  1. "Good" is an adjective, "well" is an adverb. Since write is a verb, you write well. http://englishplus.com/grammar/00000218.htm
  2. Especially when there's very little feet involved Yes yes, I should have said Man-Style Football :kool:
  3. Americans are very American centrict, they're mostly more concerned about deaths of Americans then of deaths of other people. Though, I would suspect that this is the case by and large around the world, it's just Americans take it to a more extream. I think it's pretty natural that 9/11 impacted the Americans so much... Though it'd be nice if folks actually where even aware of all the needless deaths in the world. Back on topic. I was driving to work and I heard it when I turned on the radio. The first thing I heard was something about a landmark being destroyed in New York and I thought it must be the Statue of Liberty. When I got to work, everyone was watching TV, because the CNN site was overloaded. Even in Indy, there where concerns that there might be a plane heading for us, or attacks on a government building. After an hour or two, we got sent home for the day, the city was virtually deserted by then. The thing that strikes me most about it all was the uncertainty that first day, wondering if New York/DC/Penn was just the opening assaults for a massive nation wide compaign.
  4. I agree. They made a few changes to the sabotage system, most of them kinda nice, but they introduced one key new thing into it that really threw it off. By the way, Tim and Wes, those where some brilliant attacks on me! I had no armor, at all, yet you still couldn't take me. How very sad those attack reports where, 1,000 attack points? Man, that attack was SO last week! Tim, I see you've recovered your 7th place standing. Does it feel good to be home?
  5. It's been 2 1/2 years to the day since the reset, and I finally cross the 1000 post mark. I would like to thank all the little people who I stepped on to get here today. Tim, for creating this site. MaxFly, for uping my post count as we bickered over Katrina, Evolution, and what all else. Da Brakes, for hosting many numero uno battles. And most importantly, Tim, for giving me someone to mock on a regular basis. And I can't forget to thank my main man God, for being a bad mother%*#$#% and putten my $*# up on this &$#*# to throw down like a real %$&&$# should. Much love.
  6. Ok, so my idea was thus. Each year references the page about that item. So 89 references the page about And In This Corner. Then the 3 means to use the third word on the page. String all those words together for each year and it would give us the link. However, this plan sucks because there's no Where The Day Takes You page. But I thought I'd post this theory anywayz, hoping it would insite a stroke of genius in someone else. And another theory is that this all references a greatest hits disc, and the years/numbers represent different tracks. I think this theory is my worst one yet. :) Please oh please, some one figure this out!
  7. Oh joy of joys, it's that time of year again, football season! And what better way to start off the season, then with a Colts win! Hizzah! It was billed as the Manning Bowl and my man Peyton took it! After only one game, I can already confidently make my Super Bowl pick, the Colts will win it all! This is their year baby!
  8. Um, you posting that negates the 'if u ain't got nuttin' nice 2 say...don't say nuttin'...'
  9. I was curious about what went on with the fall of TDH, so I sent Tim a pm... D was getting real upset with the clan, he didn't like that I let fresh from sophia in it, said he had enough of it and was gonna start his own clan. The way he put it, unless I killed the clan completely and joined him, we was going to do nothing but spend the rest of the game attacking and sabotaging me. So what could I do? I killed the clan and joined him, but now he's attacking me anyway and I'm pretty sure he's the one who sabotaged all of my weapons and armor. Man, I'm starting to really hate him. And he's ugly too. Did you ever see his pictures in faces behind the post? The kid is just straight ugly. Doesn't surprise me much, Max bullying Tim and then turning on him. Luigie, you better watch your back over in that "clan", they'll kill you just as soon as look at you.
  10. Ok, so here's another idea... It's a scavenger hunt, a where's waldo of the jjfp site. Somehow those numbers take us to a regular page on the site (ya know, one you can get to through the links) and 3 tells us the important place on the page, or vice versa. My brain's really starting to hurt.
  11. My troops are military men, the don't need any of that liberal touchy-feely crap that you're peddling! They're soldiers, they fight, that's the beginning and end of it. Perhaps if you didn't mother your troops so much, you'd you'd be slightly above 6th place.
  12. Glad to see you're finally talking to your mom again.
  13. Dominique's getting in? Wow, that kinda surprises me. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I really feel what Barkley was saying. The game used to be about winning, no matter what. Great rivalries between great teams and great players, all who badly wanted to win. I haven't really watched much recently, but it seems like too many games end with no one caring about the out come. If the players show some flash, they're happy and ready to call it a night. I guess LeBron James seems to be bucking that trend, maybe the game will get interesting again.
  14. then you'll love this one: http://www.jazzyjefffreshprince.com/hahaschnazz.htm lol, nice
  15. Ahahahaha, you're too funny Max. Heart? Class? Hard work? Tell me, was stabbing your fellow clans members in the back heart or class? Code Red forever? Hahahaha, kinda like how well TDH lasted? When it comes to our clan, there was no waiting to see who the strongest would be. It was given, the moment the game started, that Chief, Fresh, and I would be the best players in the game. I can't speak for Chief or Fresh, but I joined the Tea Bagging Ninja Crackers because I want to be associated with the best, you flatter yourself by thinking it had anything to do with you. Every member of our clan is, by himself, better then the entire Code Red team. Though, that really isn't saying much. You seem to be awfully proud of that 300 grand you snatched. Of course you don't mention how you lost that much in destroyed gear. I suppose that's a lot of loot for you and your kind. But when ya got a couple thousand soldiers in your clan, 300 thousand's nothen. That's how we roll, straight pentagon bitch.
  16. Max, right about now you must be pretty bummed with your recruiting efforts. While Chief was able to bring two of the strongest players into Tea Bagging Ninja Crackers, you've only been able to get Tim and Luigie, who are now holding the incredible positions of sixth and seventh.
  17. I hate this page: http://www.jazzyjefffreshprince.com/notfound.htm
  18. Maybe I'm just not understanding something, but albums are starting to really seem like a rip off. With people able to do a lot of their recording on personal computers these days, studio time can't be very expensive at all. I don't watch a lot of videos any more, but most of the ones I do see look as though they could have been created for next to nothing. While Party Starter may have cost a mint, Kick Push couldn't have cost much at all to create. Manufactoring and distribution must be dirt cheap as well, at most a dime per disc, both online and physical. I guess ads are still expensive, but it seems like ads are made only for big artists anyway, so the actual cost per disc should still be low. All that with the stories of middle of the road artists not making jack, I would think that it only costs $1-$2 per disc to the record companies. It seems like a big scam to get product from artists for next to nothing, over charge consumers for it, and have the money people making tons of cash.
  19. Why? I agree with Ted, but emphasis on "If anybody deserves..." I don't agree with the death penalty, but there is to be one, I'd say those folks are prime candidates. The reason being that at least one of them, if the media is to be believed, was a key person in the 9/11 attacks. I'd say mass murder, especially since it appears to be motivated out of at least some bigotry, is a very horrid crime. And yes Lerk, I also think that there are American politicians that are just as guilty...
  20. Ahh, this cracks me up: Ronald Isley Sentenced To Three Years Prison Time - 5 replies New Rakim Interview - 7 replies Bush moves secret terror detainees to face trial - 0 replies wack rapper #1's Next Target: Puffy? - 37 replies (now 38)
