  1. LL Cool J - Make it Hot & Hip-Hop wow happy bday to him and Slick Rick...i need to buy the "Mr. Smith" album. I've downloaded those 2 tracks above and I love them...the 95/96 rap production I love...so smooth and relaxing to listen too!
  2. nice!!! damn Trey is almost taller than Jada!
  3. I totally forgot about this track, i think your kinda right tho, it would still sound good if he recorded in the last few years.
  4. YO DOPE PICS OF JJFP!!!!! i love the UK one wheres its FP and Biz from behind - looks like Jeff took that one! ahh man so fly!
  5. ahhh sorry tim...i did the borders using Photoshop 7..you just right click on the layer and click properties then goto the Stroke tab...and its a 1px border.
  6. sixofthebest i agree, rap sucks so much now that it's not even worth money. Such a waste of time bothering with it. Seeing how LL's album isnt doing well while cats like 50cent and Eminem keep gettin tons of attention is irritating. Bring back rap to its roots. JJFP we need you to save the world! lol.
  7. That design is HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!! holy crap i thought the "Code Red" look was the best it could get but the "Greatest Hits" style flava you got goin on now is awesome.
  8. what a lame pun or gimmick or whatever. it'd work if it was actually 2050.
  9. I'm not a fan of country music or Nelly but this song is one of the only good songs Nelly will ever do. When I had girl problems way back when (last month) this song totally spoke out the whole situation so I was able to feel to it.
  10. I think this list should be on the website unless it already is somewhere. lol.
  11. I'm shocked that you would even sell those albums. Who Am I is a great track yet I think without MC Lyte, it would've been so much better. Tatyana Ali is a great singer for the hooks and FP could've taken that track the distance in terms of more rapping instead of starting off with a one great verse then handing it over.
  12. yo man welcome to the board...seems ike you got down wit JJFP when Code Red dropped! nice!
  13. Don't even bother settin' them straight, when you have wackass rappers toppin the charts and having all their fans think their all tough **** and no respect outta anything, they aint worth the time. Rap sucks.
  14. Outkast & Rage Against the Machine - "Bombs over Baghdad (remix)" i love this song!!!! soo fast! lol.
  15. JJFP "I'm Lookin for the One(to be with me)"
  16. Thanks for the heads AJ. Hip-hop should be more about family values and what not instead of being about getting drunk or high or bangin' chicks. Bring back positive hip-hop! We need you JJFP! LL just can't do it alone... (and yes that honey in the Hush video was hott lol)
  17. finally got around to makin another one...
  18. This track is insane. FP is just goin' off with Jeff scratchin' it up like crazy. It may sound a bit popish to some people but its classic oldskool.
  19. I was really disappointed with Born to Reign. I got it in July '02 and prior to that, I only had Willenium and Big Willie Style (I was just gettin into Will Smith and JJFP) and I thought FP would have the same type of flow going with Born to Reign like the past two albums. It just left me hungry (and still does). "I Can't Stop", "Maybe", "Momma Knows", "Gotta Go Home" are weak tracks in my opinion. Half of the album grew on me though because I like "Born to Reign", "Act Like You Know", How Da Beat Goes", "Block Party" and "Give Me Tonight". I was also disappointed how Columbia just gave up on Will after the MIB2 hype was over with in August '02. "How Da Beat Goes" should've been the next single. I just don't get how it never happened. "Greatest Hits" was also a crappy colection made by Columbia just to forfill FP's contract and squeeze the last amount of possible money outta him.
  20. thats pretty fly AJ, where you find that?
  21. Its amazing how JJFP never hooked up with Queen Latifah. Latifah was on a few episodes of FPOBA in 1992 I think and imagine if she was on a track that was on Code Red? Both "Code Red" and Latifah's "Black Reign" both have the heavier, '93 sound to it which make them dope albums. Also, JJFP toured with LL Cool J on the 1988 Def Jam tour, and they never hooked up for a track! All of them would be dope. Have FP and LL spit fire then have Jeff and DJ Cut Creator do the production! A masterpiece.
  22. "I'm Looking for the One(to be with me)" is my favorite JJFP song of all-time. I love watching the video. It definatly does have a feel of when your a teen just joking around with your friends and find girlies to hook up with and just overall having a good time. Only FP can rap that song. I dont get how it wasn't a hit either. I say its pretty much like 2pac's "I Get Around" which I mean like a feel-good party joint. I remember Tim says it sounds very '95ish in which I think it does too. Dope song.
