  1. Confucians, Wiccans, Hindus, and Buddhist, would disagree with that statement. This "tradition" was nothing more than a cheap political move in the recent past, starting a bit in the civil war period (when the religious beliefs where radically different than modern Christianity) and really gaining traction in the 40's and 50's during the "red scare". Politicians saw it as a way to capitalize on temporary social waves. The world has problems for a number of reasons including the inequality of wealth and a decrease in governmental power over industry. To blame the lack of Christian faith for these very worldly issues is appalling and a huge cause for the continuation of the problem. Stop blaming other peoples faith and instead do something tangible to fix it. I think the Peace Corps is still taking people.
  2. I highly recommend picking one up! It's a high quality shirt and a steal at $12.99. I love mine, I'm wearing it right now.
  3. While I agree with the initial media coverage of the her going to jail, I think her subsequent release does warrent at least some coverage. I haven't been following it more than what's been posted here, but it seems as though there was some corruption involved. If there was, or if there may have been some corruption, I would think that it warrents news coverage.
  4. Regardless of if you agree with the initial ruling or not, that she was let out early, even earlier than her minimum, is highly suspicious. And that it was for "health" reasons as opposed to an appeal or something similar really calls it into question.
  5. Lol as opposed to you who actively attacks, intending to kill thousands of men for a few hundred million? Yes, I guess we are a lot a like. We both kill your men for money.
  6. I see now how you roll, sacraficing thousands of your men for a few hundred million. I see where you place your priorities, you monster.
  7. Max, you seem to have some trouble holding on to your money and your soldiers lives.
  8. Preach it Tim! I love this track, it's up there as one of my favorites. For me, this one's all about the few days/weeks right before Christmas where you don't have to work or go to school and you can just hang out, looking forward to the up coming festivities.
  9. Chief, you need to move that mirror away from your monitor, it just seems to confuse you.
  10. And you do, you get third place. Congratulations! :kekeke:
  11. Yes, because that is how the game works. :3-laugh3:
  12. After starting long after everyone else and coming from far behind, I am now in first place! WuHu!
  13. Give it up man, the only rule change that will get you into first place is one involving the banning Max and myself.
  14. Yes, yes, those "defaults" have a funny way of changing over the past few hours.
  15. That was great man! I love Wannabe, I think that's my favorite of your songs and it was great live! It sounded like you where getting the crowd into it, at least the women. :2thumbs:
  16. Oh, this is fun, the rules have changed again, spying no longer works.
  17. Oh, but I'm not cheating either!
  18. Max was ghost mousing? You sir, are a fraud!
  19. Did I miss something here? I don't see anything for Will to get involved in. This whole thing seems like a blatant attempt at self promotion and even worse, it seems hypocritical. "Three, money don’t make me, I make money" This is a huge part of the problem with modern rap, everything is about making money. It seems the entire culture has degenerated into a single mindedness over wealth. Now of course there's nothing wrong with wanting to make money, though personally I would like to see diversity in the genera. But to scream out "It's time for change!" and then talk about how "I’m a TRUE entrepreneur" is just... silly. But he made sure to get a plug in there for his new movies, his book, his book tour, his business class, a new single, and I'm guessing his label. Perhaps he needs to realize that he's still a part of the problem with this self serving, money, money, money, ineffective rant. Oh, and as for "reaching out to" Will Smith to "help contribute to this positive movement." Um, there's no need to ask for his help, he's been doing it for decades. That would be like asking the Pope if he would start believing in God. I don't think it's really that necessary.
  20. I think there should be an announced end date for the next round, say July 1st.
  21. :lolsign: :lolsign: :lolsign: :lolsign:
