1. I think you kinda offened Wild_Child cuz I think he's black... All in all, anyone can rap. AJ summed it up best.
2. it all started at a house party back in the 1985 when the hip-hop culture was comin' alive they hooked up for a track and two years later recieved a gold plaque for a blazin' hot disc with jeff on the cuts and FP on the lyrics told us why girls were nothin' but trouble captured us into a rap bubble while on tour they prepared a double whammy which carried along a single that won a grammy and the story continues into this corner they countered Young MC by busting a move when Jazzy and Grover played the groove not only did they knock out mike but any other rapper who dared to take a strike being down on the dough FP signed up to do a show around 90, the music kinda got strange sun came out and the seasons changed you had them kickin' an awesome beat and a rhyme it was just a lil' somethin' to remember the summertime track five a bell was rung by great backups who sung a loud boom was heard in 93 i was there lookin' for someone to be with me it turned out to be a code red far from gangsta rap it was ahead FP decided to do movies while JJ do some producing all the time had an album sprucing came out as a style of big willie the man was still with it from philly jive threw out a greatest hits a huge rap fan mega blitz back listenin' to the golden rule time to get back with the old-skool its the new millenium, kickin' it with a willenium pure JJFP style featuring slick rick and the biz FP was high on a movie fizz waited over 2 years for a great tastin' candy cane got one from the magificent and the man who was born to reign it was alright but not really the best didn't really put the raps to the test now almost 20 years in the makin' tours, music, shows and block partys shakin' a new album complete now looking for the one label time to get going out of the perfect stable troublesome 2004, the rap industry sucks and we need a refreshing rinse the best is comin and goes by the name jazzy jeff & fresh prince ----------------------------------- haha thats the real deal....
3.
I'm Lookin' for the One to Be With Me I'm surprised Jim didn't mention that song. :afro:
hahaha!!!! Nine tre everybody want to be a gangsta
4. I'm guessing 2 as well. I don't know why but like someone said, we can only hope Jeff is definatly on the album. I can't imagine Will doing somethin' old-skool without JJ.
5. THANKS ALOT! :peace: :dancingcool:
6. Excellent news. He definatly needs a good home musically. If he were to sign to a label in the UK, it would have a better chance of being a smash since JJFP were huge over there. They would need to promote it here as well. This is great news.
7. JMJ tribute was awesome! I hate to brag but Jeff really smoked the other 3 DJ's....haha!!
8. That is such a good site haha I wish the DJ thing was more extensive. lol. Yet they have a great website for show but no DVD....pathetic.
9. Did they have to shoot a brand new video for the Black Suits Comin (Remix)? Because if they did, that was such a waste of time and money. Columbia really screwed Will.... I'd love to have JJFP stuff (videos, live performances, behind the scenes...etc) on DVD and the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air yet I don't think it will happen anytime soon.
10. definatly everyone did a nice job. W3 and JJ were so damn close....man just 0.1 seperation!
11.
Did you know that The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air's also on TBS too?!! I believe that it's on 2:30-3:30 P.M.(U.S. East Coast Time)! :peace: One day it'll probably be on every channel 'cause it was such a classic, people talk about how "Friends" was such a great show, but it ain't got nothin' on "Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air"!! :dancingcool:
Ah yeah bro! thats so true. thats a dose of 4 FPOBA a day! yet im always too busy to catch it at that time. hey ted, since we both probably have the same cable company, what channel is TBS? isnt like 90-somethin?
12. Now I can get a triple dose of Fresh Prince everyday....well 5 days a week.... at 5pm on WB 11 (NYC) its on at 5 to 6pm on WB 17 (Philly) its on and now on Nick @ Nite - awesome! Monday - Friday haha hell yes! never gets old!
13.
Man that makes me feel old 'cause Nick at Nite features mostly shows that my parents used to watch when they were my age! That's big news though!
haha agreed! I don't think they should move it to Nick @ Nite but oh well. Kinda seems like a good idea.
14. haha yeah that rag is almost dead. lol. I would've made it a black shirt but with all the singles covers that came from Code Red. :peace:
15. Ah when I meant "best lyrical" songs...i ment the songs where they had the most "wit"....kinda like a battle song. oops. Best Lyrical Songs: - The Rain is definatly the best - Shadow Dreams - The Things That U Do.....
16. Ahhh cut him some slack. lol. Now that you got a taste of what Code Red is like, seriously do some online shopping and order them. It's such an underrated, classic rap album.
17. Will went from being a tall and skinny rap kid to a tall, muscular, movies man.
18. I've noticed the same but I'd rather have his voice change than the person who has the voice. I personally love his Code Red voice. It's awesome. I think his voice got deeper because of his testerome or something incresed or whatever while he was training for Ali. I think I'm off though but it has to do with him training for Ali. It's made his whole diaphram bigger.
19. haha i used to think it was Kane - West ...haha but it was cuz of a spelling error. lolol.
20. Best Battle Songs: - He's the DJ, I'm the Rapper - Numero Uno Best Lyrical Songs: - I'm All That - Somethin' Like Dis Best Chemistry Songs: - I Wanna Rock - Pump Me Up Best Background Vocals: - Summertime - Just Kickin' It - thats just what i think..... :dancingcool:
21. Damn, I wish I had that copy of Homebase instead of my 12-track version. The "Ring My Bell" (Mr. Lee's Remix) is dope.
22. AWESOME NEWS! I really hope they do a real tour and a CD! :peace:
