  1. Your enjoying these mixex aren't you. Good man :jazzy:
  2. Just quoted as Producer, but this is coming from a Spice Girl and i don't think they will be remembered as smart folk
  3. Im surprised how well this works Great stuff. Definately one for pumping out in the car.
  4. Yeh i thought after dropping into the top 20 it'd go down faster. Go Will.
  5. I'd have to disagree Being a producer you dont actually have to do much. He probably just help fund it. Plus it was from an interview and she is quoted saying these things.
  6. Alot of small time recording places use Analog still. In fact i know a few from back in the days when my Sisters albums came out. Digital just makes things a whole lot easier. but some people just love that classic sound. Its like with Digital video. Why do you think film companies don't shoot on Digital Video? Its cos the quality isn't the same as classic 35mm film stock. Its got that warmer feel.
  7. I would if i had the cash :sigh: But alas it'll probably just have to be the once. But Once will be enough to keep me smiling :2thumbs:
  8. Glancing through the UK Sunday Tabloid "Sunday Mirror" i come across an interview with Mel B formerly of the Spice Girls. She was saying how she recently went to a party at Will's house in LA as she had appeared in an Indy Movie that Will Smith produced. Now its a bitch really that the film wasn't actually named in the article.
  9. If your a first time buyer so for "All World" its a Greatest Hits from 84-96 so wud be a good starting point. Then you can figure out what your fave songs are from it and buy the corresponding albums
  10. This was already on in the week. Its the full concert from the MTV Base 100 thing from S.Africa in April. The set list is correct but they also perform Party Starter and go into the Miami mix during Miami
  11. Great read. Its a realy shame in some points that Run DMC opened up the door for hip-hop, but got it shut on them soon after. To me they are one of my fave ever groups, and one of the few acts where i own all of their albums
  12. Hey Tim, you fancy putting on the slipmatts and becoming DJ Hierro tonight whilst the chats going on and have the JJFP radio pumping. Be a good time to pump out that The Magnificent EP megamix i sent you. Plus more tunes to get us hyped for that JJFP tour :jazzy:
  13. I got lucky cos i was just flicking around and it had just started so i only missed the beggining of Switch which i had seen before. Great watching and hearing it on a big TV tho
  14. This is one of the toughest polls to date. Willenium was my fave solo album, but Lost & Found is way up there to now. I think as far as quality goes Lost & Found maybe better. But as it still is early days really i may rank Willenium higher. So for now its Willenium but they are on such a level par its hard to be sure.
  15. I did however see the live video for Switch on MTV today that someone was on about yesterday. Its from the S.Sfrica MTV 100 performance. Also what was cool is that this evening MTV Live:Will Smith was on which showed the full JJFP show from that event The setlist was in this order Switch I wanna Rock mixed into Jeff's scratch session Getting Jiggy Wit It Miami mixed into the Miami Sound Machine mix Party Starter Summertime Good to see MTV put up the whole thing and no doubt it'll be shown again so keep your eyes peeled
  16. Wow, Then again then you need a kick ass reel to reel player to play it on that'll cost you another few thousand. Don't think any of us will be going for it even if it would be amazing to own.
  17. Seems like an intelligent hip hop dude. Be interesting to hear from him more in the coming months
  18. Have a great one dude, Once again Gemini's ruling the JJFP forum :jazzy:
  19. If this is a full world tour then i think 2 dates in England would be adequete. Not being big headed but i think after the USA, the UK would be the next most important place for Will and Jeff to play in. Maybe at venues like Manchester ENA, Nottingham Arena, or the NEC. places that hold over 10,000 but if you only sell 2 to 3,000 you still fill out the floor space. I think they are quite capable of doing that.
  20. Is this a new album or the one from 2002 slef titled. I own that and its dead funny, its the one with Tribute, Wonder Boy, and F**k her gently on
  21. This is my first post for several days. The party was ace. I have some pics and a short video clip i wanna show you guys soon ans will put it up. My friends did the coolest thing, they made a rap song for me. You may think its well lame lyrically which really it is, but cos they aren't really into rap it makes me laguh so much. They sampled Boom Shake The Room for it cos its the only JJFP track my mate has. Defo put an mp3 of that up soon. Such a great night, and tons of beers left over to keep me happy over the summer
  22. Anyways, i think that if ANYONE in Hip-Hop could ever make a heavy metal accepting crossover...it would be da Fresh Prince. I think i'd have to disagree here and say no way. The Fresh Prince and Metal as very far apart. Its already happened with other artists, Run DMC, Ice-T, Public enemy so its do-able but Will Smith and Metal would't go hand in hand and this comes from a guy who loves Metal and Hip-Hop
