He dose get credit. Check Rock The House. That dosen't justify threatening someone with a gun....much less shooting at them.

KELLY CLARKSON - Since You Been Gone It's on VH-1 right now...when i 1st heard it months ago on the radio, this song stood out 2 me. MARIAH CAREY - It's Like That ...just came on.
-
Yeah, Kanye works with whoever he wants, which is cool 2 me. He's work with Ludacris on the commercial rap side, Common Sense on the true-skool Hip-Hop side, John Legend on the R-N-B soul tip, Kiesha Cole on new-comer side, and Britney Spears on the pop/trip-hop tip. I like people that break rules cuz music is so over-labled these days.

FRESH PRINCE - Scary Story
-
I don't see how he could get sued again. The way he writes it is very "storytellingish" and it dosen't name names or put in gritty details...so i'm thinkin' he'll be alright.
-
Ahhhh...that would be dope. I'd love 2 hear FP spit a rap over the "1 Thing" beat. I that that could make a good track a great track!!
-
Yeah, i wanna hear the Timbaland trax the most. I don't like Petey Pablo at all and i think Kanye West is a lil' overrated...but still good. I really wanna hear "Got That" cuz i doubt Kwame did something similar 2 "Switch."

Suge Knight has to pay $107million
JumpinJack AJ replied to Angel Amor's topic in Caught in the Middle
Ummmm...okay. :ughwerd: -
Voted...it's up 2 like 46% now. It's way past all those other trax. This is a perfect example of what we can do as real supporters.
-
Well, apparently the Kanye West and Timbaland trax didn't make the cut. Those trax with Petey Pablo were recorded awhile ago...and we all know how limited Petey Pablo's mic skillz are. I can easily see why that wasn't the direction he wanted 2 go. I'm thinkin' that these tracks could pop up on singles or soundtracks. The bigger success this album is, the better chance we'll hear them.
-
Yeah, that's his story. He's talked about his messed up record deal before and being shot at by shady record business people. I think he 1st put it out there in 1997 in an US interview.
-
Those bonus trax were never intended 2 be released in the US at this point. And the newz that Wal-Mart's version waz gonna have the bonus download waz posted awhile ago. I don't see why any of this is a surprise.
-
no, it's an audio biography... It's a very crappy one 2!! It's so awful. The person speaks on it is really annoying, some of the info is incorrect, and the generic music under it all is really bad. The only saving quality 2 this item is the ultra-short interviews from FP. However, they audio quality of them is so bad that u can't always understand what he's saying.
-
Can i say that i'm amazed at how one-sided the votes are!!! Lost + Found is good...but better than He's The DJ, I'm The Rapper, Homebase, Code Red, Willennium?

Suge Knight has to pay $107million
JumpinJack AJ replied to Angel Amor's topic in Caught in the Middle
He isn't an artist, he's the guy who owns and runs Deathrow Records. They were respoincible for Dr. Dre, Snoop Doggy Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, Rage, and then later, 2Pac's career. Dre left, 2Pac died, Snoop left, and all the other artists were neglected and disappeared or left. They haven't done anything relevant since 2Pac's Makaveli album. -
The majority of people who listen 2 commercial rap may want that...but incase u haven't heard the lyrics 2 "Lost + Found," FP isn't tryna be on that tip. He dose what he wants and that's why he stands out so much these days. A JJ+FP remix would be easily beat a remix with Ludacris when it comes 2 quality. Just like the RnB Remix of "Switch" is 4 people who like mellower Hip-Hop/R-N-B and the Reggae Remix is 4 those who love high energy Reggae/Dancehall, he can do a remix with Ludacris 4 the commerical fans...and a old skool remix 4 old heads.

Suge Knight has to pay $107million
JumpinJack AJ replied to Angel Amor's topic in Caught in the Middle
What is there 2 like about Suge Knight?!? Are u kidding?!? He has no musical talent. He has strong gang ties. He treatens people's lives and has been loosely tied 2 countless murders. He turns his back and sells out every singles person he's ever dealt with. He built the company on drug money, he gave artists material things but hardly paid them. He's a nasty, discusting individual. Please tell me what redeeming qualities Suge Knight has as a human being that make u like him?! :eek4: -
Can someone explain this part to me ? I don't seem to get it. This part: He’s not like the rest, he’s a private flight guy Why if I were gay on Friday night I’d"
-
I really don't think Ludacris is that talented. He's a step above the normal stuff on the radio (Chingy, 50 Cent, The Game, Lil' Jon, Triville, etc) but i just can't get in2 his stuff. I think by keeping in on the remix of a song he already produced is limiting what the song can be. If Ludacris wants 2 jump on a remix, keep the same beat. Here's my idea 4 the remix.... It's JJ+FP 2005. The track starts out with that same sound, but Jeff starts scratching it like crazy. Then an old skool meets new skool beat drops. Totally different from the original. High energy, taking it back 2 the house party days. This version by the way is called "Party Starters"...FP's talking about him and Jazzy...not just himself. "Oooohh, we the party starters / u might call us old skool / but we party harder..." Don't limit where this song can go. :kool:
-
30 years later? U tryna say JJ+FP came out in 1975? :slap:
-
yeah go buy Beck, Beanie Siegel, 112 or Faith Evans about 2 weeks later or somethin... come on ya'll I'm defintly getting Faith's album. I'll probably get 112's after hearing it in a record store. I'll pass on Beck..and NOTHING could make me waste money on a Beanie Siegel album.

Coming to the stage and We wont...
JumpinJack AJ replied to foxy's topic in Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince
Yeah, the UK version has both trax. And another country (Australia i think) has "Coming To The Stage" on it.
