i would try to keep ignoring Jenny and go talk to your boss about it... going with Rachel might be a good idea. writing a letter could be good too... but i think doing it in person is better, thats just me tho. i'm not sure if confronting Jenny is good or not, because if u really want this job u don't want enemies against you... or in your case you dont want to fuel your enemies more.

well i'm not sure what the perfect diet is because every doctor or health physician you go to says somethin different, ya know? but to lose weight i'd say that cutting the junk food helps, eating the proper servings of fruit and veggies will help. drinking water and milk. for showin off ur abs, i'd say that requires some work. don't try it if ur not willin to get sweaty and tired. i would think that finding multiple ab excercised would be best. just doin crunches doesnt always work. u should find 2-5 different excercises that work the abs and make sure they work different places... lower, upper, obliques here's a very basic principle: u will lose weight if u burn more calories than u take in. eating small breakfasts gives you no energy throughout the day and eating large dinners give u lots of calories that you usually don't burn off (unless u work out at night). so try eating larger breakfasts and slowly decreasing your meal sizes from there.

yeah the files are encoded are 192 kbs which is the better quality but it makes the files about a third larger. get high speed internet FuQ! only took me 5 mins.

no offense to anyone on this forum but i think Da Ace sounds a lil more polished than anyone else here (besides Da Brakes). only him and Da Brakes have real clear audios where the beat and voice sounds professionally recorded, and that makes a big difference in how good the music sounds.

damn i was talkin with Ace on aim and he said he's givin copies of his stuff out everywhere tryna get recognized. he gave cd's to talib kweli's dj and sent stuff to a lot of different labels. i think we need to get him hooked up with Jeff or Will and get him on overbrook ent and get some collabs goin!
