  1. Ive been checking out NeYo lately, and the guy has some very good songs..
  2. Those guys have more good beats than G unit on their time. This is one of the reasons why I have been checking them out more lately.
  3. The remix is better, but it doesnt have a video..
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVjWbdc3L14&feature=player_embedded#! Get the funk out of my face - Snoop Dogg version
  5. Diddy has my respects. The guy is a hustling his way up, he is positive, inspiring, and is always bringing new stuff. Yall should add him to tweeter and follow his blog.
  6. Yeah, Lupe killed it right there. Im not sure about the mix of beats, the flow, and the duration of the song, but the lyrics are right on point!
  7. lol, feelgoodness is my new favorite word now
  8. Lol, Rick Ross has demonstrated me lately that he can make some good music. But I dont think that rolling with Diddy he is gonna get anywhere..
  9. wow, a long time I dont hear from Craig Mack..
  10. Rap veteran MC Hammer says that he's decided to keep things movin forward on his end, after his two-month beef slash issues with fellow rapper, Jay-Z. Hammer says that Jay-Z's referring to him and bankruptcy was dealt with when he released his "Better Run Run" music video and now it's time for him to move on. "As a responsible veteran of twenty something years of this [Hip-Hop]. I can't leave it out there with tensions," MC Hammer said in an interview. "I am reading comments on both sides, it's not about that, I have seen all of that before. There is an opportunity to say at some point. We onto the next thing. You know, Jay took his shot and I answered. Now let's move on." (All Hip Hop) http://www.rapbasement.com/rap/111110-rapper-mc-hammer-wants-to-move-on-from-dissing-jay-z-details-and-video-here.html
  11. If you don't know by now, Diddy (aka P Diddy aka Puff Daddy) and Rick Ross (aka The Boss) have come together to form their duo, the Bugatti Boyz. Now the two hip hop stars say they plan to drop an EP soon. Check out the recent video blog they posted along with the two new songs they already put out, including one with Rick Ross associate, Masspike Miles. http://www.rapbasement.com/p-diddy/111110-diddy-and-rick-ross-aka-bugatti-boyz-announce-a-new-ep-watch-and-listen-here.html lol, I think these guys are way to old to be called "BOYZ".
  12. Let the man R.I.P. A lot of people want to keep paying their respects and keeping the legacy alive, but it seems like there are soo many others who just want to profit or keep getting profit out of MJ that this is ridiculous.
  13. LOL, poor Kanye looked attacked and appalled. I think all this bravado and over confidence he shows is just mere BS.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfFlQnzC82o Lupe responding to stupid rappers..
  15. Lupe Fiasco Responds to Soulja Boy with "Super Lupe Rap" Lupe Fiasco has been in a state of perpetual reactivity lately. When Atlantic delayed the release of Lasers, the Chicago rapper responded with "The Show Goes On." When Soulja Boy told XXL magazine that he doesn't want to be "super-Lupe-Fiasco-lyrical and n-ggas don't know what the f-ck I'm talking about," Lupe struck back with a song called, you guessed it, "Super Lupe Rap." Whereas Soulja Boy deems Lupe's lyricism as a liability, Lupe fully embraces it as a strength. The outcome is a good ol' metaphor-driven, chest-thumping rap for those who like their hip-hop without all the dougie'ing and hopscotching. After about 6 minutes of intense lyrical exercise, Lupe thanks Soulja Boy for his new moniker: Super Lyrical Lupe. But I doubt he was being complimentary. It's more like a backhanded compliment. It's also strong, if comical, reminder of Lupe's ability to shred a beat to bits when he's perfectly motivated. Take a listen. * Lupe Fiasco - "Super Lupe Rap" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfFlQnzC82o
  16. I like Jay Z's music, that aint a surprise to anyone, but I want to see him respond. He plays it cool when people diss him, but I think he is afraid on going into some beef and getting destroyed. Being called up by Game, 50 (the second time), dipset (he responded 2 times, let them win), and now Hammer, it seems like Jay Lacks the capacity to defend his self imposed throne. All I say is, if you are supposedly the G.O.A.T then why didnt u respond to LL? Why cant u beat an old guy like Hammer? I think that Jay Z is afraid after what Nas did to him.
  17. Kanye is crazy. But these songs hes been leaking out lately have some flavor on them. I think he is gonna bring lots of quality in this new album. We can just wait and see..
  18. @ Ale: Yeah it was a typo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqOwLwhHUqo There are so many nice things in life!! This IS a wonderful world.
