  1. I've been watching the fpoba dvd and one of the episodes struck me as odd. The one that's about Will's first day of school, and starts with Will telling Ashley and her friends the scary story. It looks like this episode was filmed much earlier in the season and then held till later. This is the episode where Will decides to turn his jacket inside out, but several episodes earlier he was wearing it like that. Also, Uncle Phil has the mustache in the flashback, but by this time in the season he was wearing a beard. What do ya'll think?
  2. 1. what albums will you listen to between now and lost and found? He's The DJ, HomeBase, College Dropout, and Dana Dane's Greatest Hits for good measure :) 2. how high are your expectations for L&F? Very high, it will be deaply, deaply dope 3. how long have you been waiting for this album(like really waiting) Since it first started getting mentioned on this board 4. what do you think the new JJFP tracks will sound like? I think they're gonna be pretty retro 5. how many tracks do you want on the new album? 14+ 6. and lastly how old were you when willennium was released? Man, I feel old, 24 or so
  3. The post I put up earlier solved part one, later on I got part two. Did anyone else get it? They're some good articles, the last one was I really liked, had a more personal touch to it.
  4. I saw it with my lady and we both loved it. We saw it Sunday afternoon and the theater was packed, a ton of couples, pretty diverse crowd otherwise. I found myself laughing straight from the start, but the rest of the audiance didn't seem to get into it until part of the way through. Once they caught on though, they responded really well. One of the things that really stood out to me was that there wasn't a lot of classic "Will Smith" lines. The movie really seemed to stand on it's own merits with out throwing in a lot of "watch Will do his thing" moments. During the closing credits, seeing Will dumb dancing again was just too funny.
  5. I'm not sure what all games had what cheat codes, it's been 5 years since the first one, but most of these (probably all but one or two) had them: Revenant Deer Hunter 4 Deer Hunter 2k3 Bird Hunter 2k3 Primal Prey Carnivores: Cityscape Airport Tycoon II B17 Gunner
  6. Homebase, I love the humor of You Saw My Blinker and the humor/story of Who Stole The DJ. I'm All That is just a great ego song and the flow is so tight on that track. This Boy Is Smooth has great music and a great vibe. A Dog Is A Dog paints such a great picture of getting caught by your lady. And of course, Ring My Bell and Summertime, those need no explanations. Though, I may be biased; when I started driving this was the latest jj/fp disc. Ahhhh.. nostalgia. :) He's The DJ is a very close second, especially the He's The DJ track, Fresh Prince tore that one up.
  7. Has anyone figured out the link yet? If part 1 is "Why can't I", maybe it's meant "Why can't I put the articles and interviews up on the site" In the last puzzle he mentioned that he said he wouldn't post the news "in any official capacity", maybe that has something to do with it? If part 2A is "I" and part 2B is "(3)", perhaps it's referring to "I, Robot" and the three laws of robotics? I tried copyrightlaw and confidentialitylaw, with no luck. I keep going down the wrong path and I hate it! :)
  8. In my some-what real life, I make computer games for a living. In most of the games I've worked on I've managed to put in cheat codes that you access by typing in jj/fp/ws track titles. Things like brandnewfunk, timetochill, imallthat, etc... Considering the type of games I usually work on (far too many hunting sims), I doubt anyone ever connected the cheat codes with jj/fp. None the less, it amused me, so I thought I'd share. :)
  9. On Born To Reign, if I remember correctly, the version that was available at Best Buy had a bonus track that wasn't on the discs sold at other stores. Has there been any mention of this happening on Lost and Found?
  10. Here's an amateur with no ambitions, having some fun with some rhymes: Battle Envy You like to spit, I can barely dribble Your rhymes are phat, my rhymes are little You rock the tables, I wish I could fiddle But it's too late, it's a battle, I'm in the middle So back up and watch me rhyme, I'm so damn good I type in triple time Ya I cursed, I'll even flip the bird I use my entire vocabulary, you omit 7 words I'm so dirty, I can make Murphy blush You're rap's so tame, you cause crowds to hush So step on up, with your bible in hand Let me laugh at you, your hypocrisy can't stand You acting as a saint is just straight funny Thats like Cheney saying he's not taking all that money When you're saying your the big pimp of rap it's like Bush saying there's wmd's in Iraq You got no game, why can't you see? You're rhymes are weak, your brains so empty So back on off, cuz of my wit galore You're a ignant punk, you buy your rhymes at the store Love Bungler Three to four times a week you speak Kicken jive trash about all the hotties you meet Pimp daddy this and mac daddy that You claim your lady skills are totally phat "They hit on me as you can see cause I dance lovely and talk wittingly. I'm the mac and more the kids adore WPI folk lore what next is in store?" But the mad game you claim is put to shame When you can't even mac a 23 year old dame The party's over, it's now or never She hasta give you her number, cuz you're not clever "Um gee, let me see, you're a sweetie and very petite Would you spose I could impose buy you a rose and see how it goes?" Displaying grace and lace, while at her place The hottie takes control and set's the pace Enjoying your conections and convictions, She takes the plung and set's the condition, "You're a cutie Not too snooty Can shake your booty And call me a beauty. Give me call we'll have a ball hit the mall and then a dance hall" But you have no clue what to do, now it's on you How are you not a virgin, you're a lady's fool! So all alone you moan, the sadness has shone Cuz the one thing you lack in your mac, is balls full grown
  11. An idea, that hasn't panned out: "ive got lots of really rare articles and interviews that i cant put up on the site" 8-3 5-10 8-11 7-6 3-2 6-10 5,-5,-3,1,1,4 If you do a look up into the sentence above, you get these words: 5 = really -5 = put -3 = on 1 = ive 1 = ive 4 = up And then use (3) to mean you need to use 3 words, and combine with some of the anagrams from the first item, you get some interesting (but wrong) possabilities: why i cant really put up why cant I really put on etc... I haven't tried every combination. (my lovely girlfriend wants me to point out that she helped me figuring this out : ) Schnazz
  12. The Girls Aint Nothing But Trouble is the 1988 Extended Remix. So there was an original release of RTH that had a different version of Girls/Trouble? What year was that released? Was He's the DJ released in 86?
  13. In what order where Girls Aint Nothen But Trouble, Nightmare on My Street, and Parents Just Don't Understand created? I know I got Rock The House after He's The DJ, I'm The Rapper. (I think it was 88) But I thought that Rock The House was released first. On the Girls Aint Nothen But Trouble track on the CD version (tape version as well, if I remember right) of Rock The House, there's a line at the end, during the talking, where Jeff say's "Oh man, first your parents just don't understand, then you have this crazy nightmare, what's next?" Which would imply that Nightmare and Parents came first. However, on the last track of RTH, Don't Even Try it, where they're rapping about the record producer, the record producer turns down Girls Aint Nothen But Trouble. It implies that Girls/Trouble was the first song. So how did it all get created and come out?
  14. Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. Great board! It seems that, if the single is released now and the album isn't released till Christmas, a lot of the interest will die down. Is it normal for there to be such a long time between a singles release and the albums release? Take care
