wal-Mart just recently put out this combo, i had 2 get it. And it's totally worth it, at least 4 the LL fans. The basics are the "Control Myself" and "Headsprung" videos. The real stuff is BET's "Blue Print" special on LL where he talks about everything from music, to movies, 2 his life, 2 his faith. On top of that, u get 2 live performances, BET's "All Access" episode on the making of Headsprung, footage of the making of the "Control Myself" video, AND parts of a 1997 interview he did on RapCity during the "Phenomenon" music video. It's over an hour or rare LL. All i can say is that it's well worth the $13.88. that Wal-Mart has it priced at. It won't be available long....so don't miss out.

Yeah, i'm actually really disappointed on how AIDS and HIV is ignored these days. Back in the early 90's...it waz talked about in schools, on TV, in music, and so on. It still gets talked about, but nothing like it used 2 be. One thing that really disappoints me is that we know exactly how 2 not get it...and we've known about this for so long, that it literally could be wiped out by now. But people are just so ignorant, irresponsible, and carefree 2 achieve that kinda result. I'm not coming down on people have have AIDS or HIV, cuz i actually know someone who has it. But we know that by abstaining or practicing "safer" sex and not sharing used drug needles, this disease would be gone or nearly gone by now. I pray that they find a cure for it...but i also pray that people clean their lives up, get away from drugs, and learn how 2 control themselves.

I've checked Circuit City, Wal-Mart, Borders, FYE, Best Buy, and an independent record store. It hasn't been released. With albums like this, it's not common for them 2 actually come out a week or 2 after the actual release date. That's probably the case.

I had 2 work all day. I ran in2 Circuit City and they didn't have the album on the shelves. After work i went 2 Wal-Mart and they didn't have it either...which waz kinda okay since i realized that my friend has my credit card as i waz walking in. If anyone has it or has seen it in a record store...let me know so i can go get it.

Since DMX has made some mistakes in the past few years, i'm really interested in this series. He's a real talent and stands out when u look at all the rappers and emcees who have come out since the late 90's. I'm hopin' he's getting things worked out 4 the good. And Sticky Fingaz has actually done alot of acting. I can't remember everything he's done. But he played Brandy's boyfriend on Moesha forever. I remember seeing him in a few movies also.
