  1. Yeah, she's using them as an example of a good and successful relationship.
  2. While i'll never say those commerical remixes are that good, i can't wait 2 hear the full versions off my single (when i get it in a week or so) on my stereo. I imagin they will be better than the snippets online. I know there is a full version floating around...i'm just waiting 4 the single.
  3. I picked up the album 2day ($7.99 at Circuit City) and got what i expected. After hearing the 1st single, i knew that i wazn't gonna get the Run i wanted on this album, but i'm still happy 2 have it. Run's delievery and flow is the same on every track. He uses he's high pitched yelling voice on every single cut. I wanted 2 hear some straight up, laid back Hip-Hop. After all, when Run-DMC waz having creative differences, Run favored the straight Hip-Hop sound while DMC waz in2 more rock and folk styled stuff. It isn't really a Rap/Rock album. It reminds me of the Beastie Boys' last album. He keeps it totally retro which is cool when u are in the mood 4 that, but i just want some modern Hip-Hop from Run. The beat machines are straight old skool and the beats are Hip-Hop but played bock live rock instruements. Lyrically, he brings the flava he's always brought, which is of course a good thing. The album is different and refreshing. I waz hoping the album would have trax like It's Over, Queens Day, Crown Royal, Ahhh, Let's Stay Together, Ay Papi, and Simmons Incorportated off of the Crown Royal album, but no such like. Even the Crown Royal trax like "Rock Show" are better than the stuff on Run's album. I wazn't expecting a Run-DMC album, but it's nowhere near what i wanted. I love Run and will always support him, but i'm longing for some straight Hip-Hop. I like this album tho'...i've been listening 2 it non-stop since i picked it up. I'm gonna track down that Liberty X CD single so i burn a CD 4 the ride with the more recent Run-DMC stuff. By the way, what is the title of the remix that has Run on it? I know there are multiple versions of that song and i wanna make sure i get the remix that features Run.
  4. Man, i'm not even sure. Probably 1 of the following... MC HAMMER - U Can't Touch This DIGITAL UNDERGROUND - The Humpty Dance JJ+FP - Summertime
  5. I'm gonna start a post for people's opinions on the album.
  6. Don't 4get that Queen Latifah played 2 characters on the show. And Nia Long appeared on the show once b4 she waz Lisa. Jazz has all kinds of mess ups when it comes 2 consistency.
  7. Sup Nite. Glad 2 hear u are gonna do some more remixes. I like your u-neek style.
  8. It's not working 4 me. If anyone can help me out, i'll appriciate it. I'm interested in the remixes...not videos.
  9. D.H.T. feat. EDMEE - I Miss You Listen To Your Heart (2005)
  10. The album is released here in the US 2day. I suggest all u US fans pick the album up at Circuit City. They are selling it for $7.99 2day thru' Saturday.
  11. I thought this waz posted ages ago. I at least knew what it looked like 4 awhile. One thing i never understood is how a party starter can do his thing while sitting down and everyone else is on their feet. I have the Australia version of the single on it's way 2 me in the mail.
  12. I waz only calling out those who it applies 2. And i didn't have u in mind when making that statement.
  13. Ahhh...we need some Acid Jazz artists back on the scene. I'll check 'em out!
  14. DHT - Listen To You Heart (Unplugged) Listen To Your Heart (i think) (2005)
  15. I'll be discusted by all those who buy Eminem albums and Ja-Rule albums who visit this board and don't buy this album (and there's more people like that here than who will admit it).
  16. Q-TIP feat. BUSTA RHYMES - For The Nasty (from Q-tip's next album) (2005)
  17. Yeah, i would expect the CD to be in the $7.99 to $9.99 area the week it drops. Either way, i'm not gonna pass up on it. THis is Run we are talking about. If FP dropped a 22 minute long album, i'd spend $20 on it just like i would Run. U can't pass up stuff like this.
  18. LL COOL J - Hollis To Hollywood Mr. Smith (1995)
  19. Is this that re-worked Trey Songz song? If it is, i heard it on the radio last week...and i thought the song sucked. Why would he ruin one of his songs 4 something like this?!?
  20. I never really noticed that. Most of the instruments on those JJ+FP albums are electronic...which is probably why they sound the same.
  21. Yeah, OutKast's 1st album is better than all their other stuff put 2gether. However, most of their stuff is good and always pushing the limit...which is important in these days of cookie-cutter, disposable groups in Rap.
  22. "After Party" is like "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It"...a cool song, but nothing compared 2 the artists best music. "For Your Love" leaves "After Party" in the dust. It's pretty much on the same level as "All Because of You."
