  1. It was an entertaining show, one of the best I've seen recently, I'd like to have seen Dr. Dre win best rap album of the year though or at least perform with Kendrick who I think has a bright future in the game, Run-Dmc won lifetime achievement, maybe JJFP's gonna be there next year to accept their lifetime achievement award, wishful thinking I know haha, so did anyone here watch it last night? http://abc7ny.com/entertainment/see-who-won-at-the-2016-grammy-awards/1201939/
  2. well they do have an official page on youtube with will's albums as playlists where you could listen to individual tracks or play album altogether, you get a lot from that but i like listening to classic albums in entirety but i guess beggars can't be choosers with their new copyright laws: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdHscQsCBWSfcW50NjdJWkA/playlists JJFP official page: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHDaJDoIW-C32OZ1UsR0BGw/playlists?sort=dd&view=1 Jeff's page: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyiBcHdb_ZOUQyaPVDiaPTQ/playlists
  3. i did notice that somebody posted big willie style on youtube:
  4. i like looking up and listening to different albums on youtube these days and i notice that there's a ton of classic hip hop albums in their entirety on there but none of will's or JJFP's classics, now i'd personally put some of them from my windows media but my laptop doesn't have enough capacity to do all that since i used up memory uploading my own songs on youtube over the past couple years...anyway what's everyone's thoughts of no will albums on youtube? i think if they got posted it'd create more buzz for him to put out new music as well because it shows that the fans are listening...

  8. some promising news indeed, it brings more hope for another album and world tour!
  9. it's been awhile, one of my inspirations kel spencer is releasing unreleased music this weekend so i'm gonna do the same here as we're all snowed in on the east coast of the usa, this song "4 romancing" didn't make the cut of my "starting over" 2015 album song list but it's still one of my personal favorites, check out enjoy(a 2014 song i did inspired by heavy d's "keep it coming") and check out more of my songs on yourlisten.com and youtube.com(search "GM3485 Starting Over album" to listen to that album i did last year) http://yourlisten.com/gracia.miller/gm3485-4-romancing
  10. KS is currently dropping 20 unreleased joints on FB, he says he has 87 in the stash with more new music to come this year, now if only we could hear some new JJFP soon 2016 could be a big year for quality hip hop again! Anyway check out the joints here:
  11. Happy Birthday Jeff! I'd love to see a live version of this song in person, genius
  12. yeah come on now, tomorrow jeff turns 51 and will turns 48 in september and many artists have been passing away lately, will shouldn't take his career in music for granted since it's not guaranteed that him and jeff are gonna both be alive forever
  13. In honor of MLK day 2016 I compiled a list of 100 positive hip hop songs:
  14. but this is 2016, you could record on the internet from anywhere in the world, they don't have to be in the studio necessarily to bring new music, i'm still holding out hope it could get done
  15. Finally a new Keith Sweat song "Good Love", reminds me of R Kelly's "Step In The Name Of Love"
  16. i don't how many people remember but i did my own version of jeff and kel spencer's definition for his 50th birthday last year:
  17. Flame "War Of The Minds", a friend of mine put me on to this inspirational song dedicated to those dealing with mental illness:
  18. I was listening to Lost and Found on youtube today and I found this link to this remix, it's dope, a taste of what to come with 2016 JJFP, happy holidays! https://youtu.be/AF8BHvzFmC4

  20. Run Dmc Christmas In Hollis https://youtu.be/OR07r0ZMFb8
  21. Where's everybody else in this thread?? I'm talking particually the long time heads like AJ, Tim, and Jim who usually make mad posts on this board.... I think more old school fans like us should be open minded, there's still some good music out there, we can't be stuck in the past...
  22. Some non hip hop picks: Usher feat. Nas "Chains", powerful message in these trying times: https://youtu.be/1Knd2el4Lfw Rihanna "American Oxygen" https://youtu.be/Ao8cGLIMtvg Tori Kelly feat. LL Cool J "California Lovers" https://youtu.be/yOGDbEObijM Adele "Hello", like the rest of the world I'm amazed by her talent: https://youtu.be/YQHsXMglC9A Joe "Hello", this cover is phenomenal! https://youtu.be/jun4rWJ_L6I
  23. Some of my favorite songs: Public Enemy "Man Plans, God Laughs", if you think they don't have it no more you'll be surprised after hearing this: https://youtu.be/_ynXfdwsXMU Dayne Jordan "Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood" https://youtu.be/1T6cxbfdrlg KRS One "Drugs Won", now this is raw boom bap hip hop, this blows all the Hotline Bling crap away all day: https://youtu.be/K-jRZnN7FZY Kanye West feat. Paul Mccartney, & Rihanna "FourFiveSeconds", this shows that some mainstream music could still be good: The Game feat. Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, & Will.I. Am "Don't Trip", a dope collab of west coast legends: https://youtu.be/AjmEdzK0mek
