That was a good film. Your boys did well for their budget im guessing. Nice shots, and editing. Although free hand camera sometimes can be a bitch, i know it is. I also know that always using a tri-pod doesn't look great either. Great title aswell to go with the story. Tell your friend he should send it off to some film shows and stuff.

If you want a very powerful video editing kit for PC pick up Adobe Premiere. Although that too can cost hundreds of pounds. If you are on a budget (Like most of us) and want something which still has a good amount of features pick up a copy of Pinnacle Studio 9 for PC, its got everything you need in digital movie making, and is simple to pick up. Final Cut Pro is great but is industry standard so thats why they wack up the price.

Who cares what people think, maybe at the time you will but you'll soon realise when there working full time in a dead end job and your following your dream that it was all worth it

I always like to keep things in reality. But try and do something that hasnt been done before. Think of a story in your life then just change things around abit, maybe people, the setting, lifestyle etc. Then crank it up a few notches for entertainment value.

Im up for helping, I've written a few film scripts myself, however they have only beemn short films and nowhere near Feature length. Your best bet is to write it as a story first and then adapt it to a script later as they are diffcult to write straight off. Then i'll hook you up with a few addresses to send your script off to. Obviosuly these companies get 100's of scripts a week but you never know.

Better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all AJ. I know that quote sounds harsh but just try and remember the good times and be thankful it happened at all. I currently have never been in love with someone. Sure i've thought i was but to be honest im only 21 now and have been growing up still up until now. I've never had a long lasting relationship. There is one girl who i am close with now who i have strong feelings for but we are good friends and i don't want to ruin that for anything and i am quite happy the way things are between us anyway. I can't say im in love with her because im not sure exactly what that is yet. I'll keep you posted :eusa_snooty:
