  1. I almost didn't go, I was tired, laying in my room, contemplating whether to go, and I just thought, how many times in my life am I going to have an opportunity like this, so I went, and I'm glad I did.
  2. First of all, let's look at who made that statement. Chris Rock. Secondly, let's look at what his profession. Comedian. Put two and two together, and that statement most likely came in a joking context. Secondly, making songs about killing is not exactly the best way to set an example for your child. Whether or not he let her listen to it, I'm sure she has heard about it.
  3. We'll see, I'm pretty confident that Shaq will keep them all in line.
  4. This discussion has been done with for quite some time, and the general consensus was that Nick Cannon is pretty talented, his works in music and movies don't compare to what Will was doing at that point of his career.
  5. Yeah, he's a real good father, talking about killing his daughters' mother in one of his songs, real classy.
  6. Miami just keeps getting better: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2168751 Bringing Gary Payton off the bench is pretty sick, along with James Posey and Alonzo Mourning. This team is stacked, I will be shocked if they do not win it all.
  7. Tonight, FPOBA creator Andy Borowitz was here at UConn. The ads made it look like he would be talking about FPOBA the whole time, but it was actually a comedy show, and the dude was really funny. At the end, he opened up for questions about the FPOBA, and he was saying how Will was so talented and charismatic that made the show so good. He also mentioned how that FPOBA is on Nick at Nite now and a whole new generation of kids are into FPOBA now. Someone asked about the theme song and he said that he was the first to hear it, Will just came into his office and rapped it to him. Andy was like, I'm the first person to hear it, some white guy with no idea about rap music, but I'm the one who has to decide if it is good, anyways, it was funny. It was a pretty cool experience, to hear about the show, and to hear his jokes, he was real funny.
  8. TRL never shows the entire video, so I'm not too concerned about it.
  9. Most definitely the rapper, that is how the man started, that is what he is.
  10. Yeah, when they went to Shaq's house, it was so huge, the whole episode was just Shaq's house, that is probably what they would have to do with Will, too.
  11. Hopefully they are just saving him for next year or something.
  12. That would be pretty cool to have him on "Cribs," I'm suprised they haven't gone to him yet.
  13. That's ridiculous, Will is just like LL, a little better in my opinion, maybe next year VH1 will figure it out and honor him.
  14. Do you mean to tell me that you think Eminem is a better actor than Will Smith, that is total bull****. How freakin' hard can it be to play yourself in a movie, it is ludicrous that he won an Oscar for that movie. Look at the roles Will has played, his portrayal of Muhammad Ali was nothing short of amazing. He has done all different genres, comedy, sci-fi, action, romantic comedy, drama, Will is an infinitely better actor than Eminem, period.
  15. Yeah, I'll give you props for that one, Tim, that was good.
  16. That would be nice to see him beat 50, even if it is in the pop division, that aggravates me a little.
  17. I don't really care if he ever got two thumbs up, people are going to his movies like crazy, he must be doing something right. If he didn't two thumbs up for his performance in Ali, its bull****.
  18. 50 Cent is in it, too, so it must just be for the most popular artists, not so much what genre it is.
  19. Too bad he wasn't nominated for the hip-hop/rap category, Eminem and 50 are garbage, the Luda nomination is the only one that is acceptable.
