Well, when it comes 2 people like Jay-Z. They work mad hard trying 2 make it, and put out a good album when they 1st come out. But once they make it, and the more succesful they get, the lazier they get. Their lyrics mean less, the passion is gone. Let's face it...the Jay-Z of 2006 is not the Jay-Z of 1996. Shoot, the Jay-Z of 1999 wazn't the Jay-Z of 1996. I'm not just calling Jay-Z out tho'...cuz there are ALOT of other rappers like him...tho' many of them have totally fallen off since. When the smoke clears, u see who is content once they get some money and fame. That's why i love FP. He's had 2 adapt over the years, but his lyrics have always been true 2 himself and u can tell he puts lots of time in2 what he puts out. Even if u don't like a song or an album...u can never say he's let us down. There isn't 2 many artists in Hip-Hop u can say that about.

I doubt it'll be up for download even then. Only the unsigned artists really put up music 2 actually download. And there's a good chance that there will be an Instrumental version of The Return of The Magnificent.

Nah, Jay-Z can't even touch Nas. He's has a few good singles...but other than that...well, i'll just keep the reactions minimal by keeping my mouth shut. One thing i like about the mid-90's waz that production quality was much better...and the sound waz much thicker...even when the emcee or rapper had lacking skillz.

U always chose the quality beats (not the watered down garbage)...and if u were gonna put another person's vocals on the remix, i'm glad u chose one that actually has skillz. For those who don't vibe with music...i guess u don't pick up the potential of trax b4 the lyrics are laid. I can tell this track will be great. I wish he had it up for download tho.' Some of my favorite unsigned artists on myspace have regulated their trax on download 4 so long that i've put 2gether full albums of their stuff. I'd like 2 have this instrumental 2 put at the end of a mixtape.

I think there are 2 sides of Nas...which is why i could never really get in2 his stuff. There's the slightly introspective stuff which i like...then there's the flossing style...which is bland and cookie cutter 2 me. I just wish he waz more consistent. I like his 1st 2 albums alot. But there's alot of hit/miss type stuff on the other albulms.

I've never really been a huge fan of Wu-Tang...but i can't front on skillz. If they are gonna do a reunion...i think they should do it in the big way. Do they have a new album coming or is this one of those "under the table" type things where only the people checkin' 4 it are gonna know about it?

Thanx 4 this. LL + Latifah are literally the best that Hip-Hop has 2 offer. I still can't believe they went and did a movie 2gether unfortunatly i have 2 work 2nite and 2morrow morning so i won't see it until Sat nite or Sun nite. This next LL album is what i'm waiting 4...and i really hope things fall in2 place so a new Latifah album will be out kinda soon.

Hey, i said G-Unit stood for Gay Unit months ago...now we're stealing my jokes. I've never heard of this LG Hip-Hop. I have nothing against gay people...especially since i have a few gay friends, but i wouldn't be interested in hearing it. If the guys would be talking about banging guys as much as Ludacris, Nelly, and 50 Cent talking about banging hos....i have zero interest. While we are on the topic, i remember in the late 90's when a New York radio DJ said he'd disown the day he heard of the 1st gay rapper. MC Lyte waz on the show and tore him apart and called him out being prejudice and a homophobe.

I like this track alot...i can't see why some people aren't feelin' it.

Stupid but remotely funny. I think that this comic pokes more fun at the sell-out fanst than FP. After all, he's wearing a "Parents Just Don't Understand" shirt...yet he's knocking FP for blowing up. There's alot of sell-out fans like that.

I have Nas's Illmatic...but i've never listened 2 it that much. I don't remember any trax that reminded me of "Scream." I do wish Nas's more current stuff waz on the level of Illmatic tho.'
