I know what u mean...but think about it. Hip-Hop has always been a "bragging art." Listen 2 any Hip-Hop track from the late '70's and early '80's. The bragging waz always there. I agree that it gets annoying but there is so much more 2 his music than that. At least FP can back up what he says. Every single commerical rapper is bragging in their rhymes and they really don't have the right. Listen 2 the JJ+FP stuff...the bragging is still there.

"@$$ Like That" is one of the worse trax released in YEARS. As a former Eminem fan, i'll say when i like one of his song (i loved "Mockingbird") but "@$$ like that is total trash. He really had 2 apply himself 2 make something worse than "Just Lose It."

I love MC Hammer's stuff. I've always stood up 4 him. He opened the doors 4 every commercial emcee and rapper who came out after him. U don't gotta love him, but it's undeniable that he paved the way 4 other Hip-Hop acts 2 get proper deals and promotion. His lyrics are always positive and can't nobody touch him on the dancefloor.

I voted 4 the 2nd one. The updates come more often and there's everything that the old website had and more. I'm not taking the message board in consideration when making this choice.

We've talked about this b4. But this is my take on it. Born To Reign waz a different kinda album where he's making the statement. But with Lost + Found, he grounded himself in many ways. He approached the album with a totally different attitude.

I like this remix. It's just a really different take on the track. Most unathorized remixes don't sound right...so this person put some work in 2 this one cuz it flows really nice.

R u totally sure the UK single has the version without Lil' Jon? I haven't seen the UK single online...just the Australia single. And i couldn't get it confirmed if it has Lil' Jon's rap on it or not. I'll get the single if i know i'm not wasting my money on the same version on the album.

Hey, i'm trying 2 put 2gether an Usher greatest hit CD for the summertime. I actually sacraficed my money to buy Lil' Jon's album cuz i love the track "Lovers And Friends" so much. However, 2 my surprise, Lil' Jon has this terrible rap on the album version. I'm wondering if anyone could find a high quality version of the radio version on MP3. OR, 4 those of u who live in Australia, where the CD single waz released, could u find out if Lil' Jon's rap is on the single? Since i've never seen a promo single 4 it, i can't find this ANYWHERE...and y'all know how much music i get. Please help me out here cuz i gotta get this Usher Greatest Hits CD put 2gether soon. Nevermind, i found it. I swear that link wazn't there last nite. :kekeke: Just incase there were some crazy votes out there, i went ahead and stuck with "Tell Me Why" even tho' u know he's gonna release it at some point anyway. Other than "Scary Story," all the trax getting votes are all single-worthy.

I gotta give props 2 R. Kelly and Montell Jordan. Since they come from a strong Hip-Hop background, they have alot of storytelling style 2 their songs which is obviously inspired by people like Slick Rick, Fresh Prince, and Dana Dane.

I still wouldn't call it a MASSIVE HIT. My one friend didn't hear the song until a week ago. And he's a JJ+FP fan so he has kept his ear open 4 it.

"Party Starter" isn't what i would consider the best song on that list...but i think it's the smartest single, providing it waz released soon. I still think "Tell Me Why" should be a 3rd single. The 3rd single is always the one that 2nd most important. Cuz that makes or breaks an album as a 1 or 2 hit single, 6-month success or a year long, 3 or 4 single album. I couldn't find the poll on WS.com, where is it at?

Yeah, i heard the 1st one on AOL a few weeks ago. I like the song alot. R. Kelly has always had that ghetto soap opera thing going on. He did that song with Sparkle in the summer of 1998...i 4get the title tho.' Then that fall he had the video for "When A Woman's Fed Up." R. Kelly just released the CD single for "In The Kitchen." It's a sexy, slow jam with an edge. The single also has a remix done the same way the "Ignition" remix waz done. "In The Closet" is also on the single. His new album is slated for late June.

Yeah! This is great news. I'm actually gonna call "Switch" a hit now. I see it on BET, MTV, + VH-1 kinda often now. When i waz getting my haircut the other day, it came on, when i waz in my friend's car, it came on, when i waz hanging out the other nite, a car drove by playing it and a group of people next 2 my group of friends started rapping along with it. It's kinda strange the way that i keep coming across it this past week.

"The Message" is classic. I don't know if i'd call it number one...but it's in the top 20. Eminem's "Stan" is a drop track...but i wouldn't put it in the top 100. I think Wu-Tang's "C.R.E.A.M." is at a good spot...but only if better trax were in front of it.
