I would like to see Reggie Miller win a title, if I had it my way, it would be the Rockets vs. Pacers in the Finals, that way either Reggie(Pacers) or Mark Jackson ( Rockets) will win a title before they hang up their sneaks. Mark Jackson's been in the NBA since LL Cool J signed to Def Jam! Another Brooklyn point guard Stephon Marbury deserves to beat J. Kidd 'cause when it's all said and done Marbury will go to the hall of fame like Mark Jackson. Yo JJ+FP 2004, I still play NBA Live 2003 'cause that game has a lot of ol' school players in it. I have Shaq,Magic, and Wilt on the Lakers, I put Larry Bird on the Celtics, Patrick Ewing and John Starks are back on the Knicks, Dominique Wilkins and Spud Webb(I re-created him) are back on the Hawks,Hakeem returns to the Rockets, and I even put Will Smith on the Sixers at PF! But I have the Bulls return to the promiseland wit this lineup:Big Ted(Iput myself at Starting C at 7'2, even though in reality I'm only 5'10),Antonia Davis, Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Mark Jackson as my starters. I have a deep bench:Charles Oakley(he plays tough D), Mugsy Bogues(I re-created him and he's annoying taller guys again),Rober Parish(he's dunkin' at 50 yrs. old), Steve Kerr,Steve Smith, Eddy Curry, Tyson Chandler, Jamal Crawford, Jerome Williams, and Nasir Jones(I put Nas in the game too as backup PF). I love to play one-on-one in that game having Jordan go against Dominique or Kobe or me go against Ewing or Shaq.

Pippen gets overlooked by Jordan's personna like Jazzy Jeff gets overlooked by Will Smith's popularity. Jordan was a legend but he couldn't lead the Wizards to the playoffs 'cause he needed Pippen and Pippen made the playoffs every year of his career until this year('cause he was injured)but never won a ring without Jordan. I would also say the main reason why "Born 2 Reign" wasn't popular was 'cause Jazzy Jeff wasn't on the album. I would like to see Jazzy Jeff go platinum wit one of his mixtapes and Pippen win a ring without Jordan so they would get the respect they deserve, but they don't care 'cause they like to give back to the young'eons in the game. When Pip retires, he should be the Bulls coach and lead 'em back to the promised land! It could happen 'cause the Eastern Conference is weaker than when Jordan and Pip were on the Bulls. The Bulls always beat da Knicks in the '90s, but the '90s Knicks would have been to the finals every year in this decade, 'cause these teams are terrible, Ewing and Reggie would have had rings by now if they were in their prime now.

Hey Jim I guess you were right, but I wonder why the Devils keep firing their coaches every time they don't win the Stanley Cup, at least they make the playoffs every year unlike the NY Rangers! Being a coach is a crappy job 'cause they always get fired when it's the players that screw up. I thought the Bulls shouldn't have fired Bill Cartwright,'cause the Bulls were losing not because he's a crappy coach, but their legendary player Scottie Pippen was on the injured list for most of this season. Bill was the only center on the Bulls that I truely respected because he was a tough guy wit a lot of heart, I liked Robert Parish too but he was too old to play when he was with Bulls. Even the Nets, who I don't like much, dogged out Byron Scott, who took 'em to their only NBA Finals in team history. The Nets won't go to the Finals even if they beat the Knicks in the 1st round because Byron has a lot of heart.

What are sayin' man, Willenium sold 3 million copies! Will doesn't tour because he has to take his time to study scripts and get himself ready for his movies. It takes a lot of work to make a movie and it takes a lot of work to do a tour. JJFP are the hardest workers in the entertainment industry for these reasons. At the time Willenium was released Will was beginning to train for "Ali" and work on other movies at that time that were coming out. If you want to see Will go on tour he's gonna have to chill on makin' movies or else the movies and the tour will be wack because to be the champ you have to prepare yourself. It's gonna get harder for Will to keep the music fans if he doesn't stay out there wit albums 'cause 90% of fans out there ain't loyal like us. They won't even buy the albums, they'll bootleg them. I'm sure millions of people even listened to Born 2 Reign but they all downloaded the album instead of buying the real thing. When you're an artist, you take alot of pride in your work, because even me, I like to write rap songs, but I don't take the industry too serious enough to try and get a record deal, I only care what I think about them because I take a lot of energy to express my emotion, and it feels good to express yourself. The bottom line is something that Will says many times, "when I eat, I work, when I sleep I work, when I'm having sex I work, I work real hard in everything I do, that's what seperates me from alot of entertainers out there." I feel the same damn way too, who knows, maybe one day I might have my own record company.

Well my favorite team is the Bulls who didn't make the playoffs again but I'mma stay loyal to them, they would of made the playoffs this year if Pippen was healthy, I hope he doesn't retire 'cause he plays hard. I always like watching NBA games 'cause B-Ball's the ultimate game, you n'ah mean. Who's your team?

