  3. As much as I respect KRS as an mc I do agree with some of what DefCem's saying, he needs to stop running his mouth so damn much in acting like he owns hip hop and that his opinion is the only one that matters
  4. Joe "How Soon" off of one of my fav R&B albums ever "All That I Am"
  5. LL Cool J "Set It Off New York" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNZPdsza7NE
  6. "Shutterbugg" is crazy, check it out!!: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EskNUvmcWOQ
  7. OutKast's Big Boi has announced the release date for his upcoming Def Jam solo album, Sir Luscious Left Foot. Writing on his popular Twitter page, the Southern rapper said fans could anticipate a July release. "BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!! Sir Lucious Left Foot ..... The son of chico dusty official release date July 6th! Yay," he wrote Thursday (April 8) afternoon. "We at the mansion in Miami tonite..fall through ! RT @njfuture: I'll be at the Mansion tonight to celebrate with Big Boi for his Def Jam signing party. Congrats playa." (Big Boi's Twitter) The project will reportedly feature multiple Andre 3000 collaborations. "It's already done," Boi said referring to new Andre 3000 collaborations. "We got three songs on the record, I ain't played that yet, I got to save something to hold it. Dre actually produced a record and we got a record that was produced by Boi-1da and it's me and Stacks, two verses a piece, back to back, just a lyrical manslaughter. Like, who better than the Kast n*gga? Nobody." (DJ Delz TV) This week, Boi released a new single from his album called "Shutterbugg." More than ten months after resolving legal issues holding up his new solo album, Big Boi is finally sharing his new music. The rapper and occasional ballet producer is kicking off what appears to be the official promotion for his long-awaited Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty with "Shutterbugg", a futuristic slice of funk deliciousness produced by Scott Storch, who's back on his game after a, uh, small rough patch. See if you can keep up with Big Boi as he rides the intricate beat, speaking up for Atlanta and proving that he hasn't lost a step. (Idolator) His recently confirmed being signed to Def Jam Records for a one-album deal. "It was a lot of behind the scenes, label politics," Boi told hip-hop personality Gyant referring to his album delay. "A lot of people don't know, we started at LaFace Records with LA Reid...as of maybe three weeks ago [Jive] gave me the opportunity to take the album elsewhere, I called my big brother LA Reid, he said meet me in Miami the next day. We flew to Miami, played him the music, he said let's do it, deal is done..I'm not even concerned about nothing but me. People might say [Def Jam] doesn't have any hot artists but he got the number one record with Ludacris' last week...my album is a musical nuclear bomb...The OutKast album, I can't really say which label it'll be on because I really don't know which label it's gonna fall. I'm gonna put my solo album out first, Dre is working with his solo album right now..." (Gyant Unplugged) Sir Luscious Left Foot drops Tuesday, July 6th.
  8. Yeah Dr. Dre and Snoop were a great duo back then, I was listening to "The Chronic" album over the weekend and was thinking that they should do an album together with nobody else on it but I know that probably won't happen: JJFP "I'm All That"
  9. 50 Cent Feat. Dr. Dre "Come & Go", strong song off of a weak album http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPUCD9OkICA
  10. That's some bs, Jay-Z didn't write "Just Crusin'", for the record Nas co-wrote it with Will, btw those Nicki Minaj songs you posted are better than I thought they'd be Nicki Minaj "Itty Bitty Piggy"(Freestyle)
  11. Keith Sweat Feat. Left Eye & Heavy D "How Do You Like It"(Jam Mix)
  12. Ice-T "I'm Your Pusher" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoZbWOxwH3g
  13. Speaking of international hip hop: Da Brakes Feat. Da Ace "Still Street" (Remix), Produced By Kon-Tempt
  14. JJFP "From Da South", don't get no harder
  15. KRS' passion for hip hop stays strong, that's for sure
  16. You seriously need to do some research on MC Shan Visqo, he's one of the legends of hip hop who was part of Juice Crew with Marley Marl and battled KRS One, he also had a cameo in Will's "So Fresh" video: LL Cool J "Candyman", they need to put all these unreleased songs on a "Lost Tape" album: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaqiF-CEiE8
  17. Yeah I'm not suggesting to buy the album but really the point I'm trying to make is that he's not that bad as people make him out to be
  18. MC Shan "I Pioneered This" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMv-2THE27k
  19. I remember Cube went through a 5-6 year period in the early part of the 2000s where he didn't put out any albums and was just doing films but really in the last few years he's came back strong with "Laugh Now, Cry Later" and "Raw Footage" where he's rapping like he did when he came out
  20. 50 Cent's popularity has died down over the years which is deservedly so for all the weak music he's put out on the most part after "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'" but some of his recent music is actually kinda hot 'cause I thought "Before I Self Destruct" had some bangers
