I have the CD single that has the instrumental 2 the remix of the song...but i think it also has the instrumental 2 the original version. R. Kelly really outdid himself with that joint. It's one of the my fav mid-90's R-N-B trax. I don't really upload music cuz my computer is slow, but maybe we can work something out. I'll post later 2 confirm i have it.

It's actually quite easy 2 see how he's accomplished all that he's done. He's stayed positive and done as much "right" as a person can do. He's stayed true 2 himself and never sold out for any reason. It dosen't get any realer than that. Look at other rappers. They live filthy lifestyles and then glorify it. Anyone who worships ho's, alcohol, drugs, guns, violence, money and dose it while cussing up a storm is a lost, ignorant person. And 4 those who don't live like that and pretend that they do on records...well, that's just phoney and stupid.

The list looks good, but i don't know if i'd put "Boom! Shake The Room" on there.

FP is a fun-loving, joke-cracking, free spirit. He's a clown, but when it comes 2 real stuff, he's intellegent and intellectual. He's the perfect balance...which is one reason i idenify with him.

When i consider it a success, i talking strictly about the sales and hype around the album. The quality of the album is unquestionable. The sales are decent and the album/single have made a mark. And like it waz stated above, it didn't re-establish FP's skillz 2 alot of non-believers when it came 2 album reviews. If the album doesn't do much more than this, i'll still be happy with it as long as we aren't waiting 4ever 4 a new one. But i think the album has got more in store 4 us.

RUN-DMC - Together Forever Crown Royal (2001) This is one of my favorite Run-DMC songs...even if Run is on the mic alone. The video is one of the best videos ever done in Hip-Hop.

Just 2 update everyone, my friend's mother passed away 2day. Looking back on the whole thing, i think it's kinda amazing that he got a 2 week break from Iraq just 2 weeks ago and that he did make it back in town 2 see her b4 she passed. Of course this effects alot of people so prayers for understanding, wisdom, and comfort are still request. Thanx 2 everyone who's kept this situation in their thoughts.

It wazn't 2 surprising that this is happening if u ask me. Kanye West is NOT respected when it comes 2 politics and he looked like an idiot when he made that comment (where u agree with him or not). I don't see either party being hurt by the other...it's just silly all the way around. Kanye doesn't properly represent Hip-Hop...so i could care less about the whole thing.

I don't think Bow Wow is so bad. "Let Me Hold You" is far better than most of the Hip-Hop/Rap songs that have been on the radio in the past 2 years. It's always nice seeing people give FP props. But i don't see how he could tour with FP since FP hasn't toured in years. Bow Wow toured with Snoop years b4 he got his own record deal, he's also in the "Gin + Juice" video.

50 Cent is more immature than elementry school kids. He's just an idiot. That whole camp is a joke 2 me. He's a dope producer, but he hasn't been releasing the most quality stuff. Eminem, well, his credibility waz flushed down the toilet years ago. The Game has never impressed me. The whole clique is a joke. Dre needs 2 remember where he comes from and start surrounding himself with talented people again. Eminem needs 2 go back 2 his Slim Shady roots...and everyone else can just fall off the face of the earth.

Absolutely. "Tell Me Why" is bigger than commerical sales, bigger than popular music, bigger than Hip-Hop itself. FP has a passion 4 the song so i'm pretty sure it'll be released. It's one of those songs that hard 4 anyone 2 not like.

Ha!! I'm in a slightly similar situation. Let me sum up my story then i'll say what i think u should do. Back in 2001, i waz with the girl of my dreams. 4 years later, we broke up. A few months ago i got over the extreemly painful break up. However, shortly after i started seeing my girlfriend, i met this other girl. She had the looks that got my attention, she had the personality that made me wanna get 2 know her better. And she has all the flawless qualities that make me wanna be with her. We are good friends, but it's hard 4 us 2 stay in touch and make plans on a regular basis. So even tho' i've known her for 4 years, there's still that distance that makes things new whenever i see her. Anyways, she broke up with her boyfriend of 4 years the same day me and my ex broke up. Since then, she's talked 2 a guy or 2 but nothing has really happened. Well, just last week i gave her a job where i work, which is funny cuz i used 2 visit her at her work all the time. Anyways, any time i'm around this girl or even think about her, i floating on cloud 9. My friends clown me all the time cuz it's crazy 4 a guy my age 2 get this way. Anyways, i'm stuck in this place where i don't know whether 2 say i'm interested or not becuz she did start talking 2 another guy not long ago. They aren't officially going out, but at the same time, i'm not the type of person 2 step on anyones toes. Anyways, here's the best advice that i have. If she is seeing someone, let them do their thing. If nothing is that impressive early on in the relationship, chances are this is the kinda guy that not only can't keep a relationship growing, but he can't even start it. Sooner or later, she is most likely gonna loose interest. In the meantime, i think u should just be yourself and try 2 make plans with her once and awhile. Just be a good friend who dose special things 4 her once in awhile. During that time that she spends with u, u just gotta hope she's smart enough 2 realize that she's having more fun with u than when she's with him. Just remember that it's cool 2 tell someone u were thinkin' about them, want 2 do something with them, and so on. If u think u really need 2 put it out there, then do it. Just remember that there is no turning back after that. If that's not something she wants, it may be hard 2 keep things cool, at least 4 a lil' while, between the 2 of u. Just know that things are in God's hands. U gotta stay positive, excpect the best, and be there 4 her even when she disappoints u cuz she's with another guy. U can't get mad cuz it doesn't look like things are going your way...cuz after all, she is with another guy at the moment. If things don't play out the way u wont'...just remember that if that door won't open, there's a bigger and better door that will. U just may not see it at the moment. In the meantime, i'm just gonna feel your pain...ha ha. There's 3 girls in my life that i look at in a special kinda way. And it looks like this one is barely outshining the other 2. So it's killin' me 2 figure out where things are gonna go. Hey, at least it gives me a reason 2 wake up in the morning...ha ha.
