  1. Even if it was on one of those satellite radios, that would still be pretty sweet, at least we would know that there would be some good music on it.
  2. Eric B. & Rakim "Lyrics of Fury" Amazing song
  3. Nothing from Will on there, its a decent list, but he is missing someone quite important.
  4. Yeah, DMX is good, he has a lot of legal troubles lately, but he spits it hard, puts his heart and soul into every track. It would be a mistake for Jay-Z to drop him from Def Jam. And I agree with Fuq, he wouldn't man up in that interview, he was just trying to be nice about it without coming out and saying he thought he was better, because that seemed to be what he was trying to get at.
  5. Yeah, where do you live, because I think you are the first person here that has heard it on the radio.
  6. LL Cool J "Return of Jack the Ripper" This track is amazing, I just heard it for the first time a few days ago, I can't stop listening to it.
  7. Will on Def Jam is a great idea, especially if we could get some Will/LL collabos!
  8. Mystikal on the list is skeptical. Personally, I would have Will in the top 5 or 10, but nonetheless, that is a pretty respectable list. Talib Kweli definitely needs to be on there, he isn't mainstream, but he is such a good lyricist. Slick Rick is also a bit low at #40, he should at least be top 20, probably 10. It is funny that Kool Moe Dee has himself so high, above of LL, but it is his book, he can do what he wants I guess. I haven't really heard a lot of Xzibit, but #27 seems a bit high. Lauryn Hill above Tupac is also questionable. Overall, a decent job, one of the best lists I have ever seen.
  9. The violins are great, I love it at the beginning as they come in, the more and more I think about it, the better and better I like that track.
  10. That is not a bad idea once you consider the amount of money Will has. Sure, KRS has some money, but it doesn't compare to Will, not many people do. As long as he was willing to put forth enough of his own money, it would be good, because he would really have no restrictions on what he could do. Signing with Def Jam wouldn't be bad either, him and LL could get on a track together, I would prefer Def Jam over Interscope, definitely.
  11. The song is amazing, that is the only way to describe it. The message rings so true in today's state of hip-hop, and I was really hoping that if he was nominated at the Grammy's, he would perform it there. Unfortunately, that will not be the case. Nevertheless, I would have to say that this is my favorite song on the album and one of the best that he has ever done.
  12. What about Will, he definitely has one of the best flows out right now!
  13. I really agreed with a lot of things that he was saying, I mean, what has hip-hop come to with this damn Laffy Taffy song. He definitely came off as bitter though, like he was trying as hard as he can to criticize as many people as he could. I don't really understand him for coming at Nas for settling his beef with Jay-Z, I think that is a good thing, but the fact that he doesn't get along with Jay-Z probably had a lot to do with it. It was a long article and I probably missed some things, but a lot of his sentiments rang true, even if he was angry and bitter.
  14. I'm sure that there is a lot of good stuff out there that I haven't heard, but I would have to say that Rakim is right up there.
  15. Yeah, working with other artists just for popularity is not something to be proud of, but there are some collabos that I would like to see with Will, like LL or Nas.
  16. I don't think he was really being criticized there, but that is just me, I don't really have any problems with the article.
  17. Yeah, all of his latest moves seem to be anti hip-hop. Ever since the brawl last year, he has been trying to disassociate the league from its hip-hop image.
  18. Nice article, Will seems to be getting respect from whoever wrote that.
