  1. :werd: You know how everything that celebrities do get hyped up bigger than it really is. :blabla: btw, that Jadakiss diss verse to 50 is actually dope, who woulda thought that I would be sayin' that somethin' from Jadakiss would be dope. :poke: Hopefully though he doesn't rhyme it like he has marbles in his mouth. :kekeke:
  2. :jazzyinthehouse: Great smilies Tim! :?uestlove:
  3. KRS-ONE Feat. T-Bone "Take It To God"
  4. Busta Rhymes "Shut 'Em Down 2002"(The Remake Of The '93 Public Enemy Classic, on a random thought Chuck D discovered Busta Rhymes and The Leaders Of The New School in case some of y'all didn't know)
  5. Hey this song is really good, I see you have a lot of audio there on your homepage, I might check more of it when I get a chance. Good job! :afro:
  6. The r&b and reggae versions are dope but the original is the dopest, kwame killed the beat! :wiggle:
  7. The beat sounds like R.Kelly's "step in the name of love", it sounds real smooth, I'm feelin' it, it has a nice vibe to it! :peace:
  8. "Mr. Nice Guy" is gonna be the "Don't Say Nothin'" type song where he addresses Eminem and all the other sucker mcs and critics in the hip-hop game, Jazzy Jeff's on the 1st track so it's gonna sound like "Pump Me Up", and he already said in some his interviews said that there's gonna be some serious songs on his album talking about issues that he normally doesn't address, this album is gonna sound different from his other albums but it's still gonna have that same FP feel to it, so what's there to worry about?
  9. are u kidding? Better than the original Men in Black song? The original was actually a rap song. Black Suits Comin was nt. Sorry guys but I have no idea in the wrold why u guys would like it (and I read all your posts on this one. Still doesn't convince me) The only thing dope about the original one was the video, the song was crap, possibly the worst one he ever did, it sounds like a P.Diddy type song. And chill man I didn't say bsc was anywhere near his best songs, I just said it's aight and I'm entitled to my opinion.
  10. Well it seems like I've been playing Rakim's "The 18th Letter" CD everyday since I bought it a few weeks ago, I wasn't really playing New Edition's "One Love" CD a lot when I bought it but I've been playin' it more lately, I've also been listening to MC Hammer's Greatest Hits album more lately than I usually do, he has a lot of energy, gotta give him props for that. Other than that basically I've been listening to JJFP, Public Enemy, Nas, KRS-ONE, Keith Sweat, Boyz II Men, and LL Cool J in heavy rotation, with an occasional listen to some James Brown, but that's the usual for me. :poke: Speaking of Snoop, I still didn't get around to pickin' up his new album, is it any good? I definately would pick his album up faster than I would any G Unit's albums.
  11. This was a good song, I definately like this one better than the original "Men In Black" song, but I wouldn't rank this among my all time favorite FP songs.
  12. Naughty By Nature "Hip-Hop Horray" :dancingcool:
  13. That's another dope FP verse, he's really gonna bring it on this album! :thumb:
  14. I'm watching the Pistons/Kings game right now. The Kings are winning 74-59 in the 3rd quarter.
  15. I'd say it's about as dope as the original, Elephant Man did a nice job on it! :wiggle:
  16. Jadkiss' "Why" was just a gimmick song just like Eminem's "Mosh" was 'cause of the election comin' up last fall, they did it to boost their sales. When it comes to political commentary nobody could be as authentic as Public Enemy, speakin' about the political life better than any hip-hop mcs can, speaking of Public Enemy check out the "16 Years After Nation" post in Caught In The Middle.
  17. Az and RZA "Whatever Happened" (The Birth)
  18. That's a great article there, thanks Tim!
  19. Damn that makes my eyes hurt! :lolsign: Great news though! :thumb:
  20. I can't hear it man, I tried putting it on my Windows media player, but I still can't hear it. :bang:
