  1. :shakehead: FATHER MC - This Is For The Players Sexual Playground (1995)
  2. 3Cookies is going thru' alot at the moment. She didn't give me real details..and i'm not even sure if she'd want them shared. But she's definitly going thru' some hardtimes right. So please keep her in your prayers.
  3. Thanx!! Dope article. I really wish Hip-Hop's 1st commercial artists didn't get the raw deal like they have. This article set alot of things straight.
  4. I'm strictly going by memory...and i haven't even watched most of them...but here goes... The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1-3) Jackass (Boxset) The Tick The Simpsons (1-5) The Adventures of Lois + Clark (1,2) In Living Color (1-3) Aqua Teen Hunger Force (4) Superfriends (2) The Newlyweds (1-4) Viva La Bam (2/3)
  5. DAVE CHAPPEL, JOHN MAYER, + ?UESTLOVE - Dif'rent Strokes - The Facts of Life (2004)
  6. LL Cool J ...or Heavy D ...or Shock-G ...or Queen Latifah ...or Rakim ...or...
  7. Ugh...the Bad Boys 2 soundtrack is trash. Most of those emcees sucked. That Mary J. Blige song waz good...but nothing compared 2 her album that came out just months later. Shoot, even that Justin Timberlake song waz better than most of the stuff on the soundtrack. M.O.P. didn't even come correct on the soundtrack. "Shake Ya Tailfeather" waz a fun commercial joint...and that Fat Joe song waz good...but the rest is trash. STRIAGHT TRASH. Puffy turned down new songs by FP!! The 1st Bad Boys soundtrack waz dope. So many of us expected a good soundtrack after the 1st...but no. It's one of the worst soundtracks ever...period.
  8. Thanx!! It's so cool 2 be a support someone who is motivated by things like this...and is one of the best emcees ever.
  9. But the bottom line is that Master P and Lil' Romeo are wack. All of Bow Wow's stuff is better than anything they've ever done. Bow Wow's ego is rediculous...and most of his music isn't that much better than the other stuff on the radio...but in my opinon. Bow Wow still has a chance 2 grow up and be a decent artist...where as Master P is a grown man who's been around for over a decade doing crappy stuff. There's a handful of Bow Wow trax that i actually like...like "Let Me Hold You" and "My Baby."
  10. TRIN-I-TEE 5:7 - What He Wants The Kiss (2002)
  11. I got a few of those cards. I've always thought about pickin' the boxsets on line...but i've always hesitated.
  12. His new album drops May 9th. The single is getting alot of good feedback from pop radio. LL COOL J - I've Changed Todd Smith - 2006 This song is crazy!!
  13. Man, i can't even believe u brought up J-Kwon. That guy waz the biggest joke. The truest 1 hit wonder since the 2000's. He didn't even had like a small 2nd hit...and that "Tipsy" joint waz the most annoying trash out that year.
  14. NICH LACHEY - What's Left of Me What's Left of Me (2006) Still lovin' this song...the video preimers 2morrow.
  15. Is this immature...YES. But it's still entertaining...ha ha. Cuz even tho' Bow Wow is walking around all cocky these days and saying ignorant things...he has called Master P and Lil' Romeo out and is statin' facts. Master P's career has quickly disappeard since his hay day in 1998/1999. Lil' Romeo's career only lasted from 2000-2002.
  16. If they were gonna just make it an 11 track CD, they should have jammed it tight with the singles. Yeah, it's called "The Very Best of..." but a Greatest Hits theme would make more sense. Only 5 of those 11 trax were succesful singles. The others are just album trax or underground circulated type hits. I would have did a lil' somethin' like this... 1. I Wanna Rock 2. I'm Looking For The One (To Be With Me) 3. Boom! Shake The Room 4. Summertime 5. Ring My Bell (Mr. Lee's Extended Remix) 6. The Things U Do 7. The Groove (Grover's Groove) 8. I Think I Can Beat Mike Tyson 9. Brand New Funk 10. Parent's Just Don't Understand 11. Girls Ain't Nothing But Trouble (1988 Remix) I know i chose a few smaller hits over some bigger hits. But 2 celebrate JJ+FP in 2006, i'd wanna focus more on the later stuff. Then load the package with some un-used Code Red promo pix. I'll still gladly pick up the album. Tim just recently picked up "Before The Willennium"...i'm sure he thought it waz worth the money...ha ha.
  17. Somethings aren't even worth giving a chance...and anything with the G-Unit name on it is one of those things. When it comes 2 G-Unit, u can expect ignorance and stupidity wrapped up in one untalented package.
  18. I sent them 2 Tim years ago. I thought he'd have them on the lyrics page...but i never check them out so i don't know. If noboy else posts it...i'll try 2 get my old broken computer working so i can put 'em up.
  19. It looks like Jive is gonna release another JJ+FP greatest hits CD. It's highly likely this will be one of those 10 track CDs with all the biggest singles and a 2 paged-insert. But who knows, since "Switch" waz a hit, they might surprise us with a b-side, a remix, something unreleased, another new remix (like Summertime '98), or even some of FP's solo hits. We only have about a month and a half 2 find out. It's good that Jive is releasing it and not another company. There's a better chance that it won't suck since their record lable is releasing it. At least we can hope for rare photo's 2 be somewhere on the package.
  20. Heavy D + The Boyz - In Living Color Man, they need 2 release the many versions of this song.
  21. The Judgement Night soundtrack has lot of Hip-Hop/Rap and Rock collabos....Run-DMC, De La Soul, Onyx, Cypress Hill, Sir Mix-Alot...alongside Living Colour, Pearl Jam, etc. The Tony Rich Project mixes R-N-B and Soul with some Rock on his 2003 album. 4th Avenue Jones' most recent album mixes Hip-Hop, R-N-B and Rock. DMC's album has various flavas mixed in with Hip-Hop. Martin Luther has R-N-B Soul mixed in with Rock. Speech combines Hip-Hop, R-N-B, Soul, Reggae all 2gether. Gospel singer Nicole C. Mullen mixes alot of acoustics and a dash of rock in some of her R-N-B sound...along with some Hip-Hop Natasha Bedingfield and Nelly Furtado mix alot of different styles 2gether in their music. Jason Mraz is a light rock and acoustic kinda artist...but he mixes soul, Hip-Hop, Reggae/Dancehall, and Jazz in with his stuff. He's most recent single is a perfect example..."Geek In The Pink."
  22. mark...if u don't learn how 2 log in...i swear i'm gonna ban the crap outta u.
  23. It's all the same 2 me. When u look at his music, he's pretty much where u'd expect him 2 be. He keeps it fresh, but his lyrics, sound, and subject matter have always naturally progressed 2 where he is right now.
  24. I didn't read that article and i don't follow either of their careers 2 closely. But when it comes 2 skillz, i ride with Cam'ron. When he came out, i followed him kinda closely and really liked alot of his songs. Even his more recents were decent. But after Jay-Z's 1st album, i didn't like him much at all. Jay-Z's attitude, music, and some of his actions are a joke 2 me. I'll read this article when i have more time...but looking at things as is...i favor Cam'ron.
