Fox books screenwriter for 'Ghost Graduation' Iain Morris to pen the script for Overbrook Entertainment Fox's remake of "Ghost Graduation" is headed toward materializing with Iain Morris ("The Inbetweeners") on board to pen the script for producer Overbrook Entertainment. Overbrook, operated by Will Smith, James Lassiter and Ken Stovitz, set up the project last year but there's no plan for Smith to star. With elements of "Ghost," "The Breakfast Club" and "The Sixth Sense," story centers on a teacher with paranormal abilities who helps a group of ghosts confined to the high school where they died years earlier in a fire. The Spanish pic, "Promocion Fantasma," was directed by Javier Ruiz Caldera and released last year. Gary Glushon is overseeing for Overbrook. Morris and Damon Beesly created and wrote the Brit coming of age sitcom "The Inbetweeners," which ran for three seasons and was adapted by the duo into 2011's "The Inbetweeners Movie," which grossed $88 million in the U.K. He's on board to direct an adaptation of the movie. Morris is attached to direct a U.S. version of the movie for Paramount. Morris is represented by CAA and managed by Aaron Kaplan at Kapital. Will Smith Gets Jiggy With It at Bell Centre During Bruins-Canadiens Game (Video) Will Smith might be known for singing about a certain southern city in the United States, but he was north of the border on Wednesday night. The Fresh Prince was in Montreal to see the Canadiens lose to the Bruins, but that didn’t stop him from having a good time. Smith was put on the scoreboard during a stoppage in play, and obliged the DJ by showing off some dance moves while his “Gettin’ Jiggy With It” played over the Bell Centre PA.
