Brandy - Who Is She 2 U (Pull's Passionate Mix) The CD single waz just released here in the US. It's got 3 mainstream remixes, 4 club remixes, and 4 dubs. Reminds me of the good old days when CD singles were released all the time and loaded down with good stuff.

I gave Jim the heads up (the benifits of being on my Buddly List...ha ha). If i missed anything he can fill u in...but i think i summed it all up. We were both like "man, FP is simply the best." I 4got 2 mention, Aaliyah waz also one of the artists on it.

Fresh Prince is featured on VH-1's 100 Sexiest Artists. He's 29 on the ranking. They briefly touch on JJ+FP by flashing some old skool pix and video footage of "Parents Just Don't Understand. People commented on him being funny and non-theatening...the kinda guy u wouldn't mind introducing 2 your parents. They also commented on how he made being a father being sexy thru' "Just The Two of Us" and his public family life. They then talked about how he broke in2 movies and became a better star saying "still the same Will...just better lighting" which i think waz a perfect statement about him. They showed video footage of Men In Black, Gettin' Jiggy Wit It, Just The Two of Us, and Black Suits Comin.' Earlier in the show he talked about Enrique Iglasies (sorry, can't spell his name). He said that he waz at a concert of his and that the screaming waz constant the whole way thru' the show. He started screaming really funny and said that one girl would scream 4 like 20 seconds, then her friend would take over, and so on so that the screaming never stopped. LL waz also on it at 31 (i think). They stressed how he waz the 1st in Hip-Hop 2 reach out 2 the ladies with "I Need Love." It had and interview bit where he said he would never hesitate 2 be sensitive 2 the ladies. It flashed steamy video clips of him and played parts of I Need Love, Doin' It, Back Seat, and others. In other parts of the show he comments on people like Sade and Shakira. Ed Lover and Salt-N-Pepa commented on LL. TLC followed FP. 28. They talked about their crazy early baggy style and how they broke out with "Creep" as sexy as they wanted 2 be. They mentioned how they were the best selling girl group of all time. T-Boz vocal style, Chilli's natural beauty, and Left Eye's strong, tom-boy style were all stressed about their strong points. Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg, Baby-Baby-Baby, Hat 2 Da Back, Creep, Red Light Special, Waterfalls, Diggin' On You, No Scrubs, and Unpretty were all shown. Usher waz one of the people 2 comment on them. I only caught some of it, Toni Braxton and Sade were also on this list. Check it out if u can when they rerun this.

The only reason i popped back in this post is cuz i saw 3Cookies replied, and i have lots of respect 4 her, so i wanted 2 see what she has 2 say. Just 2 reply 2 some of the things said...new reports say that those who voted for Bush didn't do it becuz of the war, but becuz of his view on morals. People didn't keep him in office becuz of war. That's a really stupid suggestion. They kept him becuz Kerry (at least in what i've seen of him from TV) comes across kinda like President Clinton, a down 2 earth guy who is kinda slimy and greasy. Morals aren't on his mind. I personally believe that if God has the back of the President...things will work out as much as they possibly can. God won't have the back of someone who isn't asking 4 guidence. And the whole drugs, prostitution stuff...that's just silly. That's not Bush's problem. That's what we have cops 4...the laws are there, cops just need 2 take care of that stuff. One thing i admire about the President is that he wants 2 hear from all the people who voted 4 Kerry 2 see what he can do 2 attempt and unite people on their views. I just saw that in a news broadcast...saying that he wants 2 meet with all the people who have power in this country and see what they can do start showing the people who voted 4 Kerry that he cares about their views. I didn't like when Bill Clinton waz in office (tho' i waz 2 young 2 vote then) but if u live in this country, it's kinda important 2 support who ever is in office.

Wow!! That waz very-well put 2gether. And if it's legit...very interesting. I don't think there truely is any way 2 move on 4 some people. People lost friends and loved ones that they can't get back. If there is something shady about that attack, then people need 2 look in 2 it. I don't think the country should brush this stuff off until Osama Bin Laden is captured. More politics talk tho'...ugh.

I'm guessing "Boom! Shake The Room" will be what's used. I don't see how they could use "Summertime"...that's definitly not a dance song.

Man, i tried 2 download "Potnas" last nite. It said it would take 6 hours!?! (i guess my computer is crappier than i thought). I started it at nite so it had all nite 2 download...but then it stopped after 2 hours. Any other way i might be able 2 download it? I've been having computer problems lately...maybe my computer-genious cousin can give my computer a look and i can try it later.

:roll: My thing is this...i believe we are in the last days and the world is supposed 2 be a ciaotic mess. It's in a very popular book that a few of us here have faith in. I didn't follow this election stuff 2 closely cuz i'm not a registered voter (dodging draft even tho' Bush says he won't resort 2 that). I don't think Kerry would have really done much as President. He just seemed like that other guy who waz up against a President who is running things at a very difficult time. He would have probably pulled us out of Iraq, but i don't know if that would really do that much good when it comes the country and terrorism. He came across 2 me as a greasy old guy who had no real plans. I think that with this re-election, Bush will try 2 fix some of the things that have suffered in the past few years. Not 2 long after he waz in office, 9/11 happened. No matter who waz in office, they were gonna catch heat. I'm amazed that another attack hasn't happened and i will give him props 4 that...especially after so many high alerts that have happened since. I don't think Bush is perfect at all, but i think he dose have the power 2 fix a few things and he'll have my support 4 that. When it comes 2 Bush/Kerry...i think Bush is much more capable of doing a better job compared 2 Kerry. The country has spoken tho'...don't hate on the President, hate on the majority of the country who voted 4 him. I heard the reason that they thought the race would be closer waz becuz they were only considering feedback from big cities, which waz really stupid since their are more smaller cities and rural areas in this country than big cities. Polotics are a touchy subject, i don't believe most of us...if any of us are truely that educated on the topic (hey...i admit it). That's what i waz trying 2 say. They are 2 different kinds of movies so it dosen't make sense 2 put them up against each other. I think it's silly 2 knock Sharktale becuz it made money. Money means nothing. FP has 2 successes on his hand...just be supportive.

I think a tour with them would be a great idea. The show would be great cuz they are both great performers...pretty much the best in Hip-Hop. On top of that, u'd have a great mix of fans (young, old, of all colors). It would also be very safe, u wouldn't have 2 worry about what the people around u have in mind. I hate concerts where people are smoking weed or if u have 2 worry about people bringing weapons. Old skool fans and new skool fans would have a great time. Just imagin the positive vibe that the whole crowd would leave with. No non-stop cussing and half naked hoes dancing on stage. Just talented Hip-Hop kids rocking the mic.

I agree. Music shouldn't be so heavily labeled. Music should be about life. Hip-Hop music is based on life coming from Hip-Hop culture and expressing yourself. Here's a wake up call 4 these fools who talk only about sex, drugs, and jewelry...u aren't making Hip-Hop music. If life dosen't get any deeper than that 4 them, i feel very sorry 4 them. JJ+FP is a philly based, straight up Hip-Hop group, but they've managed 2 take over the world. They can do trax that apply strictly 2 them and people who live similar lifestyles, but they can also appeal 2 people all over the world who live completely different lifestyles. I think that's amazing. Not just anybody can do that.

"Hush" is getting good video play (at least on BET) and on the radio. I'm hoping this song gets bigger. I saw the video again and i'm just so happy with it. Reminds me of when rap videos didn't suck. The creative young LL / current LL scenes are just great. The bright colors and feel good vibe are just perfect.
