im totally gonna support him, i like his music 100% and i like his movies 90%. Im still gonna go and see every movie he does, even if its another bagger vance. Im not as interested in directing or writing tho, maybe get them on dvd or something. i knew he would quit eventually and when sony dropped him after b2r i thought that was it and i was prepared, but its after lost and found, everything he said, there was gonna be a tour and everything, i just didnt expect it right now, i thought the most likely thing would be one more album.

i really wish i could be as positive as some people here and be glad hes done 9 albums, thats a lot of music, but i just cant see the bright side right now. im in for the podcast btw.

i understand its his choice, i have always understood how hard it is for him to continue to rap, im mad and upset, im not mad at him, its just hard to lose something u love, if we are losing it. He can direct and write if he wants, im just saying im not interested in it.

im praying he still records for fun like he did after code red and jada convinses him to start again, that or jeff talks some sence into him. If Will does quit, im done with rap music, seriously, im sick of it, im sticking to rnb.

i am really shocked by this and bcoz i wasnt expecting it im mortified. i agree with most of what u said, i think he needs another switch like song, and he should keep guests to a minimum. I dont think it matters as much for Will to keep albums coming fast tho. With artists that just do music it is important bcoz people forget who they are, it doesnt matter so much for Will bcoz his movies keep him in the public eye. i think Will will keep on doing music until something stops him, either no record label or no sales. i dont think hes lost interest, hes just concentrating on his successful career right now, which is fair enough. i think 2008, thats a year for music.

in case anyone is interested i still went so i didnt waste my ticket, it was ok. Gutted when a DJ did a mini MJ section, jeffs was 100 times better, i saw a really cool beatboxer tho, he was the world champion apparently. No news on why he cancelled and i got a program that didnt have jeff in it so i assume he pulled out even before they were printed which must have been at least a few weeks ago.

yeah maybe its just me trying to defend mj too much, but i think its mainly the organisers fault. They led people to believe it was mike that was gonna sing thriller, and when he did sing, it seemed like there was a sound problem, the mic was really loud. i saw a video from the crowd on youtube and the crowd didnt boo, they went completely mad and shouted we love you and stuff. I have to admit i was dissapointed too tho.
