That was obviously a publicity stunt then, he didn't know how to freestyle or write a song until he got a coach? Why can't cats like me that've been rapping for years get a break? :thumbsdown: ← yeah but that's what Made is all about, taking people who otherwise would have absolutely no chance of accomplishing their dream unless they have a really good coach and put in a lot of hard work. every show is like that.

and why u ask i am not sure its just from curiously man ← cuz this video was posted here originally. this was a JJFP website exclusive and i'm wondering if it's spreading all over the internet when it shouldn't be. for example, if u downloaded it from a file sharing program, that wouldnt be good because it means someone downloaded it from this site a long time ago when Tim put it up and then they are spreading it all over the internet. so are u gonna tell me where u downloaded it or not?

i have a suggestion for those remixers out there, mix Party Starter with the California Love instrumental. i tried it and they sound really good 2gether, and the California Love beat still keeps the hypeness of the track. they don't quite match so i didnt remix it cuz i'm not good at slowing down and speeding up things, but they were pretty close. my remix is coming soon

buy a standard cheap $10 microphone from Radio Shack and plug it in to the back of your computer. a lot of computers have jacks in the back that are labeled, and one of them should say "Microphone" then, assuming you use Windows, you could go to a reallly cheap and easy program to start basic recording. go to the Start menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Sound Recorder now once you're in Sound Recorder, you can record basic sound, but you have to select the Mic as your source. so in Sound Recorder, go to Edit -> Audio Properties. under Sound Recording, choose Volume. then scroll to the microphone section, make sure the volume is all the way up and put a check mark next to it (indicating you will record from that source) this is only one way 2 record simple audio, but it's kinda lame 4 recording over a beat. when recording a freestyle or a rap over a beat, i'd suggest using a recommended program by one of the forum members here :2thumbs:

nothings wrong with Ludacris. he's improved as a rapper and he'd be great on the track. keep in mind he produced this track too, so he has some kind of talent. this track has remix with Ludacris written all over it. if Luda is on a remix, it will definitely get some airplay by "black radio"

it was pretty good. at first the kid couldn't rhyme at all, but he definitely did his hip-hop reasearch cuz he knew a lot. his coach was C Rayz Walz, who i've never heard of b4. he's a rapper tho and he was a pretty good freestyler. the whole time they actually practiced freestyling and then at the very end he wrote a rap song that he performed. it was refreshing to see both the kid and his coach not using vulgar language and keepin it all clean like it's supposed 2 be. the coach was really cool with the parents and everything and formed bonds with them at the very end, the kid got better, but i wouldn't see he was that good at freestyling. he did write a good rap song tho, and he performed it and it was pretty dope.

don't worry about it Jim cuz this is only the promo version goin out 2 radio stations. the single will come out eventually and then u can buy that. or if u can't afford it i'm sure someone will hook it up once the single comes out. i like the change in the beats tho, it gives it a different feel. i'm not sure if i like the fact that this is gonna be played on the radio tho. i think they need 2 hear the original version first b4 they heard this so-called radio edit.

no i don't think so Vipa. i checked the listings and the awards start at 5:00 in our timezone (hence 8:00 eastern time) so it's live everywhere and it ends at the same time everywhere. edit: i'm really confused. on TVGuide.com it says BET Awards are at 5:00 (aka broadcasted live) but on Yahoo TV it says BET Awards are at 8:00 (aka delayed). i really don't know what time it's on then cuz i have conflicting sources!!
