  1. Yeah, I noticed that... but I just got used to it. Memorized what all the smileys did. But yeah...
  2. I really want to see someone mess with a 6'2" 200 and something pound black dude. Will personally has my full permission to mollywop anyone in the crowd who wants to start something. I feel another Ron Artest coming on. But on the real... I think he'll just go to support and protect Jada. Doubt he'll perform...
  3. Party Starter will do best during the summer... it'll be ubiquitous... on every streetcorner, in every supermarket, in every club, on every basketball court, in people's showers, in people's cars, in offices... The song was made for the summer and to regulate it to the fall when it's cold, damp, dark and when people just stay in is unfair to the track. What's great about it is that it has the guise of a party track, but has deep meaningful lyrics... so people won't be able to accuse Will of puting just another party track out there. It has substance, especially the second and third verses... the lyrics are on point, no doubt. Party Starter will sell albums. I'd be pretty surprised if it didn't.
  4. Hey I agree with that the most part, but "Born To Reign" a 1.3? Only Nelly and 50 Cent albums would get that low of a rating, I'd give "Born To Reign" at least a 5 /no higher than a 7 'cause there were some good songs on there, it wasn't totally wack. ← Wow... a 1.3 is pretty serious... dag.
  5. to expand on what Jim is saying, he's sayin he wish he would've thought of those hits, not because they're that good, but so he could be as popular and have like a real mainstream single that every1 is hyped about. he's just basically sayin he wishes he could have the recognition those guys get for their songs, but i dont think he wishes he woulda made them. ← Agreed... I don't think he exactly wishes he made those songs or thought up those topics, but rather, I think he's really just trying to express that he wishes his music would be as readily accepted as these other songs have been. I've always taken "I Wish I Made That" to have a bit of sarcasm in the hook. "(Summa-summertime) Seems like all I've got." If you listen to the inflection in his voice as he rhymes the hook... you can hear it.
  6. Yeah, that would be crazy. My fear is that Switch will keep going up and the next single's release will start getting delayed even as Lost and Found continues to fall. The whole scenario is a bit strange.
  7. nah man thats aint true... Will's top 4 Solo albums: 1. Lost and Found 2. Willennium 3. BWS 4. B2R ← I'd agree with that listing as well... I'd probably just consolidate the number 2 spot to both BWS and Willenium... because I find it hard to pick between the two, but yeah.
  8. I would definitely agree. Some of Will's best stuff is with Jeff. But in the same token, I try to separate the two and look at Will individually now and during his FP days... and though you can only do that to a certain extent, we can look at his rhyming capability, how well he flows over the beat, and his lyrics. But what I did notice was that during the first couple of days when Lost and Found was leaked and people thought Jeff had a lot to do with the music, people were excited and hyped, talking about how this is Will's best solo album, etc... But then when the credits were made available... people were disappointed to see that Jeff wasn't as involved as we previously thought and some of the hypeness of the album fell off, even though it was the exact same music, same beats and same lyrics that were being hyped prior. I think that if for some reason, Will and Jeff were to come out and say that all of the credits for the album were misprints and that Jeff was really involved with most of the track on Lost and Found, people would go back to hyping Lost and Found again, saying that it is his best solo album. For example, if Jeff were suddenly to be credited with work on "Wave 'em Off" even though nothing on the track changed, would people's opinion of the track change... I think so, and I don't know if that's a good thing.
  9. There are actually a number of counts and charges from molestation to providing minors with alcohol to false imprisonment, so it's possible that while he may be aquited for one, he can be found guilty on another. I think in general, he'll be aquitted. The defense has really painted the accuser's family as opportunists and has shown that they have commited fraud and have lied to authorities in the past. There is much more than reasonable doubt here. There are still the rebuttals from both sides and the closing arguments... so anything is still possible... but for right now... it looks like he will be aquitted of the most serious charge, child molestation.
  10. Lol... yeah... my man was jamming all by himself... Everyone dances now and then when a song they like is played... even in private... Lol... it's just that he's been caught on camera. I wonder how he feels to be on the internet.
  11. If someone does get a chance and happens to get their hands on a copy (hopefully you don't have to spend your money), if you could scan the review and post it, that would be much appreciated.
  12. My thoughts on this would take too much time to put in order and to post, but I will say that Lost and Found is definitly Will approaching his best. The lyrics... the flow... he's obviously on point with this album. Perhaps I'll elaborate later... perhaps not, but I definitely view this as some of Will's best work. In addition, there are some people who have a a bit of bias when it comes to Will's work with Jeff... Let's say that absolutely nothing on the album were to change, but Jeff were to be credited on some of the beats, some people's view of the album would immediately skyrocket. Just the knowledge that Jeff was involved even if everything were the same... You can't really compare Lost and Found to the old JJFF records because there's not much JJ on Lost and Found... but I can certainly compare Will to the original Fresh Prince and I must say that his flow and lyrical prowess has gotten better on this new album, even surpassing some of his work with Jeff.
  13. True that! :word: ← We'll get one as soon as Switch has been "milked" as much as possible is seems. What it is being milked for? It's individual success at this point and nothing else, certainly not for album sales.
  14. Hahaha.... Dario... Get Your Hair Done.... that's hilarious!
  15. They were hacking...
  16. The Pistons just have too many mismatch advantages against the Heat, and the fact that Shaq is injured doesn't help. But then again, what's new? We'll see how the game plays out this evening. I hope Dwayne Wade hasn't been believing the hype the sports writers have been heaping on him. He still has to prove himself in these playoffs. Anyone can be brilliant against NJ and DC, but he has a real challenge in the Pistons... The Heat's supporting cast needs to step up if the Heat are going to win. It's unlikely that the Pistons will allow that to happen however. The game is in Miami, so I'll give Miami the benefit of the doubt and not automatically call the game for the Pistons, but I'm not going to call if for Miami either because it is quite likely that D. Wade may be on lock once more. We'll see.
  17. yeah i see ur point, but u gotta remember how young Will & Jaden are. i think Trey could listen 2 that stuff cuz he would understand it and that it's bad. i think Will's 2 younger ones r too young 2 understand that kinda stuff and shouldn't be learnin how 2 curse at that young of an age. ← I agree. Older kids are capable of hearing things but not necessarily emulating them. Younger kids on the other hand are very impressionable and will more likely than not repeat what they hear. However, just because kids are exposed to something doesn't mean that you have to allow them to immerse themselves in it. Kids these days are growing up too quickly. They don't have any business hearing these lyrics full of profanity and sexual references. There's no 6 or even 12 year old that really needs to be exposed to those things just for the sake of being exposed. They'll have the rest of their lives for that. Let them retain their innocence for at least a reasonable meaure of time.
  18. Lol, the Getting Jiggy Wit It dance... hilarious.
  19. Quite a number, but I'm too lazy to list.
  20. All in all... gas is just too expensive. No real reason for it to be this expensive.
  21. Yeah... the mom in the intro looks nothing like Will.
  22. It actually sounds very good. Everything is on cue... the beat fits the pace of the lyrics... Very good remix.