Is anyone gonna watch the NBA Playoffs this weekend? I couldn't believe it that there's actually gonna be some competitve games this year! That Shaq/Yao matchup is gonna be def, but Yao might need his coach Ewing to suit up in order to stop Shaq, 'cause he's still holdin' it down. Believe it or not, Ewing's old team, the Knicks will beat the Nets in 7 games, so don't get hyped Nets fans, enjoy this series while you can. Your team will be watching the rest of the playoffs like everyone else before May.

The realest hip-hop now is on the underground scene where a lot of us are not looking and the mainstream labels just wanna get rich off of music that we won't listen to 10-15 yrs. from now like we listen to albums like "He's the Dj, I'm The Rapper", "Code Red", "The Adventures Of Slick Rick", and "Illmatic" after all these years.

True, true, it's too late for Will to be an underground rapper but he doesn't have to sign with a pop label and put out garbage music. 2Pac also sold a lot of albums when he was alive because of his artistic expression and people respected him for that and he did films too. 2Pac wasn't selfish and conceited either and Will's the same in that sense! Nobody said that 2Pac sold out, so why should we say that about Will? If Will doesn't stay true to his art then I won't be his fan anymore simple as that! I lost respect for Jay-Z 'cause he became too concerned over being hot and announced retired from rap when he claimed he couldn't make any more hits. No rapper's bigger than the game, every rapper deserves a chance to shine. No rapper can last in the spotlight as long as Will has been 'cause they lose their soul to money. If Will becomes selfish in that sense, I don't want to hear another album from him like I don't want to hear Jay-Z. I know that Will's not that way, so I still support him! How would Jazzy Jeff feel if his potna was acting tainted like that?

And to Jumping Jack AJ, I remember that Public Enemy released their last CD the same time "Born 2 Reign", but they didn't sell much records but at least they're still out there. I don't think that I wanna see Will make anotha MIB movie, 'cause he should just leave it at 2 MIB movies and move on. Those 2 were great, but if MIB3's wack, then it'll ruin the MIB legacy!

My two favorite things in life hip-hop music and NBA Basketball was better back when I was in Middle School('97-99) than it is now! Mostly all the great NBA players retired since then(except for Shaq,Kevin Garnett) and I'm not even that hyped for watching the NBA playoffs this year when it's not that high of a competiveness and aggression like when Michael Jordan, Dennis Rodman, Charles Barkley, Alonzo Mourning, Patrick Ewing, John Starks, and even Mugsy Bogues(who showed a lot of heart for a little guy) were all in the league. Hip-hop is the way same too 'cause back in '98 when MTV came to Seaside hip-hop was hotter than in '02 when MTV came back to my 'hood again.

MIBII was able to compete wit Spiderman back in the summer of '02(I liked both of them) so I Robot should be able to compete wit Spiderman 2 this summer. I'm lookin' more though for Will's album to drop more than his next movie.

I can't believe that "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" came out that long ago! I was in middle school at that time and I remember how much I enjoyed that song as well as the "Big Willie Style" album. Now it's 2004 and I ain't even in high school anymore!! Next year I won't even be considered a teenager. I don't wanna get old!

Big Willie Style is a better album than Willenium 'cause there was some very hot songs on there that weren't singles:"Chasin' Forever" "Candy" "It's All Good" "Big Willie Style"(With Left Eye, he mentions Nas in the song but I don't get why Nas didn't rap a verse on it),"Don't Say Nothin'"etc... Willenium's hot too but after "I'm Comin'" the album didn't start heating up until that song "La Fiesta" where every song after that was ill! I thought that "Potnas" would made a better single than "Freakin' It" for the Philly scene 'cause that was a classic JJFP track similiar to "Twinkle, Twinkle"(I'm Not A Star). All of Will's albums are classics regardless to record sales! I'm saying that Big Willie Style is better for the flow (it's wack to say that this album was just commercial)over Willenium and not for record sales over Willenium. Will bragged alot more on Big Willie Style, but hell after being in the game so long I'd brag too. New rappers comin' out brag a whole lot but can't back a damn thing like Will can!

He should join the underground label Koch Records 'cause that's the label KRS-ONE and Public Enemy are on. That would be a perfect fit for Will. Either that or Def Jam which remains loyal to their artists 'cause LL and Slick Rick are still on the label after almost 20 years! I heard on MTV say that Slick Rick is now working a new album since he was freed from prison. He and Will are good friends so Slick Rick could help bring Will to Def Jam.

I like to play that track if I'm feeling down 'cause it gets me feelin' happy again! That type of hip-hop makes ya feel good, you n'ah mean! Holla! :biggrin:

As much as Eminem sucks, he'll still outlast 50 Cent, 'cause I see that 50 Cent is more of a one-hit wonder. I even find D-12 more entertaining than G-Unit now. Jazzy Jeff has better artists on his Touch of Jazz company than Dr. Dre does, even though the mainstream only knows about Jill Scott and Floetry, his rappers have skills that G-Unit and D-12 lack! JJFP have to join forces again!
