It happens. One of my old favourite rock bands lostprophets have commercialised their sound and now i just buy the albums for the sake of being a long time fan.
I have that Daydreamin UK single with that B-side on you may well be talking about. I was gonna put that up too but couldn't find it. I'll continue the search though.
It is true Coz. They were like a completely different group when the 80s hit. But they'd done their time of knocking out quality music so if they wanted to get some cash by writing catchy tunes then fair play to them.
Well the fact that sales aren't looking that good but Jeff was number one on itunes Hip Hop downloads shows that.
I guess its a cultural thing. Most people i know still love to go out and buy CD's as much as they used to.
When did this become about me saying anything about people buying bad music, and please tell me where you get your facts of 70% down in sales cos i find that incredibly hard to believe.
Here's a B-side i came across for the first time in years off my Boy You Knock Me Out UK Single. I thank Julie for making me did out my Miami single and finding this single. had to blow some dust off.

Not the best of her work, but a change from a lot of the stuff on Kiss The Sky. Definately got that 90s feel that a lot of us are missing these days.
You gotta stop with that people don't really buy CD's anymore talk. Its not true. Maybe some of the kiddie I-Generation do but for now that is a small percentage of sales.
Hey was flicking around last night on MTV channels and a show at the Southport weekender was on. I watched for abit thinking maybe Jeff would be on. He came on at the end for an interview i missed abit of it. usualy questions were asked but they played the summertime video and the presenter asked about it.
He said that was Will's first year living in LA and he never really got to see the season changes he was used to when living in Philly and missed it, so wrote about his Summer experience back home to get him in the mood.
