Eminem, well, his credibility waz flushed down the toilet years ago. The Game has never impressed me. The whole clique is a joke. Dre needs 2 remember where he comes from and start surrounding himself with talented people again. Eminem needs 2 go back 2 his Slim Shady roots...and everyone else can just fall off the face of the earth.

Absolutely. "Tell Me Why" is bigger than commerical sales, bigger than popular music, bigger than Hip-Hop itself. FP has a passion 4 the song so i'm pretty sure it'll be released. It's one of those songs that hard 4 anyone 2 not like.

Ha!! I'm in a slightly similar situation. Let me sum up my story then i'll say what i think u should do. Back in 2001, i waz with the girl of my dreams. 4 years later, we broke up. A few months ago i got over the extreemly painful break up. However, shortly after i started seeing my girlfriend, i met this other girl. She had the looks that got my attention, she had the personality that made me wanna get 2 know her better. And she has all the flawless qualities that make me wanna be with her. We are good friends, but it's hard 4 us 2 stay in touch and make plans on a regular basis. So even tho' i've known her for 4 years, there's still that distance that makes things new whenever i see her. Anyways, she broke up with her boyfriend of 4 years the same day me and my ex broke up. Since then, she's talked 2 a guy or 2 but nothing has really happened. Well, just last week i gave her a job where i work, which is funny cuz i used 2 visit her at her work all the time. Anyways, any time i'm around this girl or even think about her, i floating on cloud 9. My friends clown me all the time cuz it's crazy 4 a guy my age 2 get this way. Anyways, i'm stuck in this place where i don't know whether 2 say i'm interested or not becuz she did start talking 2 another guy not long ago. They aren't officially going out, but at the same time, i'm not the type of person 2 step on anyones toes. Anyways, here's the best advice that i have. If she is seeing someone, let them do their thing. If nothing is that impressive early on in the relationship, chances are this is the kinda guy that not only can't keep a relationship growing, but he can't even start it. Sooner or later, she is most likely gonna loose interest. In the meantime, i think u should just be yourself and try 2 make plans with her once and awhile. Just be a good friend who dose special things 4 her once in awhile. During that time that she spends with u, u just gotta hope she's smart enough 2 realize that she's having more fun with u than when she's with him. Just remember that it's cool 2 tell someone u were thinkin' about them, want 2 do something with them, and so on. If u think u really need 2 put it out there, then do it. Just remember that there is no turning back after that. If that's not something she wants, it may be hard 2 keep things cool, at least 4 a lil' while, between the 2 of u. Just know that things are in God's hands. U gotta stay positive, excpect the best, and be there 4 her even when she disappoints u cuz she's with another guy. U can't get mad cuz it doesn't look like things are going your way...cuz after all, she is with another guy at the moment. If things don't play out the way u wont'...just remember that if that door won't open, there's a bigger and better door that will. U just may not see it at the moment. In the meantime, i'm just gonna feel your pain...ha ha. There's 3 girls in my life that i look at in a special kinda way. And it looks like this one is barely outshining the other 2. So it's killin' me 2 figure out where things are gonna go. Hey, at least it gives me a reason 2 wake up in the morning...ha ha.

Kool G Rap is a pioneer...but at the same time, i look at him as a relic. I dont' really follow him anymore, but he just doesn't have the same bite he used 2 have. I'll be disappointed if his signs with them. Lil' Scappy has no talent...so he fits right in with G-Unit. And 50 Cent is an idiot. How can a commerical light weird rapper "remodel" Hip-Hop...puh-leez.

I think this is kinda stupid, but i know where they are coming from in some aspect. I hardly ever watch NBA games, but when i do catch them, or see players being interviewed on TV, alot of them play up this cocky, materialistic, playboy image, which discusts me. And wearing headphones at a game is just disrespectful towards the team. It goes both ways i think.

This is definitly something i'm gonna check out.

Guys, i'm not really a Vanilla Ice fan...but i'm 99% sure that's not him.

I got some bad news 2nite. One of my best friends has been over in Iraq for nearly a year (except 4 a 2 week break he had 2 weeks ago). Anyways, as u can imagin, it's been kinda hard on his friends and family...probably harder on us than on him. Anyways, last nite, his mom got surgery done on her foot, during the surgery, she had a stroke. The doctors said that that is a chance she may have brain damage. It seems like like alot of my friends have been going thru' so many ups and downs in the past year. News like this is just hard on everyone but we are all hoping 4 the best. Infact i'm expecting the best. I just wanted 2 toss this situation out 2 all of u as a prayer request.

I don't think any guest producers worked on it. It says that the whole album waz produced by Whiteboy and Rev Run. No guest appearances either. I wouldn't call this his 2nd solo album. Jam Master Jay put in lots of work on the album. DMC waz only on like 2 track and on the hook of another, but it's definitly a Run-DMC album. Going past the shock of Jay's murder, Run-DMC waz actually gonna come back harder than ever. Run and DMC were gonna blend their styles and come back with a full album b4 Jay waz murdered. I wonder how that next album would have turned out. Back 2 Distortion tho'...i've been listening 2 the album all day 2day. It's still definitly a "mood album"...meaning i'll only be in the mood 4 it some of the time, but i'm definitly feelin' it.

While i'll never say those commerical remixes are that good, i can't wait 2 hear the full versions off my single (when i get it in a week or so) on my stereo. I imagin they will be better than the snippets online. I know there is a full version floating around...i'm just waiting 4 the single.

I picked up the album 2day ($7.99 at Circuit City) and got what i expected. After hearing the 1st single, i knew that i wazn't gonna get the Run i wanted on this album, but i'm still happy 2 have it. Run's delievery and flow is the same on every track. He uses he's high pitched yelling voice on every single cut. I wanted 2 hear some straight up, laid back Hip-Hop. After all, when Run-DMC waz having creative differences, Run favored the straight Hip-Hop sound while DMC waz in2 more rock and folk styled stuff. It isn't really a Rap/Rock album. It reminds me of the Beastie Boys' last album. He keeps it totally retro which is cool when u are in the mood 4 that, but i just want some modern Hip-Hop from Run. The beat machines are straight old skool and the beats are Hip-Hop but played bock live rock instruements. Lyrically, he brings the flava he's always brought, which is of course a good thing. The album is different and refreshing. I waz hoping the album would have trax like It's Over, Queens Day, Crown Royal, Ahhh, Let's Stay Together, Ay Papi, and Simmons Incorportated off of the Crown Royal album, but no such like. Even the Crown Royal trax like "Rock Show" are better than the stuff on Run's album. I wazn't expecting a Run-DMC album, but it's nowhere near what i wanted. I love Run and will always support him, but i'm longing for some straight Hip-Hop. I like this album tho'...i've been listening 2 it non-stop since i picked it up. I'm gonna track down that Liberty X CD single so i burn a CD 4 the ride with the more recent Run-DMC stuff. By the way, what is the title of the remix that has Run on it? I know there are multiple versions of that song and i wanna make sure i get the remix that features Run.
