  1. I voted 20 times this morning, so that brings my total over 70 now. :poke:
  2. I think that 50 Cent's publicity stunt might've changed Will's opinion about 50 Cent to say something like that, of course I'd agree, but that looks like something a fan would say, not a true artist, but with 50 runnin' his mouth the way he is, he deserves to be dissed by everybody, and 50 disrespected Will too by sayin' that he's as good of an actor as Will is already, Will put time in to get where he's at, it didn't happen overnight like 50 thinks it could, just 'cause 50's multiplatinum now doesn't make him the best mc in the world, there's plenty of mcs that could/are rippin' him apart. Once again this KRS quote comes to life: "Mcs are just hopeless/Thinkin' record sales make them the dopest"
  3. I think I voted at least 40 times so far, I lost count. :ridepony:
  4. Yeah I saw the 1st part shown on Wednesday afternoon I think on VH1, that was such a great series lookin' back on it, I have it on tape.
  5. Well ODB died of drug overdose, I found an article from a few months back on mtv.com: "Ol' Dirty Bastard Died From Drug Overdose, Medical Examiner's Office Says 12.15.2004 Rapper found to have died from fatal mixture of cocaine, prescription drug Tramadol. Ol' Dirty Bastard (file) Photo: Evan Agostini/Getty Images Over a month after Ol' Dirty Bastard collapsed and died in a New York recording studio, the cause of his death is finally known: a drug overdose. According to a spokesperson for the New York Medical Examiner's Office, Ol' Dirty Bastard, born Russell Jones, was found to have died from a fatal mixture of cocaine and the prescription drug Tramadol, a synthetic opiate that is usually prescribed to treat severe pain. His death is being ruled an accident. ODB has had a well-documented history of drug abuse, though in 2003, following his release from prison after serving a two-year sentence on drug charges, he had publicly professed to be drug-free. On November 13, ODB collapsed after complaining of chest pains while working at the old Wu-Tang Clan Studios on West 34th Street in New York, a day after missing a Wu-Tang Clan reunion show in nearby East Rutherford, New Jersey"
  6. How could u judge it off of 20 seconds? They're talking over the song too, so you can't really hear it that well, chill till the album comes out, the full length version'll sound better. Besides those few lines that we've heard so far is better than what Eminem could say 'cause what FP's sayin' there is true. :poke:
  7. Nuff props for posting those dope pics Lhunagar! :thumb:
  8. :werd: ... and "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" could've been substituted too, but it was nice hearing them rock though.
  9. Anyone that brings these false posts here should be banned, even if FP thought that 50's album was wack he wouldn't openly say it like that, he ain't as egotistical as most rappers like 50 are, even though deep down I'm sure FP's frustrated about how 50's out there running his mouth dissin' everyone in hip-hop, he wouldn't just go out and disrespect the same way 'cause he's a bigger man than that and that's how he stays in the industry so long, the ones that run their mouths fall off.
  10. So how's everybody doing with their brackets? I lost Kansas as a Final Four team already, so that pretty much kills my chance of winning, but at least I'm not the only one that didn't pick that upset, I wish I picked that one instead of Montana. :nono:
  11. Nuff props for posting that Tim. I don't think the Sixers are going to the Finals like he said though. :cwm:
  12. The news just keeps gettin' better, JJFP comin' back stronger than ever! :peace:
  13. I started voting already. :ridepony:
  14. This tells you the state of hip-hop right now, another platinum rapper's going to prison. Record labels go through a bidding war to sign Shyne who's in prison while true hip-hop artists like Public Enemy and Rakim struggle to find a label. :nono:
  15. I'm watchin' it again now, hopefully it makes it! :fingersx:
  16. :werd: As long as the album's dope and I like it that's all that matters, sales are irrelevant, basically anything on the charts is wack now, so if it doesn't go platinum it'll be aight with me as long as I enjoy it, a lot of my favorite albums ain't multiplatinum with the exception of JJFP's previous releases and a few others, I'm just happy that JJFP are still in hip-hop making music for the fans and doing it for the love of the art, that's what I'm most excited about!
  17. There's not much music intelligence over in that board when every other post is about how Will has such a buff body. :kekeke:
  18. I made a post about that earlier in this topic
  19. Samuel L. Jackson jealous of 50 Cent's success? :hilarious: I think it's the other way around 'cause 50's just a new jack mc who's yet to appear in a film, while Samuel L. Jackson is a Hollywood icon that not even FP would disrespect in that way. I think future posts about 50 should get locked, I don't feel like wasting any more time discussing him. :blabla:
