Will didn't actually say it was freestyle. Its just what people have said. I think this is a verse from a track on the album. When Eminem went on radio stations before he blew up and was so called 'freestying' he was actually doing verses from 'The Slim Shady LP'. Just over different beats. I think this is what Will has done!

It sounds to me tho thatLuda might have co-written Part Starter with Will. Its very much a Ludacris flowing track, but I don't know whether thats down to him producing it or not! either way its a hot song. Both of them are!

Just to clear things up when it comes to freestyle there are two definitions: 1. When a rapper makes up as he goes along his rap. Its totally of the top of the head and has never been pre-written, pre-thought or pre- sripted 2. When a rapper takes an already written verse and rhymes it over another beat. Whichever one it was it was still a freestyle but what is unquestionable is how dope it was!!
