Yeah, Party Starter may have to be pushed back to August or September if Switch keeps rising and falling. Lol, here's hoping that we actually get a new single for the summer.

Yeah... Lost and Found isn't going to do BWS numbers, but sales are increasing slightly, so we'll see how things progress. Unfortunately, I don't see Lost and Found reaching 60-65K and selling at that rate consistently. Party Starter would have to be the absolute best driving single of all time for Lost and Found to basically double its sales.

Will actually had a good number of guest appearances to hype the album. He started on MTV with TRL and then he had the Lost and Found special in which he performed. Then he did his thing on BET and then performed. Then he did the morning show on NBC (which is heavily watched in the US) and performed there as well. Then he did Leno, and performed there... He performed at the Kids Choice Awards... Her performed 3 songs in South Africa which was shown on MTV. I think he also did Letterman sometime back shortly after Hitch came out. I believe he took some time to mention Lost and Found. And he's done a load of radio interviews. Most recently, he did the first NBA finals game. He's appeared and performed at the Nokia music festival for all the European fans. He's done a good bit of leg work. It's just that we don't see the posters all around and a music video on 106 and Park daily. But Will has made quite a number or appearances.

Yeah, it's crazy... people are starting to discover the album now. If he would hurry up and release Party Starter, we could start talking about this thing going platinum again.

It was some handheld video player with a pcmcia hard drive in it. I don't think there were any video players out on the market like that around that time. It very well could have been a prototype.

I don't see how anyone would want Will to do Switch over Party Starter myself. I just look at is like this. Which song would be more likely to make me eager enough to actually go out and buy the CD? I really can't see anyone sitting at home like... yo... that song is wack. He should have done Switch.

Yeh i did have some respect for him doing the show and trying to help make a difference. If shooting could only be done in a location on that day for a specific reason wouldn't they have known that ages ago ← Not necessarily. Schedules change, things are decided last minute. Not trying to provide excuses, but at the same time, we don't want to jump to conclusions.

Another thing is that it seems hip hop and R&B are losing their novelty. Todays songs will not stand the test of time, even if the time is relatively short, 5 and 10 years from now. Everyone remembers TLC's Waterfalls, and Nas and Lauryn Hill's If I Ruled the World, Will's Summertime and Destiny's Child's No No No remix, but it seems as if the market has become so saturated now and the music so less inspiring that most of the stuff put out today is simply forgettable... almost as soon as the next single drops.

Well corniness is really in the eye of the beholder. People will definitely think that Gettin Jiggy With It and MIB are corny. I mean, MIB does have a singing/dancing alien. Fun can also be used to describe them. However someone chooses to view it, I think people have to realize that Will is purposefully being fun and carefree. I think people have become to conditioned with hip hop referencing body counts, sex, and other relatively serious topics and don't know how to react when someone comes out with something that makes you smile and relax.
