abs are pretty hard for me to get in shape. i had a virus where i was coughing for a month... didnt help my abs at all (you know when u cough alot ur abs get sore). maybe i need to try dumbells tho cuz i used to do a set of 40 crunches every night this summer and i've stopped now. of course one set everynight with no weight won't make ur muscles large, just gives them endurance.

i dont want will to outsell 50, i just want to see some support from his record company. at least common got noticed more since his songs were on rap radio and on music video channels more often than Will's.
