  1. Bah, the Pat's aren't all that. A lot of those wins where against horrible teams, and they where just running up the score when any self respecting team would have taken out the starters, or, I don't know, not go for it on fourth down. In the Colts/Pats game, the Colts nearly won even with out Marvin Harrison, their star wide receiver. They also didn't have Gonzalaz for most of the game, Harrison's backup. They where also missing several other key players. Had Harrison been playing and Moss been out? Then it would have been the Colts with an easy win. Come the next meeting, when it counts, if everyone's healthy, it's going to be a very different situation. Go Colts!
  2. :clap2: Well played sir, well played.
  3. Wait, what? Is it too late to sign up???
  4. I think you'll find you'll need to rephrase that!! yeah nice idea ! I'm sorry what was that?? You call that tower defense? Tim's 96 year old grandmother could break your defenses!
  5. I think you'll find you'll need to rephrase that!! Booooo!
  6. I am SO not understanding something about that game. But the tower defense is mine!
  7. Great track Brakes! Your flow, as always, is great. The beats and general production on this track are best of all of your tracks.
  8. Wow, excellent. For folks saying that hip hop is dead, there sure seems to be a lot of songs that I'm digging.
  9. Naw, it's the Army game that ups your post count, just ask Chief! Oh wait, where did he go?
  10. That story's sad, but here's a link that's even worse: http://www.fbi.gov/ucr/05cius/data/table_01.html Every year there are approximately 100,000 rape cases in the US.
  11. Not bad, a pretty enjoyable video. I wonder if the road trip theme in the video was meant to tie in with the road trip theme of the album...
  12. Ya'll have probably seen this a while ago, but I just checked out this video and amazingly I'm digging it. This seems radically different than Riding Dirty, it's got a very old school story telling vibe to it. It's made me want to check out his new album. What do ya'll think of it? Here's a link to the extended version Hip Hop Police
  13. I checked out Graduation. Mostly I found it very forgettable, most of the tracks seemed pretty disposable. I like each oh his albums less than his previous. Though there where two tracks that I dug, Stronger, I dug the beat, and Everything I Am, interesting lyrics.
  14. That was a good read... The thing that stuck out to me was the idea that he's too corny and black folks don't like corny. That statement's just all kinds of sad. Though it really makes me consider Will compared to Ice Cube. Cube, obviously, started off very "street", a whole lot of credibility. As time went on he got a softer edge, doing movies like Friday, Barber Shop, and even Are We There Yet. If you're to compare, say, Are We There Yet, or even Barber Shop to Tell Me Why, Cube comes off as the corny one. Or try comparing Ali to You Can Do It, Will should be getting more credibility. But even so, and it seems as though this is something that even Ice Cube learned as he went on, it's good to be light hearted at times. It's good to laugh and very good to make people laugh.
  15. Confucians, Wiccans, Hindus, and Buddhist, would disagree with that statement. This "tradition" was nothing more than a cheap political move in the recent past, starting a bit in the civil war period (when the religious beliefs where radically different than modern Christianity) and really gaining traction in the 40's and 50's during the "red scare". Politicians saw it as a way to capitalize on temporary social waves. The world has problems for a number of reasons including the inequality of wealth and a decrease in governmental power over industry. To blame the lack of Christian faith for these very worldly issues is appalling and a huge cause for the continuation of the problem. Stop blaming other peoples faith and instead do something tangible to fix it. I think the Peace Corps is still taking people.
  16. I highly recommend picking one up! It's a high quality shirt and a steal at $12.99. I love mine, I'm wearing it right now.
  17. While I agree with the initial media coverage of the her going to jail, I think her subsequent release does warrent at least some coverage. I haven't been following it more than what's been posted here, but it seems as though there was some corruption involved. If there was, or if there may have been some corruption, I would think that it warrents news coverage.
  18. Regardless of if you agree with the initial ruling or not, that she was let out early, even earlier than her minimum, is highly suspicious. And that it was for "health" reasons as opposed to an appeal or something similar really calls it into question.
  19. Lol as opposed to you who actively attacks, intending to kill thousands of men for a few hundred million? Yes, I guess we are a lot a like. We both kill your men for money.
