I think Will has a chance. "Switch" is a way better track than "Drop it like its hot"...even the video is better. "Drop it like its hot" is just a catchy saying while the track and video is boring as hell. Can't believe it was a hit.

I can't believe this you guys. What is going on with Will? Does he even care about his record sales? Actually I know he doesn't but still man, this is horrible. Will has to stop doing this, droppin' an album every 3 years with like 2 singles if that. Focus on the album for like 3 months then the hype is over and hes back doing a movie. Say it ain't say, when can we have the "Fresh Prince" back? When can we have a lotta singles and hit songs with proper promotion? "Party Starter" should've been released like at least 3 weeks earlier than it was. Like Wes said, what does Will think he's better than rap music? I've been listening to a lotta Naughty By Nature and I'm wondering if there's any fans here. There just like JJFP, lots of feel good tracks that give messages. They pretty chill and they from jersey too lol.

I saw this movie 3 nights ago, it was an alright movie but the reviews were right, alotta cheesy parts. Its a decent movies none-the-less.

Whattt? Is FP dumb? Without "Party Starter" released this summer, the album is going to continue to fall and once it falls, I don't think it can be revived. I don't know of an album that started good then dropped than kept selling good. "Switch" has been milked enough already. Time for "Party Starter". Let 'Tell Me Why" be released in October.

Word up man!!! "The Rain" should've been the 3rd single off Willenium. So you'd have "Wild Wild West", "Wil 2k" then "The Rain". It would've done so much better than "Freakin It". Basically it was all Sony/Columbia's fault. They basically wanted another "jiggy" song. Like when was the last time you heard someone say "I'm bout to freak this"...yeah right. Then after "Freakin It" in March 2000, they basically gave up on Willenium. Which is another stupid thing to do. Willenium with "The Rain" as a 3rd single would've made it gone more than 2x Platinum. Thanks Tommy Motola, stupid mother f-er.

I think FP should have just a little bit more food for thought. That why more people would respect him. I love the serious songs but I also love the party tracks. I love everything that he does as long as its not another "Born to Reign" lol. Maybe more party/serious fusions like "Party Starter". I love how he combined that.

TopDawg is right, sure FP's album sales are on a decline but hey "Party Starter" will bump it right back up...this album has to go Platinum.

Didnt Paul Hunter also do the "Switch" video? Anyway he does a great job, him and $4 million and you got yourself a hit video. I can't wait for the video. And with MTV reporting on this too, more publicity for Will.

Yup agreed. I find it extremely hard to believe that out of all the 40 somethin tracks FP recorded 00-02 for the album, those 14 or 15 he put on were his best out of all of them. I highly doubt that.

I'm definatly gonna watch this show. I'm happy he's finally off of that Nickelodeon crap. His album was overshadowed by his star-status on the network. It was a great CD. Too bad "Get Crunk Shorty" wasn't a single! Damn that would blew up the charts.

Good review and it is true. JJFP really did rock the crowd. "Switch" sounds so much better live as do all the songs. That was pretty smart to do the FPOBA theme. I was there, I should know and it is true, I'm not being biased at all but Jay-Z & Linkin Park were oh so close followed by Kanye.
