I think it would be an excellent move as well. A lot of rappers drop mixtapes between albums. Now since MySpace came out, the internet got another boost because it now is a gateway for more artists and Will could easily drop some material. But you know Will, takes him 3 years unfortunatly.

To those who said about changing the name: NO! Its Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince. NOT Will Smith ft. Jazzy Jeff or Will Smith & Jazzy Jeff...its Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince. thats how it is. Their album can be underground I dont care. I'd love to see success but at the same time I just want a followup to "Code Red". I dont wanna see a big label control them. They should just relase it thru "A Touch Of Jazz" and/or BBE Records that Jeff is on.

I personally didn't laugh - i just shook my head in disbelief. Its **** like this that makes me wonder why I enjoy rap music. Seems like I've been asking myself that question for the last few weeks now. I'm embarased to say I'm a rap fan. I really am.

thats good i dont think there was any beef to begin with. They both did their thing for rap music (even tho i think Ice Cube and gangsta rap brought it down big time).

LOL.. of course we have heard the song. You need to have a real sense of humor to pick up on Will's humor and mockery of gangsta rap. It's perfectly fits FP and his story-telling comedic raps.

AJ, its underground for the most part but the underground is where alot of GOOD rap is hidden. This mainstream stuff is trash. "The Rising Tied" is a great album. Not bad at all for a first attempt at rapping.

i feel ya tim, i loved all those Donkey Kong Country games for Super Nintendo. I also loved Donkey Kong 64 but they definatly need to make some more Donkey Kong games. Not this stupid Donkey Konga bull****.

yeah but with sony you dont have to download, cause the ps3 will be backwards compatible so it can play ps1 and ps2 games also.. and when the downloading old games...you have to pay for each one so its not so incredible as it sounds Point taken however it is easier considering some of the old games offer are kind of hard to find now. Why wait to order it off eBay or take a drive to a store. Either way, you have to pay. I'm sure the download prices will be quite reasonable.

"The DEFinition" in my eyes is what LL claimed it to be. He said its a "whats-hot now party music" type of album. Its far from a classic but it's a great album to bump especially in the summer. LL's lyrics are decent considering it is a party album.

I agree Kev. There will never be an ultimate "Greatest Hits" or "Best of" to please every fan. Every fan has their own tracklisting to what a greatest hits or best of album should be like. Make it yourself. I just want some fresh new real album music material.
