Jay-Z is overrated...he is/was the best rapper on a commercial level but just because the state of hip hop is nearly dead on it. And his retirement is just fake, I'm pretty sure he will come with an album...he tries to be the michael jordan of rap but he isn't , will is!!!

Although i think Kanye is the best rapper now on the commercial level, he is first a producer and then a rapper just like dr. dre. The beats on L+R are better than on L+F, but when it comes to flow and lyrics Lost & Found was better.

I don't think it will take such a long time for the next Will Smith movie. Will is the most successful/popular actor nowadays, even bigger than Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt! I don't think Hollwood will sleep on this!

I think LL ist the better battle rapper...He killed too many careers Canibus , Kool Mo Dee and the list goes on. The problem is that Will had in his FP days no real beef with other rappers so it's difficult to make a comparism!

Mos got no beef with jigga. And if they had mos would ether him easily, because he is the most talented MC in the current hip hop world! He shouted out that Suge Knight is responsible for the deaths of Pac Biggie and Jam Master Jay!

The new Danger comes not close to Black on Both sides but i think it is still a great album, very experimental (a lot of black jack johnson)! i would compare it to Common's Electric Circus. Mos Def used Jay-Z's beat of takeover which was produced by Kanye! He kills the hip hop scene on this one!

In my opinion the best albums this year were 1. Common Be 2. Will Smith Lost & Found 3. The Game Documentary People what do you have against BEP???...they make very creative music which is still Hip Hop just like outkast! Mos Def comes with a new album?? That sounds very strange because he just released last year in october The New Danger :shakehead:

I already said it...L&F is definately his best solo work! But i wouldn't go that far that it has no bad tracks. Wafe them off, Scary Story and Switch reggae remix are just whack! My favourite is just like in the beginning tell me why followed by lost&found!

It will be bigger than Switch just because it sounds better! Nowadays the lyrics of an artist are not so important...take for example The Game How we do...sound is just crazy, but lyrically whack! I think a big plus will be if Luda is in the video! Guest appearances of other rappers in videos always came good! :wiggle:

Be realistic people...I'll think he will release after L&F his last album and i suppose this will be like Willenium (a lot of JJ production). I come to that conclusion because i already feel some finishing up tone behind will's voice that states his opinion on the hip hop development since he started and now! If you look closely on his actual lp it is packed with a lot of battle tracks! Another point i see is that his power in hollywood is rising very fast...5 years before will made once a year a movie in the future it will be 2 or 3 a year! Not to forget that he is the most powerful afro-american in the entertaining business!
