The video waz number 1 again on 106 + Park. This should definitly keep some momentum behind the album, which better be ready 2 drop soon.

Yeah, The Writings On The Wall is flawless. Thier debut album waz great. But that 2nd one waz a monster. The production waz thick and so were the vocals. Survivor waz very commercial. A good album, but it didn't have anything on their previous albums. Destiny Fulfilled waz taking them back 2 real R-N-B music, tho' there wazn't really any upbeat trax on it. I waz thinkin' they were getting back 2 that thicker sound. I really hope they'll at least pop up on each other's albums or reunite in the future. p.s. a Spice Girl reunion sounds interesting. I thought their stuff waz brilliantly fun pop with a strong R-N-B twist 2 it.

FP is my favorite rapper...but when it comes 2 skillz, i think they are on the same level. They both write rhymes that cover all kinds of stuff, their flows are straight forward, and their production is usually consistently very good. They both know how 2 rock shows properly (which is a rare skillz 4 emcees/rappers these days). They are both great businessmen and got heatly movie careers on the side. Where one has strength, the other has a strength in another area. LL has been my 2nd favorite emcee for years and i've been fans of both of them since the mid-80's.

Lost + Found is doing a similar thing that Big Willie Style did. It never topped the charts, but the sales were constant and look how huge that album ended up being...and the rediculous sales.

The set is amazing!! This is exactly what u would expect from JJ+FP 2005. FP's skillz are on point the whole way thru'...he dosen't miss a beat. Jazzy Jeff, as always, killed it. He got alot of camera time in the 1st few joints, but then then kinda put his camera shine in the background. I got really made once or twice cuz he totally tore it up and they didn't have him on the screen at all. The light show is great, the breaks in between numbers were short and sweet, the outfit changes were were appropriate. It's just great...very well put 2gether. After such a rough week and a half, this show just put me at ease. I hope alot of people picked up the version of Hitch with the bonus DVD 2 drive record sales.

I think it's stupid when groups do this. As long as there is a fanbase, i think groups should occasionally do something 4 their fans even if it's just once in awhile. En Vouge, SWV, Jade, Blackgirl, 3LW, and countless other girl groups split and/or had 2 switch up members. I just think it's a pathetic shame. I like how Left Eye put it when people said TLC waz gonna break up during the FanMail era. She said even if things got that bad, they have fans who are loyal 2 them and that they would stay loyal back...besides, it waz good money. Yet another reason why i think TLC is the best all female group of all time.

ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT - Somewhere In North Georgia

I saw this news yesterday and it really disappointed me. I honestly didn't think they would split since they are all very down 2 earth people. I think all of their solo albums are good but they aren't as good as the DC albums. I think their chemistry and style is just great and it's really a shame they are splitting after this tour.

I just saw a rerun of 2day's 106 + Park...IT'S NUMBER 1!!! I'm really impressed. Usually the 106 audience puts that G-Unit and Mike Jones type trash 2 the top of the charts. I'm glad some quality music with actual subject matter is one the top at the moment.

I didn't really want 2 see this movie while it waz in theaters that much...but my friend wanted 2 see it so bad that they paid 4 my ticket...who can complain about that!?! Anyways, i did like this movie. It's defintily something creative and loaded with comedy and action.

MARY MARY - In The Morning

Well, today, after my dog collapsed, me and my family desided that it waz time 2 relieve him from his struggle. As painful as the whole thing is, there is a peace inside me that i never expected could be there...which lets me know the time was right. Since his condition wasn't going to get better, and his health waz slowly getting worse...which didn't drag down his spirits, we desided to end the pain. It is one of the most awful things i've been thru', but i'm very thankful for the 10 years i had him. In this time, i just ask for comfort for my family. Thank you in advance 2 anyone who keeps me and my family in their thoughts and prayers.

I waz relieved when i 1st heard the newz. I believe that he probably is innocent, but i had no idea how the court case waz going 2 end even tho' from what i did follow, the people sueing him sounded really shady. I hope this polishes up his image and helps him get his life in order...and rejuvinates his career.

His last album Weekend Warrior is brilliant. One of the best Hip-Hop albums of the 2000's easily. I hope he comes out with another album soon. He's been doing big things with his DJing, commericals, cameos, and his participation in VH-1's Celebrity Fit Club.

I just got news that the episode that Arrested Development waz on will be re-airing on Tuesday.

Reminds me of when they released Lil' Kim's "Crush On You" back in 1997. The song waz on her album, but i THINK it waz originally just a song by Lil' Cease. She recorded vocals 4 the remix which waz released as the single. Awful song by the way.

Well, i got some bad news 2day from the vet. It sounds like his time with me won't be very long. His heart his enlarged, his liver is small, and he has a tumor in his stomach. The tumor fills up with blood and then releases it in2 his stomach, which is when he can't move around much. Since he's pretty old, surgery isn't a realistic option. The vet said that he isn't in pain, but that he will be uncomfortable at times. So basically, as long as he's doin' alright, we'll play it by ear, but when he has a bad day, that will probably be the time we releave him of all that. I know that God is in control and that he can work a miracle that medicine and doctors can't, but i don't really think that will happen. Just as much pain as i feel from the news, some of the stress has been lifted from me. I like 2 call this "spiritual pain relief" becuz while i am hurting, i'm handling it much more better than i ever imagined. Prayers for comfort, patience, good judgement, and even healing as still appricated. I wanna thank u all 4 all the support any everything.

Thanx 4 the words guys! Then mean alot. He's been doing a bit better and he's going 2 the vet in about an hour. The combination of this event along with another is really bringing me down. I'm hoping 4 good things 2 happen out of both of them and 2 bring my life back 2 a normal pattern.

How old is the song? I vaugly remember someone posting about it b4. But i don't remember the Heavy D line...which i think i would have. MC Ren is a joke tho'...all he's got riding on his career is N.W.A. He hasn't had a hit or even a legit following since. How can anybody be a "Ren hata" when there's nothing 2 hate about other than his wack solo music? D' Angelo dosen't bite Prince's style, and Heavy D help laid groundwork so that Hip-Hop could be where it is 2day...how's he gonna bite Biggie when he laid the game down 4 him. And we all know FP left Philly cuz of doing the show and all his acting project. MC Ren only makes himself look foolish with this lyric.

Ugh, bad news. He's not doing too well again. His energy level is really low and he's not eating much again. My anxiety level goes up and down with his condition...so i'm exhausted. He's going to the vet 2nite probably. I'm really hoping there is something that can be done. So all prayers would be appriciated.

U gotta remember, back in the day, female emcees didn't exactly try 2 look real feminine. Even if u look at early pix of MC Lyte and other female emcees, they are very tomboyish.

MICHELLE WILLIAMS - Do You Know p.s. Johnny 5, Marc Cohn's 1st album waz dope!! My dad got that album on cassette and used 2 play it in the car when i waz younger. It waz one of the few albums he had that i actually liked.
